This places service sucks it took over an hour to get a table after calling ahead and they gave our table away

Have been to the one on Bell road and the one out towards Cave creek, both are really great . Food tasted the same at both, I have had the baked ziti and pizza and their big cookie with ice cream, no complaints what so ever. Service is great at both also, and people are so friendly. You can't go wrong at either one,and you won't go home hungry. read more

Ordered off of Doordash the driver waited for over an hour for one entree and kids entree. This is unacceptable if you cannot handle using take out, uber eats or doordash dont do it. We should be treated just as if we are customers physically there. read more

Just ate at Oreganos for the first time tonight and loved it. Started off with drinks in the bar. My Moscow Mule was perfect, one of the best I have had. Once seated, started with the meatballs. The marinara was on point. The sauce was delicious and well seasoned without heavy handed on tomato flavor. The meatballs were perfect. Lots of flavor and right amount of breadcrumbs. Ordered the Mama's Sausage and Peppers. Delicious. The penne was al Dante with a generous amount of sauce. The sausage was spicy with just the right kick. The peppers were nice and colorful with just the right texture and bite. And the garlic bread YUM. Could have had a meal just on bread alone it was SO buttery and garlicky. Just the way it should be. Perfection. read more

Oreganos has one of the best pizzas, my children and I love to eat here so friendly and delicious food.

I have been going to Oregano's since I was kid, and there has been no place that tops this restaurant. My family and I would drive an hour just to eat here before they opened the Glendale location. They have creative and diverse Italian options to suit everyone, and they're old-style decor really sets the atmosphere of the restaurant. I have never had bad service or bad food from this establishment, and I eat here more than any other restaurant in town. PS: The pizza cookie is a MUST HAVE! read more

Gorgeous 1950's Little Italy ambiance with food as good as the waiters are friendly. The garlic cheesey bread is to die for but pales in comparison to their thin crust pizza. Absolutely loved it. read more

Love Oregano's, been coming for years, gonna keep coming back. I always have the thin crust pepperoni, plus occasionally the kick-butt garlic bread & the chocolate chip pizzookie. The food is always fantastic, the service has always been friendly, and the price has always been reasonable. read more

My review is STRICTLY for our server, Connor. The absolute WORST server I've ever experienced in a restaurant server compacity. Our experience first started with his overbearing selling of nachos. If I didn't know better, I would have thought he was getting commission from them. After our family kindly reminded him that we were not interested, our night progressed. We ordered over $100+ worth of food and then when I ask for a side of ranch with my $20 pizza, We we're instructed it costs .50. Excuse me?! My wife ordered a "Oregano's favorite" salad. It came to the table incorrect with missing ingredients. When I told connor about it, he sat here and argued. Connor was incredibly creepy, over stayed his welcome at the table and was almost trying too hard. He asked if we wanted boxes 4 minutes after my wife's salad arrived. Incredibly uncomfortable. We will not be returning to this location after 5 years. read more

Great customer service our waitress was very efficient and personable. I had the lasagna I usually do not eat that when going Italian but it was good . I tried the other dishes our guest ordered everything delicious we will return thank you read more

Mediocre, at best. This is NOT Chicago style pizza and calling it such is an insult! Super busy and I cannot figure out why. Service = C, Food = D-, Ambiance = C. Rather disappointing. I'd opt for one of the other many pizza options out there. read more

Absolutely fantastic! Love the place! The decor, the food, the staff, it's all amazing. Joe had served my boyfriend and I once before months ago and after coming in for lunch today by myself, he recognized me. He and Lindsay took great care of me as I dined alone and talked to me as if they had known me for years. As a server at another restaurant, I can say I do not have the kind of memory this guy does. These folks are truly one of a kind and I can't wait to go back for another great experience. read more

