I sometimes feel bad that my home is extra messy when they arrive and I usually like to declutter and get things out of their way to make their job easier, but I rarely get to that. Somehow they figure out where to put things so I know where to find them, and my home is always sparkling when they leave. My stress level goes down so much! The team is also super kind, sweet, and listens when I have requests or need to clarify something. They are also really playful with my daughter and bring a lot of warmth and positive energy when they are in my home. The coordinator I text with is very good about forwarding my requests to the team and if a cleaning time doesn't work for me she will see what she can do to adjust. I get the sense that this is a very well organized business. Really glad I went with eMaids!

I used this cleaning service for some time, but unfortunately the quality and reliability became…read moretoo inconsistent for me to continue. I had previously raised an issue about the shower not being cleaned properly and was told the team would be reminded before the next visit. The same issue happened again, and when I reported it, I was asked whether anyone had used the shower after the cleaners left. The photos were taken only about two hours after the cleaning. They offered to return the next day, but I work from home and have to schedule cleanings around meetings, so repeat visits are not always practical. I had also experienced late arrivals despite explaining my scheduling constraints. After explaining that I needed more consistent service and asking to cancel future appointments, the response was simply, "Ok. I will take you off the schedule." I understand mistakes happen, but I was disappointed by the lack of ownership and customer service. I ultimately decided to find a more consistent and reliable service.

My housekeeper had fallen ill and so it had been a month since my house was cleaned. When I originally spoke to them, I said my biggest concern was to make sure they got all the dust, underneath the furniture, which sits on hardwood floors, so no need to move furniture. After they left, I noticed they only took a swipe at the front of the furniture and left dust behind. Didn't dust anything sitting out on furniture (vase, knickknacks, etc). Definitely not the thorough cleaning that I had paid for. When I reported this, she said sorry it didn't work out. Did not offer to come back and make it right.
