What a great find. We called the night before to make appointments for 90 minute massages. Easy to get in. Note the location is on the second floor of Cambridgeside Galleria not the third floor. The staff was friendly. We were taken into small curtained rooms right away. Staff set very loud timer/alarms for the service you choose. Reason for four stars versus five is the doors of the space are left open. You hear mall noise/traffic, walk-ins crossing over the entry mat (which dings loudly every time), and a staff member helping them every few minutes. It is not relaxing at all due to this. On our visit, one walk-in took a long phone call on speaker while waiting in the chairs just outside our rooms. You can't fix rude or stupid. The massage was excellent though. I didn't feel rushed or that time was being killed. My male therapist worked very tense areas both by hand and with hot stones. They do use a small amount of oil, but it will eventually be wiped off with hot towels. I was most excited for the reflexology part at the end. My feet were very grateful. They often do deep tissue acupressure which is perfect for me. I work with my arms up for hours at a time and have knots in my neck and upper back. It's temporarily painful but releases the knots, thus, chronic pain is gone. Highly recommend!! read more

I asked for 120 minute massage. Went in and got it but one hour was with a woman and then the second hour was with a man. The woman was a little rough and seemed like she was rushing through it. The man was really gentle and did my stomach under the sheet, never took the sheet down and covered my top and massaged me that way. Stopped by this place while in town for a conference and super glad I did. I only got a quick chair massage, but it was very reasonable ($25 for 20 minutes) and the masseuse got in there!! Pressure was VERY deep, which is what I prefer... might be too much for some people, but I'm sure they are able to adjust. Some reviews mention it not being that relaxing - probably true, especially for the chair massages, since they're set up right by the door to the mall corridor. Really bad experience here. My mother and I got the 30 minute foot reflexology and and 60 minute back work. The foot massage was nice, not much reflexology at all but instead a massage. Still, it was nice. The back, though, was terrible. For my mother and I both, they laid a towel over our bodies and began massaging with their elbows through the sheet. Which was fine to start, but my massage was 80 percent under a sheet without lotion. Not what I was expecting. The worst part was that both of our massage therapists could not see our backs through a sheet when using their elbows to kneed our back. Both of them tried to do pressure points on either side of our spines, and ended up doing "pressure points" on our spine?! I was writhing in pain and even asked the woman to lighten up. Today is the day after and we are both bruised all over our upper backs and shoulders. Who "massages" bone?! read more

It's in a mall so it definitely not a quiet spa experience since you can hear all sorts of outside noise but they do good work here and the price is right. The woman who worked on me did a great job and made the experience as relaxing as possible. I just wanted to try the place out to see if I'd like it so I went for the 40 minute foot reflexology service but I think I will do the full hour next time since I did enjoy being there and the work they did was great. They have table massage as well as foot massage here and you can even get a package that includes both. They play soft music in the background and that adds to the experience. First off - I don't recommend this place. I was a walk-in but realize the moment I saw "oriental" (an severely outdated and offensive term) I probably shouldn't have come in. Two gentlemen are sitting ahead of me. I walk in. All chairs are taken. The lady tells me it's a 10 min wait. The gents laugh. Another dude walks in. She says the same thing. I now chuckle with them. We all actually did get set up at the same time in 10 min. A plus. It's behind clean in here. I get a 40 min full body work. Shirt off only. An old Japanese man walks in. I'd prefer a woman, but I don't discriminate. Maybe this guy has magic hands. He sets a timer. I like the efficiency and transparency of that. Then we begin. The whole massaging me over a towel is odd at first. Then he moves to massaging on bare skin (I'm like why not do that in the first place?). He does a decent job at hitting the knots. But damn is he rough. He works on every part of my body other than my front torso and feet. He isn't consistent with what he did on one side and the other. 