What made this even more frustrating was that their website was showing multiple appointment times available that same day, about 30 minutes apart. I would have gladly waited or taken one of those available times, but I was told I couldn't. On top of that, the two ladies working at the front desk were not friendly and came across as rude and unwelcoming. There was no attempt to be understanding or offer a reasonable solution. I understand having a late policy, but being only six minutes late and then being told to come back the next day--while multiple appointments were visibly available that same day--felt extremely inflexible and inconvenient. For a business focused on customer service, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location really left a bad impression.

After our massages, they gave us 2 $10 gift certificates and 2 boxes of chocolates. It was so sweet! It was pouring rain that day and I saw a staff walk out some of the customers with an umbrella to their car, which I thought was so thoughtful! Note: Parking is limited in front of their store so make sure you arrive with plenty of time to spare.
