When I got back to my car Honda 2000 I noticed that the sign Tire low pressure was still on. I asked them to fix it. They said it will disappear after 20 minutes of driving. After two days of driving the sign was still on. I went back and the Manager offered help. He sat in my car with some book and some small equipment which he connected to the car. After 10 minutes I gave up. Obviously he didnt know how to eliminate the sign. I went home, open Youtube and got instructions how to calibrate it. It took me 10 seconds to fix it. Why do customer service places keep incompetent people or not providing them with more training??? Lena R.

You know when you're on the bus surrounded by people who smell like vegetable soup and stale beer?…read more And then, this one guy gets on, and you can tell he's not from here. He's got to be European or something, judging by his strange shoes and the way he carries that stylish man purse with confidence. And you're intrigued. How did this man get here... on a dirty city bus with all of these people, who are clearly not as worldly and dashing as he is? That's what the Natural Harvest Food Co-op is like. Now, don't get me wrong. I don't think Virginia, MN, is the equivalent of a dirty, stinky bus. There are hard working, genuine, honest people there. The thing is, they eat at McDonald's and consider "organic" to mean that the chemicals used weren't disallowed by the FDA until the 1990s. Natural Harvest Food Co-op just doesn't fit the profile is what I'm saying here. And, yet. There it is. A natural food co-op in the middle of a small heartland town. It's an anomaly I was glad to find when my family went looking for organic milk and healthy snacks while camping nearby. Five stars for the vast array of choices, the friendly staff, and the fact that it blew my flippin' mind to find it there.

They have an organic alcohol list as well as tea and coffee, baked goods and delicious full, hot meal options made with seasonal veggies. I'm glad I was on vacation here and limited to what I bought from the grocery section otherwise I could have spent way too much. I got delicious candies I couldn't pass up on-vegan ones I can't even find in the Cities! I stopped by again for lunch and was a little nervous about trying the sandwich of the day-the portobello. I've had these before and they are soggy but not this one! The mushroom was cut and cooked thin so it fit perfectly on bread with mayo and veggies. So insanely juicy but in a good way! Darn tasty and served with a side of veggie chips (dehydrated vegetables, not like veggie stix junk), a pickle, a slice of orange and a little bunch of grapes. I saved my grapes for last and offered them to my sister because I'm super picky about grapes and they looked soft... thank goodness I tried one before I gave them away-crisp and delicious! Definitely not just an added afterthought. The meal was so well put together and wholesome. I also tried a lemon tartlette-refreshing and tasty! I wish I had something like this near me (I probably do but Organic Roots just feels different and honest). My only qualm is the issue of stairs on entry. The clientele is older and many have troubles getting up and down (also not wheelchair accessible etc). Music could be updated as well. Many of the selection is laugh out loud funny (I think it is being worked on...it's charming!)

Super One is one of those must have places. Like all good grocery stores this one is strictly food…read moreso your not off buying items like a new tv, or movie, or new clothes....nope this place is good. Super One often has great prices on produce, meat, and dairy. The wife and I love making salads and have growing kids who live off of cereal and milk, so those deals on milk our always good haha the service from the people who work here are great, they smile, they get to know you, and soon you can call them out by name when you see them. I believe my only complaint about this store like many others, they are forcing people to go to self check out because 1. They are too short handed, or 2. They are eliminating check out by their own staff, which in my opinion is wrong. The industries that are eliminating jobs from people so that people will check themselves may be the way of the future, but I enjoy the interaction between the staff and customers. It makes me come back to shop there. Other then that, Super One is a good place to shop, it's nice to know where most things are from being a frequent shopper, but if I didn't I know I can rely on the staff to help me find anything in the store. The ambiance is clean, always busy, and good deals are all around! Can't wait go back which I'm sure will be soon! They have a nice deli and many products that are made in house. I have recently become especially fond of the Bleu Cheese Salami that is made in house; that stuff is killer! Cashiers here are always friendly. The grocery store is always clean, well stocked and a popular pick for locals and tourists. Definitely oozes the small town and communal vibe. Postings at the entrance of the store are always fun to read and keep up with the latest happenings in town.
