My received a helicopter ride for Christmas and she was kind enough to take me as her guest! The staff at Orbic Air was amazing from the second we walked in the door. Warm greeting from Francine and Stephanie. They were also very helpful as I am disabled and needed additional help (a step stool) to get inside the helicopter. Our pilot, Oleg, handled the helicopter expertly and pointed out the landmarks on the flight. It was a fantastic time and I recommend Orbic Air not only for the flight experience but because they were so great to deal with. Thanks you guys! I will highly recommend to anyone.

Orbic Air is simply amazing! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our evening. Our Pilot was Isaac and let me tell you, he was AMAZING!!! So detailed on everything we were seeing and gracious with taking pictures of us prior to our flight! The man in the check in area was also so helpful and great! I loved Orbic and will book with them in a few months again!

I scheduled a Coastline Tour with Xue and was excited to fly for the first time. The front staff were friendly and checked me in. Xue made me feel safe and I got to see her in action. She pointed out landmarks that I grew up visiting and got to see everything from the top. I had an amazing experience and will be back! 这真的是个很棒的经历，我一定会回来的!

Me and my gf tried the Malibu Mountain Top Landing tour. To sum up the review, everything went extremely well. We were 20 mins late because we chose the 5pm slot and it was rush hour. The staff were very considerate when I explained it to them and everyone was just so friendly and accommodating. We still had the full experience even if we were late. But don't get me wrong. Make sure to make adjustments and anticipate traffic. Don't be late! When we got back, there were other people waiting for a ride so you also have to be considerate! When we were already flying, our pilot knew LA very well and gave us a detailed tour of the city. We were amazed. Looking at the city on ow altitude flying is way more beautiful than viewing it in a plane so make sure to bring a camera and take LOTS of pictures. One of my biggest regret was not taking a lot of pictures so you definitely should. And our pilot seems to already have a lot of experience so it felt very safe! As we reached the mountain top, I actually expected less. But both our jaws dropped to amazement. The place is magical. This is the PERFECT place to propose to your gf so I did! I honestly couldn't think of a better place. When we landed, our pilot setup our picnic table. We had a short hike while he was setting it up and when we got back, he left us and gave us privacy while I prepare for my proposal. With this kind of proposal, it would already be an easy yes. The place is totally isolated and intimate with scenic views of malibu mountains and malibu coastline. I was very hesitant at first because of the price but this was one of the best purchases I've ever made in my life. A day in our lives we will never ever forget. Definitely one for the books! If you are looking for a sign, this is it. Go for it. P.S. this review is from my fiancé

My boyfriend surprised me with a date here! Then he also surprised me by dropping a bomb on me that I would be flying the plane. First instinct? Panic. However, our pilot Drew was super amazing. He gave great instructions and while flying he definitely had a lot of patience. All the staff was also super friendly! While waiting, I also heard them take phone calls, which were done very professionally. I definitely recommend this company. They are all a bunch of amazing people. 10/10 would recommend and do it again.

Want the experience of a lifetime? Looking for a cool way to propose to your significant other? The search is over! Orbic Air will forever have the biggest place in my heart. My now-fiancé booked the most incredible proposal through them and the experience could not have been more perfect! The crew and front office were all so friendly, professional, fun, and accommodating. Our pilot was Justin Gentner and he was truly the best and made the experience that much more special. He eased out jitters and stood in as a fabulous photographer to capture the moment Samuel got on one knee. He probably took over a hundred photos that all came out incredible. We will be forever grateful to him. Such a cool guy! This was my first helicopter ride and they were so clear what to expect. I felt safe the entire time and the ride and views were unreal. They went beyond the allotted time and we did not feel rushed. Justin pointed out all of the LA hot spots from the sky and identified some celebrity homes. So cool! I can't wait to return for another ride! We will remain loyal to Orbic Air for years to come!

