Kat did my basic manicure, which included the usual trim, file, polish, cuticle care, hand soak and massage, and warm towel. Clean, careful, and not rushed. Kim did my signature pedicure, and the callus treatment was no joke: cheese grater, then coarse sponge, full heel-rescue operation. The Milk & Honey sea salt, mask, foot massage, and warm towel made it feel relaxing instead of purely clinical. Friendly service, calm vibe, and very solid work. It trapped debris and looked unhygienic, which made me worried about possible fungal infection. Within a week of getting my nails done, I reached out to customer service to share my concern. Unfortunately, they just asked me to come in so they could "take a look." When I asked what they planned to do, I was told it had already been a week, which made me feel dismissed. After paying $95 including tip, I ended up removing the nails out of concern. It's sad because I was hoping for better quality and care. This nail shop just recently opened but when I tell you they always give me exactly what I want without cut up cuticles and thin nails I mean it! I always get a pedi and hard gel mani with Ivy and she is not only the sweetest but always delivers with the designs. My sets always last me a while. I notice other shops apply the hard gel super thin where my nails would break. As a nurse who is hard on my hands I depend on a set that will last me through all the handwashing etc. All staff are super friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend checking them out. But today my 13 year-old daughter and her friend came to get their nails done, and after giving them a specific appointment time, they let them stand on the side and treated them like second class citizens. When I called to ask why my daughter still hadn't been seated for her appointment- 30 mins late, the woman on the phone yelled at me and said I was being rude to her.
