We have a really nice and heavy iron gate that's old and was bent and was going off the rail all the time, making it harder and harder to open and close. Maintenance was definitely needed! We found Tyson on Yelp and called this business, as well as 3 others for quotes. Out of all, Tyson gave us the BEST SOLUTION of what to do AND also said he would paint it just to look nicer after the job was done ;). Tyson's rate was not the cheapest, but was reasonable. We chose to work with him because of his knowledge and great solution skill. Other contractors said there was no way to fix it and that we'd have to remove it all (break through concrete) and put another gate in (one of less value). After we made the decision to go with Tyson, I had to go on a business trip. I trusted him all the way to get the job done while I couldn't be present to check. Long story short-- I had to make the payment online and everything worked out nicely. When I got back from trip and saw his work, WOW, I'm so impressed and really like how the "new" gate looks. Thanks guys and look forward to doing business with you again.

I have worked with a lot of subcontractors, contractors, & handymen in San Diego and Santi is the best one. He does not just replace. HE RESTORES; Which is much harder & more time intensive. If you have a historic home and care about doing it the right way, Santi is your guy. His price won't be the cheapest. But that is because he doesn't do cheap work. HE DOES EXCELLENT WORK. His price for his talent level is AMAZING & UNMATCHED. This is not a cut corners, flipper-mindset cheap construction guy. This is a perfectionist that does things THE RIGHT WAY. He measures 3 times and cuts once. As a service member, while stationed in Virginia I needed some work done. Even remotely he was able to get it done and because of who he is, I trusted that it would be done correctly. He is the only guy in construction that I've worked with that I don't have to micromanage or correct. Even 2600 miles away I knew that Santi would do the best job. (AND HE DID) I did not get paid for this review. The exact opposite really - I've paid Santi for over $30k in work. And all of it was superb. As long as he is in San Diego and I have houses in San Diego, Santi will be my reliable guy on speed dial. Fantastic worker & honestly at this point my friend! 10/10 Recommend.