My boyfriend booked the "Ultimate Helicopter Tour of Los Angeles" for my birthday which was my first time in a helicopter and it was SO MUCH FUN! Our Captain, Cam, was friendly, knowledgeable, fun and and made the experience even better than I could have imagined. Time flew, and our 45 min tour seemed like 10 min to me. We got tons of great pics of Venice, the Hollywood Sign and Cam even pointed out a bunch of the starts homes which was fun. We'll definitely be going back to do the "LA Live Tour" so we can see the city lit up at night. The booking experience, office staff and owner that we met were all friendly and the place is clean clean clean with all the social distancing protocols in place to make you feel safe. Thanks Orbic Air for a fantastic birthday experience I'll never forget!

Orbic Air is simply amazing! I had booked a surprise proposal rooftop landing for my fiancée and it went extremely well. Right from check in we were greeted well by all the employees. They had picked an amazing photographer, Marshall who was in disguise as an employee and also acted as a great tour guide! Our pilot was simply amazing and she flew the helicopter really well especially on a windy day. The view sunset view was gorgeous and my fiancée and I both loved it! I was just here Monday. Did the helicopter tour for our birthday. My son and mine. Staff was very nice, however once in the helicopter I was informed that the headset didn't work properly. So through out the tour I struggled with moving the mic around trying to communicate with my son and niece in the back. After landing they informed that the headsets they were using were having problems also. So my low stars are only based on the fact they are knowingly taking you out on a tour with faulty headset. Which you would not be to communicate properly while up in the sky with your crew. read more

Booked a helicopter tour last minute for our 5 year anniversary.. I checked on yelp and I liked this company as it showed it's prices up front. Anyways I ended up calling to book it. Sunset time was fully booked which I figured since it was last minute! I ended up booking the 5:30pm one. Amazing experience! From the moment my husband and I got there we were treated very well. Got to sit down at a table in a private area where all the private jets are located while we waited for our tour. Requested non alcoholic beverage and they still provided champagne and the apple cider.. This is the best time to see LA from above.. love Santa Monica pier! Thank you for making our anniversary a great one! Worth the $600! read more

Awesome 40th birthday present to my husband. The pilot was so nice and personable and he even showed me how to take better pictures on my Samsung Galaxy 10 phone. It was an unbelievable ride at sunset over L.A. if you get motion sick just take a couple dramamine and you will be fine. There is so much to see you dont even think about the sickness. read more

I was nervous about taking my first helicopter right. Our pilot Cameron did an incredible job explaining the basics to us, and what we should expect when up in the air. He put us totally at ease and we had a great time - including making two close passes by the famous Hollywood sign. So many great photos and videos. Will definitely be back. read more

I've visited Los Angeles twice a year with family for over 30 years and toured all over the city but never have I seen it with such deapth and beauty as we did today! Our pilot Justin truly knows so much detail regarding the different neighborhoods and even rural areas of Los Angeles. He provided us so much information regarding Beverly Hills, Belaire, stars homes, Universal Studios, Paramount Studios, downtown Los Angeles, old and new L.A., all breathtaking views and then the creme de la creme the 21 miles that makes up Malibu California. All in one hour! It is so worth the cost and more. No wonder why even Los Angelians leave mesmerized! Don't miss it! We especially wish to thank the crew for the photo memento of our helicopter! Can't wait to do it again when we visit Los Angeles. read more

Unreal experience. One of the best helicopter rides I've ever been on. The sites you see and the mountain top landing over looking the ocean in Malibu is something my now fiancé and I will never forget. If you are thinking about booking this, do it, you will be glad you spent the money. Thanks to Patrick (our pilot) and all the staff for setting everything up and taking some great pictures for us as well. I took my boyfriend here for a surprise birthday excursion and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. He has lived here in LA for nearly 18 years and he had never seen the city this way. Our incredible pilot (Stephen) gave us a terrific (and knowledgeable) tour; we could even spot our apartments from the sky which was pretty cool. We are already planning our next flight with Orbic Air and I couldn't recommend it enough. Worth every penny. read more

