His quote was detailed and his expertise made us extremely comfortable to go with them for the job. In one day the two-man crew (Alex & George) leveled out our entire front and backyard to prep for a major landscape renovation project. They were extremely careful when cutting into the retaining walls and concrete, removing two truck loads of dirt (20 cubic yards in total), placing rocks where we requested, and even power washing our walkways and driveway at the very end. I highly recommend E Garcia & Sons Bobcat Service and will happy to work with them again.

He methodically took down section-by-section first by hand and then tougher areas with a bobcat. He removed the old wall's footing with precision being sure not to damage the concrete driveway where the wall and footing were connected. Alex communicated each step of the process to me as he went and ended up going above and beyond by cutting a clean line with a concrete saw at the edge of the driveway to aid in the next planned project of putting up a new fence. At the end of the demo, Alex then power-washed the entire driveway leaving the whole area cleaner than when he arrived which is amazing considering the amount of dust and debris that came from the wall removal. I contacted 4 other services to perform this demo and got prompt responses both on the phone and in-person from Alex at every step of the way. He provided the most professional and competitive quote, and I am glad that I ended up using his team to perform this work. If you want a professional and responsive service that will complete your project on-time and as promised, use E Garcia and Sons.

Some of the company's out there are not so beware when shopping around. The day came to have the work done. Alberto was scheduled to show up I believe at 8am. On the way over he had a tire blow out on his trailer. He called to inform me that he was going to be running a little late due to the blow out. COMMUNICATION IS SO IMPORTANT TO ME! I really like this about him. Anyways he showed up, got the job done fast than we expected it to be, and he cleaned up after he was done with his work and did not leave a mess behind. I will be needing more work done in the near future at my new place and will be giving him a call back for sure! Thanks Alberto for the great customer service and work!