80% consistency there. What shocked me is that he started to speak Japanese to another masseuse. She was next door behind a curtain. I found this unprofessional. The focus should be on the customer. Then he walks out without explanation for two minutes. What he brought in was kind of cool. Metal balls that were heated. It felt like it would burn me. But it didn't. Just super warm. Right on the line between comfortable and not. Interesting. Communication is a weak point here. Mostly Japanese immigrants that don't have intermediate English skills. It reminded me of Imperial Foot Massage in the Pacific Rim Center in the International District in Seattle. $27 (all cash) for an hour foot massage that morphs into full body. Biggest Problem - sometimes you get a magic hands masseuse and sometimes you get a cigarette smelling person w/ a nasty nasal drip and bad hands. Same issue here. Although they are far cleaner (and in a Westernized mall). The mall can get loud. It didn't bother me since it was an afternoon on a weekday. At the end the beeper went off. Not a relaxing sound. He was like ok get up. It felt transactional. Not much care in "okay get the hell out next." I wanted to pay in card. He kept pushing hard for cash. So I gave him his cash. You're better off going to a seasoned professional who may charge double. I didn't come out feeling super relaxed. Mostly beat up. Don't settle for less. Your body is a temple. read more

They use elbows and go super duper strong- it's like the deepest tissue massage ever. They only really work on neck, traps, and mid back. Here's the thing: It's in a mall and, as such, the prices are more than fair. Don't expect a fancy massage room. You should know you can hear the mall traffic, laughing kids, crying babies and talking adults. I had a male masseuse. He showed me the timer before he started which I thought was nice. He did a good job and used a good amount of pressure, which I like. If you are expecting a relaxing massage with waterfalls and new age music you may be disappointed. He paid attention to major muscle groups and pressure points. This was very similar to massages I had in China, complete with a small amount of slapping of the skin. This might put some people off but it really isnt that bad. Honestly never write yelp reviews, but this place really bothered me. They had an older man do my full body and it was very uncomfortable. As a woman in her early 20s I expected a woman to be my masseuse. I didnt like the way I was being touched by him. I felt really uncomfortable the whole time. When I was lying on my back he kept moving my sheet and exposing my breasts. I didn't like where his hands were drifting. Overall a very uncomfortable experience. But I did't say anything or complain. Then when I left he was so rude about the tip I left. I was going to leave a $5 dollar tip and he stopped me. "Really? Only $5?" SO UNPROFESSIONAL! No frills, just solid massage work. You're in the middle of a mall so you're going to hear all the mall noises and not have that relaxing spa experience you are probably used to. But you get what you pay for, and then some, at this spot. I was a walk-in during a weekday and there was no wait. My masseuse used deep pressure which I prefer, but she would often ask me if the pressure was okay. She also spoke to the masseuse next to us, only separated by a curtain. I found that odd but not as odd as when she would softly speak to herself. Oh well... no harm, no foul. The hot stones completely took me by surprise... I wish she would have let me know she was going to do that first so I wouldn't have been so shocked (and they are HOT). I lift a lot in my gym and unfortunately strained my back to much which had my back in extreme pain every day I woke up. I try some professional massage therapist around the area but did very little to help my back problem. It was until I came to the mall to check out the GNC to get some supplements to relieve my pain that I notice this place. I decided to give this place a try and had 20 minutes in the chair I told the lady about my back problem which was a bit difficult because she did not know English well. I was in the chair for no less than 10 minutes and I began to feel a difference my back muscles began to relax. She was also strong and really fought my muscular back to treat it well. When the 20 minutes were up I was able to stand up without feeling no pain in my back. I was surprised and shocked at the result where every place failed to help me this place succeed. I gave her a good tip for the great work. I am definitely going to tell my gym buddies! I like this place because you don't need an appointment and if it is full you can always check out another place in the mall and come back. Really convenient! Had high hopes for this place but I'm not sure how I really feel about it. Got a $60 1 hour foot reflexology session today and couldn't help but feel like it kind of wasn't worth it. My feet do feel a lot lighter and less tense but for that price you get so much more at other places. There's no foot soak here like in most other places. They also strictly focus on the feet, a bit on the calves but that's it. I've been to places where they even massage your thighs. The pat in the end was weak, no stretching either. No brief shoulder massage. It also felt really hot inside today and they have these old recliner chairs where the foot rest is all ripped up and taped together with tape.. Eekk, was very turned off by this, good quality comfy chairs play a big part