Fantastic time! Took the Ultimate tour with pilot Cameron Collins. We saw ALL the major sites of Los Angeles and a fabulous tour down the coast from Marina del Rey to Malibu. Cameron is not only a great pilot but he knows all the hidden gems like Magic Johnson house and Elon Musk's digs. Totally worth every cent. Definitely do not recommend. They cancelled my flight with 24 hour notice even though I had book way in advance, and couldn't give me a real reason as to why they were cancelling. They said, "These kind of things happen" and offered a refund. Do not count on them if you are planning something special, this was for a special occasion and guess what I had to scramble last minute and figure out a new plan. There are way better and more reliable companies out there. If I could give no stars I would. read more

Just ended the tour 30 minutes. Our pilot was David (I think). Well worth every penny. I grew up in LA so getting to see all of LA, and all of the old neighborhoods I used to live in from the air was an awesome walk down memory lane. David showed us everything. Beautiful homes up in the hills. This was a birthday gift to my wife. I reserved a couple days ago. They were very easy with scheduling. Perfect time to do this is noon. We did the second tier trip which was an hour long with champaign and cake. I highly recommend this to anyone. read more

Tommy was our pilot and we could tell he was experienced and he was a cool person to have a conversation with . We did my proposal through heart bandit and they got me in touch with Orbic Air helicopter tours! What a amazing experience. Their service was absolutely amazing. I'm sorry I forgot the name of my pilot but if I remembered he was amazing pilot. He knew everything about Los Angeles and everything about California. We saw Malibu beach all the way to the Hollywood sign. Altogether the tour was about two hours. And I did my proposal through them which was absolutely amazing. Please if you haven't done a tour before please do this! read more

Very good service. I was there yesterday with my wife for our 1year anniversary. Their service was outstanding. From the "Hello to Bye" they did everything to keep us satisfied. They even took their time and called my restaurant and notified them that we will be in our way to dinner after the flight. Pilot was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed every minute we were in the air. They even tried to land us on the rooftop of our restaurant which was at the Ritz Carlton Marina Del Rey but the hotel stuff didnt approve it. What matters is that they took their time and made the phone call. Thank you very much guys. I hope all your pilots are safe every time they have to go in the air. read more

Let me start off by mentioning SKYLER!! Because SKYLER was absolutely AMAZING!! My bf took me to Orbic on a helicopter to give me the ultimate rooftop helicopter proposal and Skyler was our pilot, tour guide, photographer, waiter, etc. He definitely had a huge impact on helping my boyfriend give me the ultimate proposal of a lifetime. He captured all our beautiful moments and was overly helpful and patient. He is what makes this company.. Without him this experience would have been totally different. Much more than you could expect from a helicopter tour! Stopped for a roof top landing with a champagne toast with my wife for her birthday! WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! This was hands down one of the very coolest things that I have ever done in my entire life. My experience with Orbic Air, from our very first phone call, was a truly impressive one. They exude professionalism and class, booking the Shoreline Picnic Helicopter Tour was simple and streamlined. When we arrived, the terminal was lovely - and when we were escorted over to the all black pristine helicopter - the time of our life was about to begin! Our pilot, Dave, was the perfect tour guide; informative but not pushy with the information. We went all around Los Angeles, the Hollywood sign, the coast, and then we landed on a mountaintop for a shoreline picnic... surrounded by an absolutely breathtaking view of the ocean. The piloting of the aircraft was perfect, safe, and super exciting with some fun little thrilling turns etc. This experience has completely exceeded my expectations, and I hope to make this an annual journey with Orbic Air. read more

