I had a slide out issue with one motor not working. This was extremely inconvenient since my bedroom and bathroom was on the other side. From my initial contact with Third Eye, Marcus was easy to talk to and asked me questions to make sure he understood the situation. When he arrived, one could tell that Marcus was very attention to detail and approached the problem methodically. You can tell that he was very experienced in the workings of RVs. In our situation, we were working with a Vroom Slide Out system that was upgraded 2 years prior. He worked with Vroom to understand their system uniqueness and had me back on the road quickly. Really nice guy- he came out and saved us after camping world had really screwed us over and left us sitting with a fridge that beeped all night for weeks. We had all kinds of issues with the RV we bought, and not only did he replace a few things for us very quickly, but also just taught us a lot about our RV, and give us tips on future upgrades we could make. Very helpful for RV newbies. Bonus: he's also very cat friendly. We have several - one of which was headbutting him while he was working ‍ and he was patient as could be with them. read more

Stranded at 7Feathers RV Resort in Oregon unable to get my three slides in my Georgetown 378XLTS. Jacks also down and dead. Needed to check out for my next stop by 11:00am. Called a dozen different places and most mobile RV Repair Services closed on Saturday (who would have thought). Called Third Eye RV Repair at 9:00am. Marcus said he was about 45 minutes away but would come right away estimating a 11:00am arrival. He arrived at 10:30am and fixed my problems in about 10 minutes. Great guy and very knowledgeable. I called Marcus on a Friday afternoon, hoping against hope he would be available. We developed a problem with our RV while packing to leave on Monday. He came out on Saturday morning, diagnosed the problem (Which was completely different than we thought) and fixed it right away. He explained things to us that we were not sure of and went the extra mile to be sure we were ready to set out on our trip. He not only fixed the RV but erased any doubts I had about the trip. Updating my previous review. He came out finally to replace the fuel pump in my generator after my first negative review, however when he arrived, it turned out that he had ordered the wrong part, so he left saying that he would contact the company about getting the correct part shipped. He failed to winterize my rig even though a hard freeze was predicted and I had previously spoken to him about winterizing my rig when he came out to do the repair. I had to call him back and he did come over the following week to do the winterization after the hard freeze had already happened. He promised to follow up about the fuel pump and to be in touch. Since that time, I have left numerous text messages and phone messages and have not heard anything from him. He has completely ghosted me. Although I paid for the service appointment and over $275 for the incorrect part, he has never responded and has failed to do the work that I paid for. For this reason, I am reinstating my 1 star review. This person is unreliable, unresponsive and will take your money without doing the work that was paid for. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for RV repair unless you don't mind being ripped off. read more

Started out good, quick response and was informed he had the part to repair our water leak. Asked for my address and would let me know what time on that Friday he could come out. This was Wednesday. After that no communication and i sent several messages and even gave my phone number to call. Nothing....finally by midday Friday sent another text and said obvious either he lost his phone or something bad must have happened. I would need to look elsewhere for a mobile RV repair service. Then an hour later got 2 very rude texts saying he was in bed or under a slide and was trying to "squeeze " me in! Anyway not very good experience. read more

He came out to work on my furnace replaced a sail switch which cost $9 and some change he charged me $159.99 the furnace quit working after about a half hour he said I had a 90-day warranty he doesn't return my phone calls or my text and he blocked my phone I called him from a different phone number he answered right away and they pretended he couldn't understand me and now it's blocked also terrible service did not complete the job correctly I would not recommend that to anyone that is quite a rip off blatantly read more

I highly recommend Marcus. It was super easy to book an appointment. Then he followed up and called me so that he could understand and prepare. He showed up on time and worked efficiently to get through my whole checklist. He's an excellent communicator who actually listens and quickly figured out what was needed. He did a range of things for me - electrical, structural on the van and even some tweaks to make us safer. His fees are fair and I felt like I got the benefit of all his years of experience.
