I ordered an Enola Gaye smoke product and my payment was taken immediately. At no point was I asked to verify law enforcement or military status (I am neither). After placing the order, several days passed with no communication and no progress on shipping. Eventually, I spoke with Richard, and the entire experience went downhill from there. This place must have changed ownership or something like that. There was no Bob, but a younger guy everytime. I get my 10lb tank refilled here for sodastream. Somehow my 10lb tank was charged 13lbs. And the guy that works there never wears a mask even during the worst of Covid. BEWARE!  First Richard is the owner of this store for the last 2 years, but told me on several occasions that the owner was Bob and he would have to talk to Bob to get approvals.  I rented 10 paintball kits for a birthday party where close friends and family attended.  I picked up the kits and had to ask how to use them, the owner did not offer to give a demonstration. We were given a broken blue bin full of what I assumed were 10 paintball kits and a crate of 10 CO2 tanks. At no point was I given an inventory to sign off on, offered insurance per the rental agreement (which I received a copy of the day I returned the equipment), or shown that all tanks were filed.  When we went to play the game, 2 masks were not included, 1 mask was broken (no bottom strap, no visor, and strap had to be tied to stay on, see picture attached), 1 tank was empty, and 1 tank was not presurized when attached to a gun.  When returning the equipment I was then told there are NO refunds under any circumstances for rentals.  Richard then explained that there was a canister that was damaged and that more than likely someone took the masks.  All I asked for was a $50 refund as 2 of the kits could not be used.  After I returned the kits and he inspected them;  9 masks were returned (my son's airsoft mask accidently got put back with the rentals), 2 of the canisters were damaged, and where I had placed duct tape on the lense of a mask, the lense apparently needed to be replaced due to the residue (this mask should have been retired many games ago).  He did agree that I could come in for the refund and claim my sons mask, but I would then owe him $156.99 (for 2 masks, a lense and 2 damaged canisters), or we can just part ways and I can find somewhere else to rent from.  We may have rented from him again, referred friends and family, possibly even purchased new equipment because overall it was a fun sport, but I will do everything to make sure people know the type of business he runs!  He stated that I am turning this into his fault to get a discount, horrible customer service to blame the customer.  All I was requesting was the 2 rentals that were unusable to be refunded, I certainly have no use for used helmets and would gladly give them back if they had been included. Purchased about $500 in products (accurate). I purchased a pump and some other items (carbon 68/45 tank included) to hold me off while the mini GS became availability at the shop (I would rather support a small shop than Amazon). Came back the next day to order a mini GS from the shop. I explained that Amazon would sell a kit (including tank and loader) for a killer price and was hoping the shop could maybe not match the price, but split the difference between their price and Amazon's.. maybe something closer to the retail price. They refused and accused me of "blackmail" for saying if they couldn't match price to just accept a return of the tank I purchased less than 24hrs prior and hadn't even taken out of the plastic wrap. The employee even told me earlier in the day that I could return the tank but after showing up that evening with tank in hand they were not going to work with me. Before leaving I asked that the owner give me a call (so he wasn't getting a one sided story and could stay informed). Never got that call... but you better believe he will try and do damage control on Yelp after countless poor reviews start showing up. Maybe consider its not angry peoples fault and take some responsibility for poor customer skills. read more

They get you exactly what you need, no hard sell or over sell here. Great prices. Only downside, location in downtown Gresham not awesome for Pdx'ers.. close enough to max line if needed. read more

I've been going to Bob's for years, each time being greeted by friendly staff who are knowledgable in & out of the proshop. Markers purchased from them carry a lifetime free labor for repairs and parts being the only thing you pay for, and if needed they'll loan you a marker if needed while they fix yours. there's plenty of brands instock and also higher-end markers for those geared toward tourneys with many accessories for added protection. Paint is never is short supply and their refs also work there if you h e questions or need advice for how to better use cover on the field. Once in a great while the shop hosts open-play at their field in Sandy with nearly no-reservations needed but also cater to private games as well. If there isn't something they have don't have that you'll like, they are willing to order it in for you and create many lasting impressions. Recently they starting building skateboards which really aren't half bad. They also can give you a quote for your marker if you are looking to sell. Be sure to ask for BB, Cheese, Bo and even the owner Bob when you have any questions, never have they steered me wrong or left me hanging. read more

Bob runs what I consider the best paintball shop in the Portland area. His prices for paint are far below what you can find elsewhere. For example I purchased a case of Valken Redemption for $10 less than online. Come here if you want great service, low prices and support our local pro-shop. So far I've purchased everything from my goggle system, pads to hopper from Oregon Paintball and will continue to shop here. read more

the guy that runs this place is a smartass in the most endearing way. this shop has been here since i was a kid with my first airsoft gun coming in to buy bbs. the store obviously specialises in paintball so their airsoft supplies are short, but they have a lot of tactical gear, optics, and masks that are universal. i don't know enough about paintball to talk about their selection, but the place is easy to go to if i need something real quick before a game, and the guy is always helpful. read more

Great shop with excellent prices and a knowledgeable owner. Chatted with the owner for a bit when I stopped in and it is easy to see that he loves the sport. That kind of passion is great to see in this day and age, given places like ansgear and other sites. Prices were great too...all too often a proshop will add some serious markup (understandably so)...but the prices I saw were fairly in line with what I have seen online. I purchased my first paintball marker here in 1998, so when I found out Bob is still here in 2015, Oregon paintball was an easy choice. He even remembered us after all these years. Bob is still helpful and carries a large selection of paintball/airsoft gear for reasonable prices. The ONLY choice for my PDX area paintball needs. read more
