That loyalty made my most recent visit all the more disappointing. I had a 10:50am appointment. The day before, Felicia texted asking if I could push to 11am. I said I'd try to rearrange my plans. She replied: "let's keep the 10:45." I managed to move things around (because if she was asking, I figured she was in need, and I wanted to help) and arrived at 10:57 -- 7 minutes late by the original booking, not 15. When I walked in, Felicia told me I was 15 minutes late. I explained I'd rearranged my schedule to accommodate her request. She shrugged and said "too bad, I already booked someone afterwards.". It wasn't until I was in the room that I checked the reminder email -- original appointment: 10:50. So by her own scheduler, I was 7 minutes late, not 15. Felicia eventually gave me an extra 5 minutes to make up for the mix-up, and I appreciated that. But the cold, dismissive way she started the appointment stayed with me. That's not how you treat someone who's followed you for 15 years. Part of why I see Felicia specifically -- and not one of those high-volume places with curtain walls and hospital beds for tables (you know the ones) -- is the whole experience. A facial should be calming and restorative, and Felicia's warmth has always been as much a part of that as her technique. When that warmth disappeared at the door, it colored everything that followed. The facial itself was top notch. Felicia is genuinely skilled, stays current on products and techniques, and can deliver a top-notch treatment in her sleep. I hope this was an off day, because the person that greeted me at the door was not the warm person that I've been loyal to for a decade and a half.

This is THE nail salon. Samantha is so detail-oriented. She carefully consulted me on shape + color to make sure my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. She checked in with me very frequently during the service to make sure it all looked right to me. At no point did I feel like she was rushing. She was careful, methodical, and thoughtful the whole time. The salon space is so beautiful and calming--nothing like the assembly line style places I've been to before. I also always run cold so they even gave me a super soft blanket to put over my legs haha. I'm so happy I found this place. I can't recommend it enough, and I WILL be coming back. What a lovely experience I had having my mani / pedi with Samantha. They have a great selection of colors for dazzle dry, way better than other salons. She was conscientious, and did a really lovely job. Times they are open is really flexible so works for my impossible schedule. I told her that I clicked on the directions link on the Booksy app. I didn't have to type anything in. I drove to the location that was provided on the app. I asked her if the address on Booksy is correct and she says yes. I'm asking why would I have to put a zip code in if the address on Booksy is correct? She's speaking to me as if I'm supposed to know the gps can possibly lead to a different address than what's on there. She then hangs up on me and never picks up the phone again or text me back. I drove far out to this spot and she doesn't even care. I have never experienced something like this after I booked an appt. Also, If you know this is something that happens often to your customers, why not give me that warning over the phone? How would I know that the address that you put in for your business could possibly be incorrect? So unprofessional, nasty and very inconsiderate. Thank God I experienced this before I gave them my money. I will be telling everyone I know to never come here if you can do something like this to a new customer, you don't deserve any business!!!!!