Since I'm already in the medical field, a lot of the material felt familiar, and many of my classmates also had prior medical experience. What I appreciated most is that Albert wastes no time--he's very goal-oriented and focused on getting you trained, certified, and ready to move forward. You could tell he wants you to succeed! Before enrolling, I visited the location myself so I could understand the parking situation. It's a shared space, which is normal for smaller medical training programs. Schedule an appointment with Albert if you want to see the class! What matters most is that the school is state-approved and gives you what you need for the price, the tools, and the time commitment. Overall, I'm really glad I chose this program. It was efficient, straightforward, and didn't waste months of my time the way a community college phlebotomy course would have. Having never ridden inside of a helicopter and only having seen them in action on the big screen, I had no idea what to expect as we took off for an aerial tour of Hollywood and its surroundings; needless to say, I may consider becoming a helicopter pilot later on in the future. Personal quips aside, the experience could not have gone any better. Our take-off was as smooth and relaxed as our landing; the whole trip was pleasant and not unsettling in the very least. We were also very fortunate enough to have such a wonderful pilot: Kevin. His expertise and knowledge of the area made me forget that I was flying in a helicopter and made me feel as if I was viewing a motion picture being shot from the air. Required by the staff to wear a headset throughout the whole flight, I was not dismayed at this mandate; rather, the feeling of wearing a intercom headset made me feel that much more in tune with the internal workings of helicopters and their pilots. The in-flight soundtrack being softly broadcast through the radio and into our headsets, was a Wagner-esque classical movement; had Flight of the Valkyries come on, this experience would have been made all the more classic. But I am not complaining about the choice of music; who cares about what's playing through your headset when you're hundreds of feet above LA, looking down at all of the wondrous sights it has in store? All in all, it was a fantastic thing to have experienced, and I would recommend anyone looking for an aerial tour of LA to consider Orbic Air to take them above and beyond. Kirill D. read more

We had an outstanding time, our Pilot was Cheriff Amin and not only was he very thorough as far as a safety check goes but he made us feel very comfortable. My wife was frightened by the idea of a Helicopter tour but Cheriff made the whole experience awesome. As soon as we arived at Orbic the staff greeted us and provided assistance to my daughter with her wheel chair all the way to the Helicopter and then when the tour was over, they came out to the tarmac bringing the wheel chair back to us, we felt we received the best V.I.P. treatment. I highly recomend taking the Orbic Helicopter tour and when you do, Ask for Cheriff, he knew all the cool land marks as well as the Celebrities Million dollar homes. The trip was just for me but at the last moment my wife and I were informed that I could "upgrade" my tour package and she could accompany me on the flight. She thought about it and decided to join me; I'm glad she did. After a brief pre-flight briefing from our very informative, courteous and professional pilot, Brennan, we were off. He was very knowledgeable about the sights of LA; and the day and flight were breathtaking. I recently went through helicopter flight instruction for my private pilot through Orbic. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I had Drew as a CFI and have nothing but good things to say about my experience. Drew was very knowledgeable, confident in his abilities as a pilot and instructor, and at times more confident in my abilities than I was. Drew is easy to get along with, friendly, and has the ability to explain things in different ways making it easy to understand. He got me prepped for my check-ride in a month and a half, and I passed! I also flew a couple times with Cameron and he was solid as well! Orbic Air does perfect tours! If you have never flown a helicopter before... this company is perfect, they have short tours but (a 20min flight is not worth it, as I have done many like those in the past). The LA landing tour, on a building was perfect! You have the view of echo park (which is finally clean and looks so beautiful!), This tour was almost 2 hours, and perfect. You get to see LA, santa monica, venice, the valley, bev hills and much more!! The views are beautiful and the pilots are great. The whole staff is so nice and helpful, I have flown other companies that are dry and rude, but THIS COMPANY IS PERFECT. Can't wait to fly again and do their other tour packages, worth every cent. Amazing service with an exception view. The staff is amazing and the tour spectacular. Our pilot was very knowledgeable and definitely learned a lot I didn't know before. Definitely got much more than money's worth! They were very understanding and even let me paid in advance for a special surprise. I bought my husband a 90 minute helecopter experience he only got 50 minutes . They showed him a toy my 6 years grandson plays with to show him about flying. We got there early they put us in a back room with water or a apple .after waiting 30 minutes my husband went to find someone . There answer was "you got here early " So you left your customers sit for 30 minutes without checking on them ? Will NEVER go there again. read more

If your looking for an experience out of the ordinary, this is for you! First of all, it's incredible to sit and ride in the helicopters. I personally sat in the A-Star. Incredible! Also, you get to see large parts of LA. The Hollywood sign, celebrity homes, famous buildings and places. Our tour guide, Albert, made the experience great!
