Our tour guide, Capone was excellent! The tour bus was very hot and they didn't take us to any celebrity homes as advertised on their site. Very basic tour if someone has never been to Hollywood. But the guide was energetic and friendly. read more

TMZ Tours - TMZ Tour - Bus Tours Near Me - Hollywood, California

This tour gave Temu version of nightlife and ruined my birthday. I love me some Harvey and actually took a picture with Charles at the Cheesecake factory one time. I watch TMZ literally faithfully everyday and what I miss i go to the TMZ channel on my TV. I was so disappointed. The commercials looked so fun. I booked the TMZ After Dark Tour, hyped it up, invited people, and really thought it was about to be a vibe. I played it off and still tried to enjoy myself, but honestly I was embarrassed. The only halfway fun part was the bus, and that was because of my group. First off, the TMZ worker let her friends (who didn't pay) on the bus while the rest of us paid $70. That already didn't sit right. Then the host... who thought it was a good idea to have a 70+ host who can barely walk running a nightlife tour? (Janice Dickerson) On top of that, she controlled the music. Some songs I could rock with, but others had us like "what is this?" and it took way too long to recover the vibe. Biggest issue: the bars. They were NOT inclusive. I'm all for trying new spots, but not when they're completely empty except for the bus patrons and two other people looking at all the Black and Hispanic people like "why are you here?" (Which someone actually asked my friend that) The energy was uncomfortable and unwelcoming the entire time. This is marketed as a fun, inclusive nightlife experience... and it's the complete opposite. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Maybe try the Comedy tour might be better IDK. Look at the pic. Why take tours to a confederate bar? read more

My husband and I did the TMZ Comedy Crawl Tour and let me just say it was a whole experience. Cruising through Hollywood with comedians Mateen Stewart, Kiki Anderson, and Ray J (yes, that Ray J) was not on my 2026 bingo card... but here we are. Now Ray J trying to get his stand-up career going? Whew. I love a reinvention story, but sir... maybe stick to the other ventures lol. The bus took us to iconic stops: The Comedy Union, The Laugh Factory, and The Comedy Store. At each spot, we got a free drink or shot. The comedians kept the energy up on the bus, roasting, joking, and keeping the vibes alive while we rolled through Hollywood. The crowd was cool, no weird energy, and my husband and I had a genuinely good time. Now let's get into the logistics... The email said arrive 15-30 minutes early for the 7:30pm tour. We pulled up at 7:00pm. Didn't get walked to the bus until around 7:40pm. Bus didn't leave until 8:00pm. Also, the email still says check in at the Hard Rock Cafe kiosk, but check-in is actually at TCL Chinese Theatre now. Please update the email. Overall? It was fun. Would I do it again? Yes. But next time I'm trying the Bar Crawl or After Dark tour. read more

This review is Solely on The Brunch Bus Tour.... I loved the people, the Vibe was Cool,Our Host sung and it was fun,I was VERY DISAPOINTED in the fact I thought we were going to have Brunch, but all we got was 1 Mimosa,1 shot,1 Empinada, where was the Brunch,as in Food. Its very misleading and that was a let down.We had to go eat at The Bevery Ctr after we paid Money for a Brunch. They need to do better, outline exactly what we are getting in The Brunch Bus Tour. read more

So amazing! Loved learning about celebrity hotspots around LA! Paula was so engaging!

I've been a SoCal resident for quite a few years and have always wanted to do the Hollywood tour. Did it on a whim yesterday and I'm glad I did. What made the tour for me was our tour guide, Capone (yes that's his real name). He was energetic, entertaining, and hilarious. All without doing too much. His knowledge of the Hollywood experience and history was outstanding. Not sure we would have had as great a time if it wasn't for him. So, if you do the tour, Capone is your guy! read more

I'm a Los Angeles local and I've never done one of these "celebrity tours". I happened to be in the area for another event, so why not go out as a full tourist. As it turns out, we were the only "locals" on the bus that day. Trish "the dish" was our tour guide and she was great. She was very funny and knowledgeable about all the sights that we saw along the way. It's a two hour tour and it goes by so fast. We did see a celebrity but the other passengers didn't follow Trish's instructions and I don't think she was able to use the footage from that encounter. That was a bummer, but people get excited. The van is comfortable even though the seats have seen better days. There are no windows so you can take a lot of pictures without an obstructed view. It does get a little chilly but I brought a blanket so I wouldn't get cold. On the way back we passed by a motorcycle street gang group. That was an interesting experience. They sort of took over the road and were revving up their engines to get people's attention. It was a very unique group of people. Be sure to bring tip money for both the tour guide and the driver. Driving around the streets of LA/Hollywood is NO EASY task. I've been doing it for 30 years and it sucks. Keeping people engaged and entertained for two hours is also a difficult task. The price of the tour is a good deal in my opinion...so don't be cheap, tip generously. read more

