Only then did he respond, saying he was in a meeting until 11:30 AM. This was extremely frustrating and a total disregard for my time. At the very least, Carlos could have informed me that he wasn't able to make it so I wouldn't have made the trip unnecessarily. Instead, I was left waiting without any communication. When I pointed this out and expressed my frustration, there was no apology or effort to make things right. This experience showed me how poorly this company values its customers' time.
