We live in an 5th Wheel on remote mountain while waiting to build our home to be built. After 4 month of perfect operation, our electric popped off while watching movie, at night. No breaker or fuse was thrown or burnt out. 12 volt didn't kick in. No electric, no water, no nutin', but the power was still running the greenhouse and shed. (???) We called Tim and Ed (at Brothers RV Repair) after a number of other useless calls. We had happened to save their info from a post on FB "Rogue Valley Sales" group site. They answered immediately, pretty much had the situation figured out before we were off the phone and brought every contingency measure that they had at their disposal to alleviate our concerns. They got here within an hour and a half, looked it over, checked connections, output and such, fiddled with converter, replugged in the power cord and "Voilá", back in business! What a RELIEF. They stayed ample time to talk to us to make suggestions on what we might want to do to so it didn't happen again. Their knowledge was great and pointed out the general problem, which wasn't theirs to repair, (power pole). But we got good working information we felt very confident about. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. They are HEROs in our book. read more

Nope. If you think charging $120 just to show up, then another $140 per hour is OK, more power to you. I was charged $260 for about 30 minutes worth of very light work. They neglected to tell me charges ahead of time and it's my fault for not asking but in any case, this is just blatant greed and taking advantage of the situation. read more

Where do I start? Left my RV and it was left in the same spot after well over a month in the snow and rain. When i smartened up and went elsewhere I found rat droppings next to my bed and a chair that the rat(s) tried to nest in and was shredded, upholstery and the padding inside. I've never had rats inside! Of course they denied it, but since they left it outside where else did the rats come from. I store it well and have never had any infestation of any kind. They are rude, not truthful so I recommend not going there or recording every conversation so you have proof of the stories they tell you. Can't speak because they constantly interrupt you. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. There are other places in town that are honest and are far more professional, both in person and appearance. Brothers is not. They never contacted me about it sitting there in the snow without being moved, I would have picked it up until they were ready to begin if I had known. They never contacted me, I had to call every time to see what was going on. Come to my surprise, NOTHING was going on except their making their home in my RV and I'm left to deal with the biohazard I now have in my bed. The most horrible experience I've had dealing with a business. EDIT: just got a call, because brothers rv left my rv out for over a month there is now water damage up the back wall. Cannot be easily fixed. ALL THEIR FAULT for leaving it there outside in the rain and snow without touching it or calling me to pick it up until they're ever get around to working on it so I can move it somewhere safe. NO communication at all and hundreds more dollars to fix when it is their fault it happened in the first place. read more

I have a small RV. This morning I found a water leak. Upon a friend's recommendation I called Brothers RV. They fit me in as I was traveling through. Pete sleuthed his way through the water system and found the source. Within an hour the leak was fixed and I was back on the road. Brothers was professional and kind. I was so thankful to be fit in. Thank you so much Brothers Rv Repair! I had a blowout on my utility trailer and needed the tires taken off and The metal screwed in so my tires wouldn't rub. I stopped at three different repair Shops, and got an emphatic "can't help ya" attitude, With C&C tire being the worst I was about to give up and have hubby drive 500 miles to come get me, when I saw Brothers Rv repair, turned around, and SO glad I did. These guys are great!!! Took our cabover camper in with a list of things to check/repair and they did it all without question. Also redid the bearings on our car trailer! Shortly after gettimg it home we realized our awning was toast. Called to see about getting it replaced and they said bring it right back in, ordered a new awning and got it done so we could leave on a long planned trip!! I would highly recommend this business. Even though I only had a brief stop today at Brothers RV while passing through town, I could see they were very knowledgeable, fair and honest. After calling in the morning they immediately fit us in their busy schedule in 100 degree heat and quickly narrowed down our issue, and when they were going to have to order the part which we couldn't wait for they didn't even charge us for their time. We wish we lived closer so we could bring all our business to them but will definitely come back when we are back in town. read more

We had our RV worked on there last year and overall it was a horrible experience. The people there are nice, but their workmanship is horrible. I was going to let it go as just a bad experience, but found another thing today that they did incorrectly. To start, we had an appointment to have our RV repaired at the very first of July and didn't get it back until the end of August- and to add insult to injury it wasn't fixed. Our slide wouldn't go out and they made it out to be some mysterious thing that they couldn't figure out. We took it elsewhere after Borthers had it all summer, and they fixed it in one day. That was only one of many frustrations- calling all the time asking when it would be fixed and them telling me in a couple of days, only to call back and it still wasn't fixed- over and over again. Taking down shades that we asked them to fix that they couldn't and leaving them for us to put back up, and many more things toI complicated to list here. What made me decide to write a review today is I went out to hook up the TV we had them install (my fault for not checking when we picked it up but by that time I was so fed up) only to find out that the cords don't reach to the back of the TV- making it unusable. I'm glad other people have had a good experience. Like I said, they were very nice but in our experience, completely inept. read more

Tim and Ed and the staff at Brothers RV are top notch. We purchased a 2015 Thor ACE 29.3 motorhome that the slide assembly on the full wall slide malfunctioned. They were able to order the parts from the manufacturer and make the repairs on time and at a fair price. We wouldn't hesitate to bring our rv back to them should other repair issues come up. read more

My wife and I were heading home to Roseville, CA from Medford, OR when I noticed the brakes on my 5th wheel trailer were not working. I pulled over and saw that the flare on one of the brake lines failed. We called about 10 different repair facilities in the area and no one could help us. We called Brothers RV Repair and explained the problem to the owners, Tim and Ed. We were told to bring the trailer right in and they would take a look at it. After we arrived they saw the problem, pulled the tire and found one of the leaf spring hangers was also broken. They took the broken line off and took it to another shop nearby and had a new and much better line made up and then installed it. They also called for a travelling welder to come out and repair the broken hanger. They told us that they don't like to see RVers breakdown while on the road either heading to a destination or home. Their attention to making repairs better than before and consideration to RVers was above and beyond what most other RV repair shops would do. Thank you so very much Tim and ED.