in this business, invest in them! This place is prob good for quick stops but not your regular spot or anything. Originally from the west coast and used to traditional Asian techniques I'd been to a dozen disappointing places for those weak lotion rubs at twice the price that pass for massages around here before my daughter took me to ORT. When a visit to the podiatrist resulted in a prescription I was told I would need to take daily for the rest of my life to control scorching nerve pain I chose a half dozen foot massages to break up the chronic tendonitis instead. On a follow-up visit to the same to the podiatrist "cured," he marveled. How did you fix that?" My reply? "Not with your little white pill." As a masseuse there once said, "Chinese way is the best way." I have been coming here for 4+ years and have never been disappointed. I have been here twice and I must say I was skeptical (given they are in the mall) at first but I really was pleased. It is convenient, they can generally take you right away with no appointments and open 7 days a week since they are in the mall and they are reasonably priced. I opted for a "table service" massage both times. I did a 40 minute and a 60 minute and had 2 different people and thought they both did a great job. Both times I went in with a specific issue, this most recent time my neck was killing me and I had been having headaches so asked if he would focus on neck and head which he did and although sore today he definitely worked out the kinks and feel much better. Just got a foot massage from here and wow, it was amazing!! Anyone who works with retail or at a restaurant understands how freaking painful your feet can get. I was desperate in need of a relieved. During my first 20 mins of the massage, I was thinking where the heck have I been? Judy did an amazing job- very strong and detailed. Not to exaggerate, but I literally felt like I was on cloud 9. Went here yesterday for a 30 minute massage. The massage itself was great and really relaxing. The man did a great job. They did ask me to pay in cash but I only had a card on me and they were okay with that, no problems. The reason for the lack of stars was that it was very noisy. I wasn't expecting a serene and tranquil environment but I could of done without the masseuses speaking to each other throughout my time there. In addition, when the three masseuses were working on myself and two other clients, a client walked in and one of the masseuses got on their phone and called someone in. It was very awkward. I went here for a full body 40 min back massage which was just okay because I kept getting distracted by all the noise and the person who was massaging me kept talking to someone on the other side of the door. It was extremely irritating. Then, she offered me a foot 20 min foot massage, but I declined and asked for a head/ face massage instead. That was the worst mistake of my experience there. Instead of massaging my face with oil she used a little bit of cream which made the massage painful and stretched my skin in a negative way for 5 mins. Then she spent the next 15 mins scratching my head, and not in an enduring nice way. She scratched it so hard. It didn't feel nice, instead she pulled my hair and her scratching dried my scalp that when I came home I had to sooth it with a conditioning treatment. The place is in the mall and they usually wont make you wait long but if there is a wait you can just walk around the mall and kill some time. It is quiet and seems relatively clean. I've had reflexology before and I can say that he did an excellent job. After he finished, he told me to get in the chair so he could do my shoulders. Some people might see this as an upsell, which is fine, since they're in business to make money. However, my shoulders were really tight and he was right on, so I agreed. His 15 minute shoulder massage was awesome, too, and he wasted no time finding and working on my knots. I left there feeling great. The price was a very good deal for what I got. $55 for 55 minutes. Jack is awesome! I went in around 7 p.m. in need of a massage and Jack was available- didn't have to wait at all. No filling out paperwork or inquiring about the painful areas etc. Which was very strange to me, as I am used to therapist asking a lot of questions. Jack exceeded my expectations. He seemed to be very experienced, did not waste any time and somehow knew to concentrate on my lover back, which is the problematic area for me. He did use a lot of oil and a very deep pressure, so if you're one of those ppl who cannot stand deep tissue massage, maybe he is not the right therapist for you. For me it was perfect, as I usually cannot find a therapist that puts enough pressure. Overall, surprisingly excellent experience -all thanks to Jack. After massage was over I felt relaxed and without back pain. Forgot to mention it's only $60 for one hour of massage. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of noises. You can hear customers talking, people walking by and music from the mall. They do have relaxing music in, but it is overpowered by other noises.
