The Friday before, I realized my fridge had stopped cooling/freezing, so called them at 1pm. They said they were really booked but tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone. That didn't fix the problem, so Craig said he would have a couple service guys stop over within the next hour or two to see if they could get it going.
