They were professional, warm, caring and knowledgeable. They explained in detail things I had questions too, so very happy with the service.

We searched for different options, and are so happy that we landed at the Willamette Valley Cancer Center. First, the front desk including Shirley, Jada, and others is so welcoming, kind, gracious and compassionate. Shirley went out of her way to get us into see Dr. Wells as soon as possible. Jada welcomes each patient, and whoever is with them with a big smile, enthusiastic greeting, and constant warmth and kindness. This process is so daunting, but right from the time you walk in the door- you feel you are in the best of hands. Dr. Wells, his nurses and staff have been wonderful. Dr. Wells treats my dad each time like he is the most important patient in the world. He listens, and explains things thoroughly in a language that my father and our family can understand. When my dad had to go to radiation therapy, the staff there was outstanding. Robby made my dad as comfortable as possible for each and every treatment. Taking an interest in his personal life, and hearing him brag about his grandkids on each visit. Once the immunotherapy treatment began, they continued to treat my father with great grace and kindness. Denise has been super each time. She is kind and patient, without fail. If you are reading this, I'm very sorry. I know you are in a tough spot, and I hope you can have the same success my father is having. I strongly recommend WVCI as a place that will treat you well and care deeply for you in your fight. Good Luck. Bob Hammitt

I fired the doctor because even though she was told it caused Trauma she didn't care and refused to call the places that illegally did the test.

It is not an exaggeration to say that Dr. Kim Foster helped to give me my life - AND my body -…read moreback. For years I had been struggling with severe stomach bloating and weight gain despite eating moderately and overall eating a very healthy, organic, gluten-free, Paleo-based diet. Every doctor I saw completely dismissed my symptoms - and my deep concern regarding the fact that I could hardly recognize myself anymore (I had gained a great deal of weight in the space of a few years, and my knees were so strained I could no longer participate in adult ballet classes anymore). One provider casually told me to "Take Tums" after I carefully explained some odd digestive distress I was experiencing - NOT helpful, to say the least. I knew at this point that mainstream medicine would be of no use to me at all when it came to this severe bloating I was experiencing. I found Dr. Foster via a google search. After visiting her in person and her running some comprehensive, cutting-edge tests, she confirmed what I had suspected: I was suffering from a severe case of stomach inflammation and Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), among other things. This, I realize now, was likely a result of a dying gallbladder that was interfering with my digestive processes, which I have since had taken out. After prescribing a thoughtful blend of herbal and pharmaceutical treatments, the bloating slowly began to recede over a period of two months and the weight began to come off. 6 months after seeing Dr. Foster for the first time, I am 34 pounds lighter and my stomach is flat for the first time in 10 years. I was able to resume my ballet classes and in many ways, at the post-menopausal age of 61, I truly do feel re-born. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Foster and her team, and cannot thank them enough for providing an alternative pathway to healing.

As a patient, I generally have a lot of questions and work hard at managing my health. Dr. Kim…read moretakes her time listening and answering my many questions. I appreciate how she is willing to partner with me in my health care and respects my needs and wishes. She is professional, knowledgeable in how the body works together (helpful in treating the root cause of health issues) and in various diagnostic tests, those tests that are gold standards and others that may be beneficial, but not necessarily mainstream. She is caring and thoroughly explains treatment options. Dr. Kim is sensitive to patient costs when considering treatment options. I followed a protocol she recommended for me and my health has greatly benefited, even keeping me from having to take recommended prescription medications.

My dog beat cancer and the odds, and I kept him on Coriolus Super Strength for just over the past 9 years. I ordered 6 bottles at a time to get the "buy 5 get 1 free," since this product is not cheap. I also order a few months in advance of my current stash running out, since they've had supply issues in the past. I had just placed an order during the first half of June 2022, when my dog was unexpectedly diagnosed with lung cancer (totally unrelated to this first cancer in 2013. He went downhill rapidly, and had a seizure and neurological issues and the oncologist thought it had metastasized to his brain. He also had trouble maintaining his blood oxygen level since the lung cancer was unfortunately rapidly progressing and not responding to treatment. I hadn't even opened the box from Mushroom Science and it is an over-the-counter supplement and not prescription, so I thought they may take returns (since it was $299.95 it was worth a shot). I contacted them over email and explained the situation. Here's the reason for 2 stars, Shannon's only response was, "I'm sorry... We cannot take back any products," and sent me a link to their return policy which just states, "Mushroom Science has a NO REFUND policy". I completely understand if Mushroom Science has a no-return policy, that is their prerogative. But, I was taken aback by the curt response that did not acknowledge at all the reason I was asking about a potential refund. It showed no compassion at all for someone who has been a continuous customer for almost a decade and facing a profound loss. I've done a lot of prescription and repeat order cancellations and everyone else expressed sadness and condolences at hearing my dog passed away/was likely to pass away soon (my dog passed on June 25, 2022). And I would think that a company like Mushroom Sciences deals with a lot of cancer patients. But they have shown me they have no heart since they could not even express empathy for my loss. And I like to patronize businesses that actually do care about their customers.