My girlfriend and I were regulars here. I hate to give less than positive reviews but I need to share our experience. Keep in mind I travel for business, so I always tip more than 20% and expect a little respect if I frequent your establishment. We are always polite and friendly because we were raised that way; but heed my notes below: Pros: Food was always very good. Unique items on menu. Cons: service is hit/miss and sometimes rude to downright disrespectful. It's not the customer's fault or problem that you work as a waiter/waitress. Advice: Do not form relationships with any of the staff, because they began to take us for granted and started talking down to us, which I did not stand for. After about 8 months I went back tonight to see if things had improved, and to my disappointment they had not... read more

Love the food and atmosphere! The servers are always nice. Best boneless wings ever! Also, the best chocolate chip cookie!!

We had the best time there! Everyone was very welcoming! Our waitress was awesome! The food was delicious!

Today our server was amazing!!! I think her name was Renee. She was petite and had shorthair. She was so helpful and fast. Kept refills coming. Loved her service read more

I am obsessed with your food, and have been coming for years! However, I don't think I can continue coming to this location due to the wait times, even for mobile orders. read more

I have never been here before so since yesterday was my birthday my daughter and best friend and I went here for lunch. Since they are practicing social distancing we waited 35 minutes in the car before we were texted to come in. It was well worth the wait. The server was awesome, very attentive and well versed in the dishes they offered. I had the Vina salad whIch was huge, my daughter had Alfredo with shrimp and my friend had penne with sausage. All the orders were delicious and we had plenty for leftovers to take home. For desert we had macadamia cookie with ice cream which we shared. We definitely will go back so we can try the rest of the menu. read more

Have been going to Oregano's for years. Love our West Valley location. Not only is it mine and my wife's favorite restaurant, it is now our kids' favorite. I always get Alfredo the Dark or Momma's Mac 'N Cheese. Don't forget to treat yourself to the Pizza Cookie. Keep up the good work! read more

My family and I LOVE Oreganos. Very fun atmosphere, amazing menu, great for all of our favorites! Especially love their penne pasta bowl with sausage and dessert cookie read more

Oregano's is no longer family owned and hasn't been for a while, sadly this is certainly starting to show. Been coming here weekly (if not more often) for the past year. The service has never been an issue, tonight's server was great. But it took 45 mins to get a salad and an hour to get a pasta dish. Seems to be a lot of turnover here lately, why is that? The manager was sympathetic to our long wait. read more

Always great service (Gabrielle is the best)... food is always great. Never disappointed.

Awesome pasta! We love this restaurant and will be back again! Great service, Thank you!

Love this place! The El Diablo Shrimp Pasta is my favorite dish ever! Always have great service and a great time. Just be sure to get there early on Friday and Saturday nights as the wait can get up to an hour long sometimes! read more

I went here with a group of girlfriends for dinner the other day. My husband and I have also been here a couple times before too. I'm always impressed with the service. All our orders come right and the wait staff is always so attentive. The salads are huge!! The pizza was great! My favorite is the guacamole dip!!! So amazing. The food is always large portions and always so tasty!! One of my favorite things to do is order the enormous appetizers and have drinks at the bar, then order dessert afterwards! The only thing I wish for is more healthy food options! But other than that, we are so glad we finally have an oreganos on the Westside of town read more

You can never go wrong with the anti pasta salad!! Whenever we come here, we have to get dessert! I love how the kids have a very inexpensive menu and so they can get more than just a slice of pizza. My fiancé loves the Italian sandwich. It's basically the same thing as my salad in a sandwich form. Very great sangrias too. read more

Went to oregano's for lunch today and lunch was great! But the employees did not realize that today was Veterans Day and the restaurant did not offer any sort of discount for our veterans as most of the restaurants are doing. Such a shame! read more

Have always enjoyed coming here. Though the last time i was there, i got the alfredo, and had food poisoning about a day later, as well as my friend who i went with. No meat was in our meal, so it worries me that either the sauce was expired, or they are not washing their hands before touching our food. read more

Pizza heck.....we all had pasta...it is very good....value priced and huge portions. Great service. I'm going back!

