Well let me start of by saying what great service and communication every one was very nice and…read moreprofessional. I have an older 2003 class A Winnebago sightseer 28 foot on a p32 chassis. I had new Koni shock, super steer rear track bar super steer front springs and sumo springs and drivers side exhaust relocated in front of the rear wheels and safety plus installed. during inspection the lower ball joints were bad as well as one of the upper control arm shaft. My RV had a bad nose dive and was not level. It was a wreak un level all the way around and not fun to drive. it drove like a porpoise jumping out of the water and a dog wagging its tail. After all the work was completed my RV was level and drove down the road great. I even had very little push and pull from big rigs passing me. and the shocks are wonderful. the ride and drive was night and day. I can not recomend them enuff. if you need work done or super steer parts to make your life driveing better, grat people and excellent service go there.

"How does Monday sound?" We had a 2 week insurance job, took him 3 months, and he still didn't finish. He quit with 95% done because we were "tired of his excuses" and "parts run" that he called "complaining and bullying" If we hire you for a job....do it. Just because you have RV repair experience doesn't mean you know how to run a business.... If you're gonna work for yourself because you know the work, then work for someone who is responsible. I had a broken RV bath fan cover, and Paschal's RV Service came out to replace it (more than an…read morehour later than our appointment.). When we got the opportunity to take a short trip (COVID-19 kept us close to home), I discovered that the bath fan was backwards - instead of an exhaust fan, I now have an intake fan. The problem with this is that the fan is only inches from the screen, which collects dirt and dust quickly, thus shutting down the air flow, and making it nearly impossible to clean off. When I reported the problem to Paschal's they said, "If he installed it he will fix it." However, in the 3+ weeks since then, I have contacted them several times trying to set an appointment to make the repair - and got no response. It is one thing to promise a warranty, which he did. It is another thing entirely to try to get satisfaction under that "warranty". It is worthless.

He gave us additional parts and educated me on the tools I may need while RVing and took the time to show me around our newly purchased RV.
