Nice store however the customer service did not impress me. I came in with the intention of purchasing a pistol earlier today needless to say I didn't. The sales guy right off the bat was arrogant AF! I will not be returning in the future I will take my business somewhere else. read more

Bought an AR from Oregon Rifleworks earlier this year. I finally decided on the handgun that is perfect for me so I decided to go back to them for my purchase. It's a very specific gun and I did not expect they would have it, they did not. But- they ordered it for me and I'll pick it up next week. I can't express enough how great these people are! Knowledgeable, respectful, helpful and fun! Ladies! Go buy yourself a gun, or two!!!! read more

Staff is always friendly and willing to help. If you can find what you need here, then do you really need it? I've always found what I wanted or needed at Oregon Rifleworks and would definitely recommend them to anyone! read more

Just stopped in to actually see a Staccato. Living in Springfield we don't have any dealers down here that carry that brand. It was very refreshing to walk into a gun store and have the folks there be so friendly. I can't remember the name of the nice lady who helped me. Or the other nice lady that came by to say hello. Both were very friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Within minutes of me walking through the door. They helped me pick out the perfect Staccato for me. Unfortunately; I couldn't buy that day, but I will be back. It's a ways to drive for me. However; that's just fine with me. Friendly, Helpful, and Knowledgeable service make it all worth it!!! read more

They do not answer their phone in the middle of the day during working hours and there is no way to leave a voicemail-- seems arrogant!

The ladies listen & give expert advice. The young guys.....not so much. Good ammo prices. They give "cop" discounts, not just for cops, but military and licensed DPSST Armed Security Professionals. read more

Oh man, this place has it all! Right down to individual parts for an LPK. The only bad thing is how much money you can spend here, this has to have the most inventory of everything in the PNW. read more

Some of the Dudes here seem like they really can't be bothered to be asked questions or look at the firearms. If that's your job you shouldn't treat the customers like their existence is personally annoying you. read more

I wanted to start shooting long distance and asked Josh to recommend a build. We went through the options and ultimately selected a Masterworks Arms 6MM Creedmore with a Leupold optic. Their build was superb. Definitely a store that listens and works to deliver your dreams. read more

I have purchased several firearms from the rifleworks and the staff is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Recently I had them assemble a rifle for me and in addition to helping me pick out parts, Tony was able to complete the build in a single day. I would highly recommend shopping here for any firearm related purchases. read more

I highly recommend Oregon Rifleworks. Staff is amazing and helpful, and they have a great selection that is priced correctly.

Took my upper in to get a new muzzle installed and everything looked great but my can's mount got stuck on so I took it back and their gunsmith didn't even charge me because he got it right off. Definitely recommend, friendly staff and if I'm ever in area again, I will definitely return. read more

Had an FFL transfer sent here and they have great customer service and promptly got my order processed and called me when it was ready for pick up, no games and they carry a great selection of items to really make it a one stop shop will for sure buy my next weapon here. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Awesome service. Very knowledgeable and great attitudes. I live out of the way but try to go to them specifically. I had an odd and specialized need that they went above and beyond to find a solution for. Tony did great work on a rifle and while I waited I think every other employee in the shop saw me at the counter and came up to ask if they could help me. Good prices. Best tactical selection I have found in Oregon. Phenomenal service. Go spend your money with these guys. read more

Couldn't recommend these guys more. Very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. There selection of parts will satisfy anyone's needs.

It saddens me to write a negative review of this place because it is a nice store with some cool stuff, and usually reasonably freindly people, but my recent experience was so annoying I had to make a note. I purchased a soft rifle case, and before I even got it into my house, a clearly defective metal hook snapped. I went to the manufacturer website to find a new hook with no luck, so I brought it back to ORW and told them what happened. The response was, "Well we don't have another hook or sling to replace it, so maybe check the website." The lady was not discourteous, but it was clear to me she felt bad for "my" problem. This bothered me so I asked if I could just bring the whole thing back for a refund, and she advised that I could only get store credit. The thing for me is that there is nothing at Oregon Rifle Works that cannot be purchased online, usually for less money. I love to buy from local brick and mortar stores for a lot of reasons, but largely because if there is something that goes wrong there isn't a big hassle calling 800 numbers and dealing with unhelpful websites. So with ORW making it clear that if a purchase from them goes wrong, it is my problem and I should deal with the manufacturer myself, I will just buy online and save a little money until I find a gun shop who makes me feel like a valued customer, and remedies problems that were no fault of mine. read more

What a great place, certainly my favorite local shop. Everyone I've brought here really likes it. Excellent selection and outstanding customer service. All the employees really blow away the old stereotype of the cranky old guy behind the gun shop counter. Well done. I highly recommend the store to anyone. read more

I don't leave reviews. But my experience with Oregon Rifleworks today was so good I just have to give them a shout out. I brought my new, home built, AR15 to them because it started misfiring. Emma met me at the counter and she looked at my rifle and said, "It looks like the trigger pin has worked its way loose. Let me take to our guy on the bench so he can have a look. It looks like an easy fix." In about 10 minutes she came back with my AR15 and said that the trigger spring had been installed backwards and that was the problem. When I asked her how much the repair was she said, "Oh no charge. It only took him a minute." I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. So I wanted to buy something and support them and I asked Emma if they carried gun cases and of course they do. She took me over to the cases, and I found one that I had seen on Amazon last week. She said they were very good cases. To my surprise the same case on Amazon was only $7.00 cheaper, so I told her, "I'll take it!" Not only good service but they are competitively priced. What a nice experience. Shout out to Oregon Rifleworks and Emma ;) Wally Moore Wilsonville, OR read more

