I have had two different RVs over the last 10 years and Oregon RV outlet has become my "go to" repair shop. They are a smaller shop who does much better than the bigger ones to diagnose and fix whatever has gone wrong. They are completely honest, which in my book goes a long way. The prices are reasonable and their estimates are amazingly accurate. The owners and workers are very friendly and always willing to explain exactly what needs to be done. My 1st experience here was 5 years ago, bought my 1st real pull behind here. They installed break controls on my truck. No issues, pleasant experience. Diane; in looking at all of your comments to the negative reviews...do you ever accept responsibility for your actions? There is an obvious trend. Several different customers and the same defensive responses from you that are completely wrong. People aren't stupid and they will be able to deduce what you are all about. Unfortunately, you have some really nice people out there. You are not one of them. You routinely forget what you 'promise' and then point the issue back at the customer. I don't think you have the...we'll call it 'capacity'....to handle your job/ownership of the company anymore. Just give it to Trevor. You and your offspring leave. Frank and Trevor can possibly give RV Outlet a good name again. As long as you are answering phones, questions or having anything to do with the public, it won't happen. It took me MONTHS to start getting upset with you. I finally had the problem fixed by another company and they said that YOU were the problem. Also, it should never take over a year to get license plates from the DMV. Never. Attention to accuracy is important and if one cannot write the appropriate VIN down when handling transactions, then maybe one should reconsider her line of work. Hands down my best purchase experience I have had the opportunity to gain. From the staff with teamwork and knowledge, the comfort of the property they have to seek out your next adventure in, and two owners who run there establishment with heart. For me personally I had no clue what to get, much less how to operate most functions on any type of recreational vehicle. I'm still a work in progress but I've never lacked support which is a comfort and has put my mind at ease. Had to wait two weeks for an appointment. Brought my 5th wheel in at the appointed time. Was another week before they even looked at it. They had my RV for eight days to fix a bolt. One of the front landing gear was not working. Ended up being a sheered bolt, which was replaced at a cost of $100. They also looked at my LCI panel and saw that there was a burned area which affected one of the remotes functions. That cost another $50. When I picked up my RV the lube plate was broken. I am thoroughly disappointed with the service. Last time I bring them my RV to repair. read more

We were actually there to buy a particular RV with cash in hand. They missed out on a full price offer for a customer who has trusted these people to sell there RV. HORRIBLE! Very insulting. The worst RV shopping experience I have ever had. I had been shopping RV's from Eugene to Northern California. Every person I have encountered was extremely kind and very helpful. There salesman was very insulting and RUDE. We walked off the lot. Consign your RV's with Jim Clark in Grants Pass, Mandy at Western RV in Creswell, Bob in Sutherlin, Lonnie at McCoy's in Sutherlin, Wade at Kamper Kountry in Roseburg, or even at Affordable RV in Grants Pass. But not these folks. THEY ARE CROOKS! I will not go back their if they were they last place on this planet to buy a RV! As of today May, 30th, 2015 the RV we wanted to buy is still on there lot for sale for the exact price they told us then and if you look at their website it looks like it is marked down 3500 dollars. The salesman told us back in March, "We do not mark are RV's up!". Again a person had consigned their RV with them to sell and it is still on their lot for sale....2 1/2 months later. read more

Great folks, as nice as they could be. We had two compartment locks jammed by a close encounter of the rock kind. Their tech worked on it for 45 minutes, and finally got it so we could use the compartment for the rest of our trip. We'll have to find the right replacement locks when we get home, but they jumped right on our problem and had us on the road in less than an hour. I had picked out one $10 item from the parts store, and when I went to pay, they said there was no charge for the service. I couldn't believe it. I was so happy I bought about $250 in stuff (all things I needed, but not right then in the middle of a trip). Great place, great people. They have some pretty cool used RVs and 5th wheels too. Went today to see why our Winegard satellite would not work. It did not stop and lock on to the satellites. Josh and his helper checked it out and advised it needed some Winegard technical help/repairs. He is knowledgeable about Winegard...but does not do repairs. No charge........ I would guess he spent over a half hour fiddling with the unit. Been going there for years and always been treated fairly and friendly. Reply to Diane at Oregon RV Outlet, I can't put it into Yelp the way I wanted with me responding to each of your statements so anyone wanting to know will have to go back through the reviews to see what I am talking about S: That is why nepotism is outlawed in some states. No one that is NOT related to you will say a word about anyone else working at the company that is related to you. S: It didn't bother my husband to pull it. that is why we asked the question; if this doesn't work out what can we do.The owner closed the deal and he told us it wouldn't be any problem to bring the unit back and we would be taken care of. S: The walk thru did not take two hours, it only took about a 1/2 hour - the person that walked us through was very vague on the workings of the unit and had to ask another person when he could not answer our questions  S: We were told the unit had been throughly gone through. The jacks were weak and weren't working very well, we called service the same day we brought it home. They said it would be several hours before anyone could get to our house.  S: Depends on what you can call pressure, again I am assuming the finance gal is your daughter. She stressed twice that we needed to buy the service contract, I see now how all this fits. Your company is covered for not doing their job since the unsuspecting buyer will have to pay for the things that weren't done properly the first time through the service contract.   S: She was moving very fast through the contract and at one point I told her she needed to slow down that she was going to fast. S: NO, after consigning it back to your company 3 months later went back to check on it and found the back hatch was unlocked and open and the mud was in front of the bathroom door in garage part, so assuming, from a previous saleman that the homeless were a problem at your lot, I am assuming that a homeless person had came in the unit through the hatch and used the bathroom as it was moldy inside the toilet. S: That would have been unnecessary as there wasn't any mud in the main unit only in the garage  S: Maybe the new units are washed but ours had not been washed for some time S: a clock had been torn off the wall over the frig also.  S: I never saw any decoration in the other units. Your finance gal was with us when we put the throw and pillows in our unit and she had said that she was getting things together to try and decorate the other units. S: The popouts were closed up when my husband picked up our unit, he didn't go in. I kept checking your web site and it wasn't put on the site for several months, I did see it in the newspaper for a short time right after we consigned it during Dec S: NOT true, the finance gal only called us once to re-up the consignment contract.  To recap: -Popout leaked around light -Jacks were very weak -Unit not checked on by Oregon RV Outlet employees while being consigned on their lot -Power cord was missing, when asked about was replaced with a less quality one that was damaged at the end -Pillows and lap throw were stolen off sofa -Cargo door left unlocked allowing someone to come in and use the toilet in the garage. -Mud on carpet in garage in front of the bathroom door from someone using the toilet -Mold in the toilet of the garage bathroom from being used -Clock was ripped off the wall over frig -Stove didn't lite -White stuff had ran down the outside door of the frig. This showed up after it had been consigned for several months. This shows me that no one went in to check this unit while it was there at your lot. The above list shows me that it had not been "gone through with a fine tooth comb" as your sales people stated. read more

While driving through Grants Pass with our 5th wheel, we discovered a LP gas leak at the LP regulator. Called Oregon RV Outlet and explained our situation to Joe. Although his maintenance team was extremely busy and backed up, he had a new regulator installed in about one hour and we were on our way. I can't remember having such great service from a RV dealer or service center. I highly recommend them for routine and emergency RV repairs. read more
