Mel did a great job on my pedicure and the pressure she used during my massage was sooooooooo good and relaxing. Blue did my manicure and I was very impressed with the products that they used. They pride themselves to be a one-stop shop; waxing, threading, facials, nails, foot massage. They have it all. It's a small place so I'm sure they can get busy. Love when you find a place that's not complicated and offers exactly what you need. Was on the hunt for a good basic pedicure. No herb infused bath or upsell on the type of sugar scrub that's used, etc. This location delivered and they carry one of my favorite long lasting polishes, DND. Very bad service. i do not recommend. they left fungus on my nail. they did my nails half way and decided they wanted to finish them another day. they do not know how to do french tips. do not recommend. save ur money and go somewhere else. You guys asked em to come back the next day to finish my nails, i have video recording. You guys told me you were too tired and to come back and when i refused to pay until the next day the guy tried to snatch my purse and even touched my purse. the bald guy being the owner. he touched my purse wit out consent. and he even started saying very offensive and racial comments towards me. your guys tools r not clean whatsoever ive seen you guys re use them. the french tip was a basic french tip that i asked for and the a staff couldn't do that. read more

I had the pleasure of having Blue be my nail tech. He is the owner and does a great job. I came here because I had a groupon, but I'd gladly pay full price. He's very communicative and attentive to detail. The salon is clean and modern but not over the top fancy, which is what I prefer. I loved that the foot rest lifted up for each leg because my legs tend to cramp up when getting a pedicure. So this was an added benefit. Y'ALL!!!!! This is THE spot! I am a Cerritos native. I had to move out of state and came back to visit my dad. I was in desperate need of a pedicure. The universe aligned my stars to come here via a simple google search. I walked in and immediately felt welcomed. I'm an introvert and these people had me yapping. Loved the attention to detail that the owner named Blue did when working on my nails. It was a beautiful work of art (see picture), and I received a ton of compliments for it. My hands felt super soft and moisturized after experiencing the use of a keratin glove for the first time. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. It was awesome to receive a new customer discount in November 2024 because they are a newly opened nail salon. EDIT: When I came in, you asked me to wait 15 minutes, and I said that was fine. I offered to come back to give you more time. I returned at 11:20 to be considerate, but I still had to wait again because you were continuing with another client's pedicure. Also, it's not accurate to say I left at 12:36 -- my receipt is time-stamped at 12:55 PM. I reached out respectfully yesterday, but your response had no apology at all, which was disappointing. -------- I had an appointment for a pedicure at 11:00 AM and wasn't serviced until 11:30. If you book an appointment, it's reasonable to expect to be seen on time or at least within a short window. I didn't leave the salon until 1:00 PM, two full hours wasted for a pedicure. But the nightmare didn't stop there. During the procedure, I felt intense stinging and burning pain that should NEVER happen. To make matters worse, I left with a bleeding toe! Now, a day later, my toe is swollen and so painful to walk on. This is NOT normal, NOT okay, and clearly shows a complete lack of professionalism and care. This was my very first visit, and it will be my last. I am furious and very disappointed. I will NEVER return and wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience. read more

I made an appointment for a manipedi an hour before I came in and was greeted by a very friendly person on the line who said they could do it right away! The employees were all very nice and offered a water bottle upon entering and me down immediately. The service was amazing and you could tell that they put a lot of care into the massages and pedicures! I talked to one of then owners while getting my manipedi and they were very kind and explained how almost everything they used at the salon was organic and they take great pride in that. I arrived at 10:52, just 2 minutes past the latest time they said they could take me (10:50). Despite explaining the situation and asking if we could do a quicker session - which has been done before - I was refused without any flexibility or willingness to help. What's truly disappointing is not even the refusal, but the complete lack of basic understanding and customer care, even knowing it was for a special occasion. Losing a loyal client over 2 minutes and handling it this way says everything. I won't be ever coming back after this!!!
