I drove all the way from Antioch to Concord with my two-month-old baby to meet him. Upon arriving at 9:30AM, I texted to let him know I was in the driveway of the corner lot home, as the front door is located on a different street. I received no response. After waiting 15 minutes, I tried calling him, but there was no answer. At 9:45 AM, I sent another text asking if he still intended to keep our appointment. Only then did he respond, saying he was in a meeting until 11:30 AM. This was extremely frustrating and a total disregard for my time. At the very least, Carlos could have informed me that he wasn't able to make it so I wouldn't have made the trip unnecessarily. Instead, I was left waiting without any communication. When I pointed this out and expressed my frustration, there was no apology or effort to make things right. This experience showed me how poorly this company values its customers' time. If this is how they handle scheduling for estimates, I can't imagine trusting them with a fencing project.