They said an hour wait when I called, two hours later we were seated. The beer was nice and cold. Food was excellent as always and our server was good. The wait was unacceptable, hence one star. read more

Had to wait 40 minutes to eat and it was worth the wait. Friday night's@ 7pm are busy at most good places. The two hostesses were extremely friendly. The manager was incredible. He was checking on all the guest he 'touched' our table twice. The wait staff was supportive, helpful and friendly. Wes was our waiter and he was funny and provided great service. I think All Oregano' s are really good restaurants and this location was the cream of the crop. The best Oregano' s ive been to by far. read more

Ordered delivery and my spaghetti was raw, uncooked and the whole thing was stuck together. I couldn't eat it. Luckily My girlfriend ordered a pizza as well. However even that was unbelievably gross, we spit it right out! Spent over 50$ on food and We couldn't even eat it! Went straight to the trash. We waited two hours for that food and was unbelievably hungry. First time eating at Oregano's and we do not recommend! read more

Went there for my birthday dinner last night with my husband. He ordered the alfredo pasta with chicken dish. He was literally sick to his stomach all night long! He is still sick, and can't keep anything down. Its Awful. We may go to the hospital, it is just that bad!! read more

We love Oregano's- their deep dish pizza, thin crust, and even the pastas are great (especially the Alfredo the Dark). They also have the delicious pizza cookie. The 4 stars instead of 5 is because the service the last few times we've gone hasn't been great. I've gone to a few different locations and it seems to be a common thread. read more

Welcome to Glendale, you have a great establishment. Your hostess was friendły, the wait times showed us it was worth our time, the beer was good and cold, and of course the thin pizza is great. We had the Numero One O nod it was delicious. Out server was pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would like to recommend that they check out the Surprise area, for a place to open next, the 303 is done I. That part of town and we are in need of a food pizza place. Highly recommended! read more

To start with, this is my first time at this location and possibly my last. I live on this side of town and every time I pass this place it's usually busy, however, tonight me and my girlfriend thought we would give it a try. Upon arriving we were told it would be a 30 minute wait for two which didn't seem that bad. Instead we ended up waiting almost 50 minutes just to be seated due to the hostess totally forgetting about us. Now I could understand this happening if we were outside but we actually sat right in front of her inside. How she could look at us and not wonder why we haven't been seated while she's seating other customers who clearly showed up after us is mind boggling. After mentioning something we were seated immediately but without apology which is unfortunate because she knows she messed up and so do we. After sitting down, we were approached by our waitress and she took our orders. Now I'm a vegetarian and my girlfriend is a vegan and our waitress assured us that our orders would be meat free as well as dairy and egg free for my girlfriend. Turns out that their base marinara sauce is mixed with cheese and that the chef could make another based off of a tomato puree mix they have which we begrudgingly agreed to. Anyways, we get the food, my plates spicy but is ok. The pasta for my girlfriend though was bland and plain, due to the chef just blending the puree, no spices or anything to spruce it up, that's just lazy. First impression of this place sucked so far, probably won't go back which means I'll just stick with Olive Garden or Buca Di Beppo. Overall, needs more attentive hostesses, and waitress or chef who have better knowledge of what they're serving. read more

We arrived at 1019 am , first timer , not knowing they open at 1100am. So we went to Home Depot, grabbed the honey due list, then back to the world of Italian! It if was not for Renee' giving us that extra bit of hospitality BEFORE they had opened (offered menu's ,to go water etc.) we may not have returned. We must tell you that the same five star service was extended by Cole, and Renee, and Cole, and Renee and Cole. They did this to all the customers, I would call the a "Power Wow"!!!!!. The food was excellent and very filling, the service was spot on to the point we did not want to leave! But when we did we saw the large line to get in!! I would highly recommended Oregano's of Glendale above all others! Cheers! read more
