The mom and uncle of the owner showed up early to set up and start cooking. They were professional, kind, and very friendly. Kids and adults alike really enjoyed the churros too! They boxed up all leftovers after the event, so we ate tacos for leftovers and froze a bunch too for later. The biggest hits from Havana were definitely the poblano mac and cheese, lechon, and the paella. Honestly, the mac and cheese was the standout. Everyone kept going back for it and I wish I had ordered an extra tray. What really stood out to me though was the delivery experience. The driver called me ahead of time, brought everything in, and set it all up. He opened the trays with gloves, added sauces, arranged everything nicely, and even put out utensils and labels.