I've lived in the area for a very long time and I gather this place has been her forever. But I never even knew it was here until someone told me about it. In a word (ok, four words) I love this place. Not the best prices in town but their stuff is very high quality and most importantly these days, they have a lot of stock on the shelves. It's a rifle store and they have a lot of rifles, rifle ammo and rifle accessories. Other stuff also, in small quantities but the business is definitely rifle-centric. I din't need any help for my purchases but I did rubberneck a few conversations with customers and staff and the employees there seem to be great. The gal who greeted us at the door asked what we were looking for and she zoomed us right over to what we wanted. And quickly and efficiently checked us out. I wasn't even keen on stopping in figuring they wouldn't have what I wanted since most everyone has been sold out for months. But they had everything on my list. Well done! Parking looks to be problematic. We parked in the little alley where the barber shop is. There may be parking on the side street or behind the store...we didn't look. The main drag through old town Tigard is always busy and finding storefront parking out there has been difficult for decades. read more

The staff here are highly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Nice selection on firearms and supplies. I personally love this placee.

They have a good selection of rifles and handguns. Merch is always great and sheephitters is the best local gun event. They do get busy and take their time to get to all customers on weekends. read more

Long time coming review. I bought a new handgun and many rounds before, the service was always excellent. Later I purchased a used 30-06 browning with no magazine. Was told that they will find me one for free and I said I would buy two more if they did find them, but I never heard from them even after calling twice. The last time was when I brought a 9mm chiapa carbine "from Big 5" that had broken. They said it might take a while but I was ok because it was just a fun little rifle to plank with. Three calls to ask about how it's going and a literal year later I just go and pick it up. They hand me my rifle striped and without the hard case I had brought it in with. I left trying my best not to say anything other than to just give me back my rifle. When I took it to "Rich's Gun Shop" the same people that did find me my browning magazines they told me lots of screws were missing also. They might be extremely close and convenient for me but I would rather drive to NW Armory on 99 or even better take a long drive down to Donald to a proper gun store. Other than window shop I will not purchase anything else again. read more

I've bought several 4473 items here and they've always been helpful. They actually have an amazing selection (writing this mid-panic/COVID) and haven't raised their prices dramatically. Basic G19/17s are $539 which is pretty much the MSRP you see on people that haven't raised their prices. Huge selection of Mags and various other things to build your AR. Highly recommend and stroll into the shop from time to time just to look around so I'm sure I'll see you there. read more

ORW is good people. Good selection, awesome patches, and a bunch of house-branded stickers, magazines, shirts and more.

Customer service has never been a strong suite for the gun store employees and these guys are no different. Will they answer your questions? Sure. Will they act annoyed the entire time? Also, sure. Overall, cool store, lots of gear, but expensive and expect short answers and a "are you gonna buy something?" Attitude. read more

Just wanted to recognize Alli for her amazing customer service! I had been wanting a knife for quite some time and briefly described to her what I was looking for. Went in bought a rifle. I have called 16 times over the last two weeks and emailed multiple times as well and have heard NOTHING from them. Their phone goes right to voicemail which says "The quickest way to get ahold of us is to call or email." They don't answer and they don't let you leave a message either! They're very nice to you while you're making your purchase but as soon as they have your $$ they're done with you. GARAGE! read more

All of these reviews are very accurate when it comes to the friendliness of this store, the good prices on ammo , knowledge ...etc. BUT customer service is king when you are selling something that others have that is identical. I bought a rifle from them this last week and it was defective from the first shot. I have had other shops take a gun and do the warranty for me when the gun was so new and needed work. It was not oregon rifleworks fault the gun was defective, but I will spend my money where I get the service after the sale also. Based on the other reviews it looks like I am the only one to have a negative about this store. So maybe wrong day, wrong time when I came back with the issue. read more

I used to go here before Covid, they never had amazing customer service (I'm mainly concerned with gunsmithing), but it was a good location for getting basic stuff for AR building. Great gun and knife shop. It is one of the bigger stores that I have been in. They have a lot of selection of firearms, parts, ammo, knives, etc. They have very competitive prices too. The workers are all friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back here read more

As other's have mentioned THIS is how a gun store should run. No (palpable) bias on skin color, gender, creed, sexual orientation or religion. What I mean by "palpable" is, in some particular gun stores (small & big box) you can walk in & FEEL how the interaction is going to go between you and those working behind the counter. Avoidance, lack of eye contact, offensively questioning your level of knowledge OR flat out ignoring & avoiding you. (All of which I've personally experienced) If you're a stand up, law abiding human being looking to embrace your RIGHT as an American Citizen then you are treated as such. They welcome you with respect, make eye contact & answer all questions you have. At no point do they attempt to belittle you for being new to the world of gun ownership or attempt to guide the interaction towards the über awkward level. Bottom Line... Go Here. I've purchased my first AR here & got it at a better price than what was advertised in other gun stores. I will continue to be a patron here because it just feels right. Thanks Oregon Rifleworks, your business is the meaning of First Class in my eyes. read more

This was my forth time visiting this establishment and my last. It felt like the twilight zone as I walked in, and literally everybody was busy talking with each other behind the counter, and a simple hello from the older guy near the rifle area, not a " May I help you" just a hi. I literally walked every aisle and waited for a response, then left when everybody continued talking amongst themselves, whether it was business or not. If you want a store with accessories, I do recommend this store, but if you want personal experience and someone to help you, don't count on it. I'm thinking this is a "if they know you" kind of place. definitely a nice establishment, but again, not for me. Usually when I walk into other establishments everybody drops what they're doing and asks if I need help or if I have any questions to please let them know. I would think a rifle/gun store with five employees behind the counter would have a better customer service understanding and a more of a welcoming feeling. This would have been a one star rating, but again, they do have a pretty cool selection of accessories and other things. read more
