I cannot recommend Lite Flight Helicopters enough. I made our reservation several months in advance for the Malibu Landing Tour, including the sunset experience and photographer add-ons, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. On the day of our flight, my now-fiancée and I were warmly greeted at the office and introduced to our pilot, Anthony, and our photographer, Albert. The flight itself was incredibly smooth and gave us a breathtaking bird's-eye view of Hollywood, Marina del Rey, Venice, and Santa Monica before continuing along the coast to our landing destination in Malibu. Along the way, Anthony and Albert kept us engaged with thoughtful commentary and interesting details about the notable landmarks we could see from above. Once we landed, Albert was fantastic. He gave us helpful guidance and suggestions for posing, and we could not be happier with the final photographs. He was equally fantastic before and during the flight, helping us stage photographs as we entered the helicopter and throughout the tour. He captured the experience beautifully. From start to finish, our engagement experience was absolutely unforgettable, and we will cherish these memories for years to come. The whole process of booking, finding the place, finding parking, and checking in was well explained and smooth. We got a safety demo beforehand. I wanted to do something nice for our anniversary so I booked a time specifically to see the sunset then grab dinner right after. Not only did we show up 15 mins early like they instructed us, but no one showed up at the door or answered when we called. They were also 30 mins LATE so we missed the sunset and by the time we were finished with our tour, our dinner reservation was cancelled because we were late. This was actually our second flight with her - she was so incredible the first time that I had to bring my mom Kathy along this time to experience the magic! From the moment we arrived, Sayaka greeted us with her signature warm smile and infectious energy. My boyfriend Gerald and I couldn't stop raving about her to my mom beforehand, and Sayaka somehow exceeded even those high expectations! The flight itself was SPECTACULAR. Sayaka has this amazing ability to point out landmarks in a way that makes you feel like you're getting insider secrets about the area. What really sets Sayaka apart is how she makes everyone feel so comfortable. My mom was initially nervous about flying, but within minutes, Sayaka had her completely at ease. I took my son to LA to celebrate his 10th birthday. I called to get some information about the tour, specially the location of the tour I wanted to book. The website listed several locations so I wasn't sure, and this was important to make sure it wasn't too far since we would be relying on rideshare services while in town. I spoke with the pilot the day before, and he informed me the weather was expected to be bad but to call back the next day to see if it was possible. I called back the next day once we landed in LA and got settled. The operator told me I could book online, but when I tried there were no time slots available. Understandable since it was a bit late in the day at that point. We assumed we missed out. A while later, I received a text from Chad, one of the pilots, stating he would be able to take us that same day. We were soooo excited! Chad was very friendly and patient. He made sure I had the correct directions and could locate the building. I informed him my son is autistic, and he gave him the BEST treatment. He really made the kiddos feel like celebrities. I love how he interacted with them and explained everything. I really cannot recommend this place enough. My kiddos both agree this was the highlight of our trip, and my son has been telling everyone he has a friend that's a pilot (Chad). read more

This company has the worst customer service, I booked a flight for my wife's birthday on feb 13, 2021. I was charged $90 deposit which is understandable. Our flight was feb 20, 2021, on the day of our flight I called to confirm the flight details. I spoke with Rob he then informed me the flight will be canceled due to high winds but we can reschedule for next week. I figured it was fair safety first. I received another email from rob explaining the helicopter flight would be canceled agin due to high winds. ( the day of my new flight day ) This email was sent at 4:56 pm, shortly after I received another email informing me of my flight at 6:45 pm. I was charged $270 for a "no show "which is written in the contract. When I call Rob for clarification he said " you're DUMB Jamal you don't know what the contract says" then hung up the phone. I called back he said " I'll refund your money take your business somewhere else" I then told him " Rob it's not about the money, it's your business practices and professionalism, keep the money it's not going to make me rich or poor" Any company that will swindle a customer for their hard working money has bad values.
