Scot repaired our dometic frig on our 2020 Winnebago Voyage travel trailer. It had never worked when traveling with propane from day 1 from factory and the dealer tried for 2 years unsuccessfully to fix it. Scot fixed it in an hour and it made a whole new experience when traveling. We actually have a frig/freezer as we travel!! This year he repacked wheel bearings and greased slide for a reasonable price and found that we were almost dry on grease. He sent helpful photos and did it exactly when he said he would at the price he estimated. I would give him a 10 if it allowed. read more

Problems with my heat resulted in double the cost of a new furnace leaving me without heat all winter. Fix a new thermostat $400 now I have a Air Conditioning problem. Made over 3 attempts to get these things fixed. No call no show every appointment. Phone call suggested I don't know how to operate the new digital thermostat. I now don't have reliable heat or air conditioning. Over $1000 spent on one problem caused two problems. I'm disabled living on a fixed income and I feel I've been taken on my good nature. Plus the part that was supposed bad is missing so I can't undo the damage done. I feel I'm at a loss I can't recover from. I'm screwed read more

I just went on my last trip of the year and it was ruined by a water leak under my stove. I looked and could not see where it was coming from. Tried again when we got home but no luck. I knew if I called the big dealers it would be a 2 week wait and god only knows how long they would have it. Scott was highly recomended so I called him and 3hrs later he arrived (WOW) in about 15min he found the leak and it was just a loose connection on my under counter water filter that Winnebago decided to hide behing a false wall. be careful what you buy from this supplier he overcharges for parts that are cheap and then when it breaks after a few months he replies with, no result of coverage on the part and it would cost more, when i looked up the part myself they were as little as 60.00 for the cheapest and and we paid hundreds of dollars well with patching the roof it was nearly 2k. be very careful. read more
