We thought we would finally give this place a try but after spending $30 and half of the food going into the trash, we wish we wouldn't have bothered. The veggies and rice were both under cooked. The vegetables were cold. The rice was warm but it was so undercooked and hard that we couldn't eat it. We also ordered extra sweet and sour sauce and I'm so confused on why the extra would be a different color than the one with the order. It came with less chicken than most places which we wouldn't care as much had it been fresh. The crab Rangoon were also so stale. All of the food was basically a waste.

I tried to add shrimp to my fried rice by leaving a note, but I had no way of knowing if they saw it. Turns out they did add it (with a $4.50 upcharge), but I didn't find that out until I got home and opened the container. It would've been nice to be notified or asked to confirm the change as it says it will and asked your preferred way to be contacted. As for the food--it was just okay. The fried rice was super yellow and didn't have much flavor. The sweet and sour chicken was fine; the breading was a little doughy for my taste, but nothing a few minutes in the air fryer couldn't fix. It's hard to mess up sweet and sour chicken, but nothing about it stood out. They estimated a 25-30 minute wait, but my food was ready 15 minutes early and they sent a text when it was done, which I appreciated. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again. If you're craving good Chinese food, I'd look elsewhere.

Shouldn't matter that much for a buffet. Second - Signs are up all over the place telling workers how to perform their work. Including cleaning items. All of these SHOULD be just standard work that anyone working in a buffet can/would do. Just because you wrote it in a foreign language doesn't mean it is decor... it proves that your staff doesn't clean unless you repeatedly tell them. Third - Place was NOT clean. Bathrooms hadn't been touched. The table we sat at was sticky. Food was on the floor (I don't blame staff for this... this is a clientele issue!) But still had to clean things off the bottom of my shoe before getting back in the car. Four - It all tasted the same. Didn't matter if it was pork, chicken, shrimp, etc... just wasn't good food. Five - This is way too expensive for what you receive/tolerate here. It is apparent from the other reviews that people get wowed by the size of the place and the size of the buffet. It is a neat setup. But as consumers, we need to demand better food, because THAT is why you are there. Sushi was as cheaply made as it could be, and no one was manning the M-BBQ counter, so that wasn't an option on the day we were there.