My best friend and I went on the TMZ TOUR for my birthday. I've been a huge fan since the very beginning. Although I live only an hour away, I'd always wanted to do this tour. I would highly recommend this tour because the seats are super comfortable and each seat has a perfect view of all the celebrity Hotspots. I will give one warning to be aware of before you go. It is a 2 hour tour and there aren't any bathroom breaks. So just be aware of that. Our tour guide was BLAIR MOON. He was outstanding!!! Very professional and super friendly!!! Thank you Blair for making my birthday experience one of the best birthdays ever!!! read more

Seriously an unforgettable experience! I went on the TMZ After Dark Tour bus this past weekend and had an absolute blast! Ray J & Ms. Corrie Renee were amazing hosts! Definitely an experience to remember, I've already told all my friends this is experience is a must do! read more

So the tour picks up in front of the hard rock cafe, when you arrive ahead of your booking time, just go into the restaurant there is a check in desk for the tours across from the hostess stand. I goofed and got the dates mixed up, but they were able to accommodate us for a tour later in the day and it all worked out as we were able to grab a bite to eat before the tour. The tour itself was a lot of fun, I learned what tmz actually stands for. And we also rode by various areas where famous people are snapped by TMZ cameras. Certainly gave us a different view of LA versus me driving my husband around pointing stuff out. Also some other cool tid-bits were learned during this tour. I'd certainly recommend it. The buses aren't very big either which also makes it nice. But be warned there are no restrooms on the bus and if they have to stop to let you off for a bio break they will leave you where you got dropped off. So make sure to handle your stuff before boarding. read more

This is super lame. Our guide was clearly disinterested in us. They basically bus you around Hollywood pretending to look for celebrities while the guide constantly picks up his camera reminding you to tell him if a celeb is outside. They play little clips from TMZ (which aren't at all as entertaining) as TMZ. They basically credit TMZ with making the restaurants they point out famous. They do not allow food or drink on the bus, you can't even take water for an hour and half drive to nowhere. I could have driven down Hollywood Blvd by myself and followed a map. No celebrity houses, very little information. I learned more on our Hollywood hike. Save your money. It's lame. read more

Capone is such a star, he made our tour absolutely hilarious, interactive fun and had so many extra facts. Thank you diva!

Capone was amazing, fun, and made the tour exceptional! Yes, we had celebrity sightings! Highly recommend the tour and Capone!!!

The tour front is located inside the Hard Rock Cafe. I personally think this is one of the best tours to experience if you are in Hollywood, interested in celebrities, and want to know where they hang out, eat, and shop. The TMZ tour is interactive and the tour guide is super knowledgeable and works on the TMZ show. Our tour guide emily was very knowledgeable and showed us all of the celeb hotspots around town. We even got to see a celebrity! Not a super big name but we caught Katie Maloney from Vanderpump Rules eating dinner on the patio of one of the restaurants we drove by. Emily engaged with her and got her on the TMZ camera. Katie didn't seem too excited, but she did wave at us when Emily screamed out her name. It was juicy considering she is going through a divorce but we saw her with a man there eating on the patio. That's the kind of thing you hope to see when spending good money on a Hollywood celebrity tour. Overall a great time! Very engaging and loved all the little trivia that came with it. Check it out! read more

I loved the TMZ Tour. Our tour guide was Capone and he was absolutely phenomenal. I really felt like he brought the energy of the show to the bus. He even sung Happy Birthday to my friend and it made her day. We went to different spots in Hollywood, we learned insider information, and we had a blast. Worst time ever DONT WAST YOUR TIME. ray j was the host. He showed up drunk during the tour he screaming FREE DIDDY out the bus. We went to 3 bars fist one not a soul inside we stood there for like 40 mins doing nothing. Got back on the bus and they took the back streets all we were seeing was homeless and closed businesses. We took shots at all bars and they were the nastiest shots they gave us the worst headaches. When we came out the second bar ray j was gone he just dipped out didn't say nothing. Very entertaining and educational. Great way to learn LA places an culture . Recommend 100%

Melissa our tour guide was great. She was fun and informative. Only downside was the other passengers, who made the bus stop twice.

Emily gave a fantastic tour! She was so knowledgeable on everything, even though it's her job to be she really blows it out of the park! The tour was two hours but it was so entertaining I couldn't believe more than 15 minutes went by. Check in is located in the actual Hard Rock Cafe store, where you get a VIP pass with your number to get onto the bus. All staff associated were friendly and helpful. Our tour bus was fortunate enough to even get a wave from Kate Maloney, who starred on Vanderpump Rules. Overall, the experience was a phenomenal one and well worth the price. I highly recommend everyone to go on TMZ's celebrity tour at least once! read more
