The ability to substitute for white is great. The orange chicken isn't just full of batter and flavourful. It's easy to find and gps took me right to it. There was plenty of parking. I didn't see any handicapped places, but there is a good amount of spaces near the door. The parking lot was very rough when we were there, with orange cones marking several holes. You can enter either door, but the right one is probably the best. The counter to order is right in front with the large menu on the wall behind. There were also plenty of paper menus on the counter. Most of their business appears to be take out. Once we ordered, we found a table along the side. The ceiling has quite a few water stains, and the building looks old, but everything was clean. Our order was brought to us in less than 10 minutes. The sweet and sour chicken was very good. All the chicken pieces were white meat. I don't know if that's normal, but it was a nice coincidence if not. The breading was light and crispy and the chicken moist. The dipping sauce was also excellent. The meal came with two light and crispy spring rolls and fried cream cheese wontons. The sa cha chicken was also good with a bit of heat. Nothing major, but noticeable. Vegetables were crisp and the chicken tender and moist. It came with a pork/ shrimp egg roll. The egg roll was a bit greasy but not bad. The sa cha sauce had a thick layer of oil which detracted from the overall flavor. Still, it was good. Oriental Express is more of a spiritual experience than a hole in the wall Chinese restaurant. Everything on the menu is the standard Chinese fare you've seen at every other Chinese place you've been to, but it's done so much better. We usually go to China Moon, but we wanted to give this place a try. We were not impressed! The tea was too sweet plus it tasted like it had soured. The "fried rice" was just a yellow color rice that tasted weird. The egg roll had a bland taste and a shrimp in it, which I had no idea would be in it as I am allergic to shrimp.
