Only then did he respond, saying he was in a meeting until 11:30 AM. This was extremely frustrating and a total disregard for my time. At the very least, Carlos could have informed me that he wasn't able to make it so I wouldn't have made the trip unnecessarily. Instead, I was left waiting without any communication. When I pointed this out and expressed my frustration, there was no apology or effort to make things right. This experience showed me how poorly this company values its customers' time. If this is how they handle scheduling for estimates, I can't imagine trusting them with a fencing project.
