My received a helicopter ride for Christmas and she was kind enough to take me as her guest! The staff at Orbic Air was amazing from the second we walked in the door. Warm greeting from Francine and Stephanie. They were also very helpful as I am disabled and needed additional help (a step stool) to get inside the helicopter. Our pilot, Oleg, handled the helicopter expertly and pointed out the landmarks on the flight. It was a fantastic time and I recommend Orbic Air not only for the flight experience but because they were so great to deal with. Thanks you guys! I will highly recommend to anyone.
Orbic Air is simply amazing! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our evening. Our Pilot was Isaac and let me tell you, he was AMAZING!!! So detailed on everything we were seeing and gracious with taking pictures of us prior to our flight! The man in the check in area was also so helpful and great! I loved Orbic and will book with them in a few months again!
I scheduled a Coastline Tour with Xue and was excited to fly for the first time. The front staff were friendly and checked me in. Xue made me feel safe and I got to see her in action. She pointed out landmarks that I grew up visiting and got to see everything from the top. I had an amazing experience and will be back! 这真的是个很棒的经历，我一定会回来的!
Me and my gf tried the Malibu Mountain Top Landing tour. To sum up the review, everything went extremely well. We were 20 mins late because we chose the 5pm slot and it was rush hour. The staff were very considerate when I explained it to them and everyone was just so friendly and accommodating. We still had the full experience even if we were late. But don't get me wrong. Make sure to make adjustments and anticipate traffic. Don't be late! When we got back, there were other people waiting for a ride so you also have to be considerate! When we were already flying, our pilot knew LA very well and gave us a detailed tour of the city. We were amazed. Looking at the city on ow altitude flying is way more beautiful than viewing it in a plane so make sure to bring a camera and take LOTS of pictures. One of my biggest regret was not taking a lot of pictures so you definitely should. And our pilot seems to already have a lot of experience so it felt very safe! As we reached the mountain top, I actually expected less. But both our jaws dropped to amazement. The place is magical. This is the PERFECT place to propose to your gf so I did! I honestly couldn't think of a better place. When we landed, our pilot setup our picnic table. We had a short hike while he was setting it up and when we got back, he left us and gave us privacy while I prepare for my proposal. With this kind of proposal, it would already be an easy yes. The place is totally isolated and intimate with scenic views of malibu mountains and malibu coastline. I was very hesitant at first because of the price but this was one of the best purchases I've ever made in my life. A day in our lives we will never ever forget. Definitely one for the books! My boyfriend surprised me with a date here! Then he also surprised me by dropping a bomb on me that I would be flying the plane. First instinct? Panic. However, our pilot Drew was super amazing. He gave great instructions and while flying he definitely had a lot of patience. All the staff was also super friendly! While waiting, I also heard them take phone calls, which were done very professionally. I definitely recommend this company. They are all a bunch of amazing people. 10/10 would recommend and do it again.
Want the experience of a lifetime? Looking for a cool way to propose to your significant other? The search is over! Orbic Air will forever have the biggest place in my heart. My now-fiancé booked the most incredible proposal through them and the experience could not have been more perfect! The crew and front office were all so friendly, professional, fun, and accommodating. Our pilot was Justin Gentner and he was truly the best and made the experience that much more special. He eased out jitters and stood in as a fabulous photographer to capture the moment Samuel got on one knee. He probably took over a hundred photos that all came out incredible. We will be forever grateful to him. Such a cool guy! This was my first helicopter ride and they were so clear what to expect. I felt safe the entire time and the ride and views were unreal. They went beyond the allotted time and we did not feel rushed. Justin pointed out all of the LA hot spots from the sky and identified some celebrity homes. So cool! I can't wait to return for another ride! We will remain loyal to Orbic Air for years to come!
My boyfriend booked the "Ultimate Helicopter Tour of Los Angeles" for my birthday which was my first time in a helicopter and it was SO MUCH FUN! Our Captain, Cam, was friendly, knowledgeable, fun and and made the experience even better than I could have imagined. Time flew, and our 45 min tour seemed like 10 min to me. We got tons of great pics of Venice, the Hollywood Sign and Cam even pointed out a bunch of the starts homes which was fun. We'll definitely be going back to do the "LA Live Tour" so we can see the city lit up at night. The booking experience, office staff and owner that we met were all friendly and the place is clean clean clean with all the social distancing protocols in place to make you feel safe. Thanks Orbic Air for a fantastic birthday experience I'll never forget!
Orbic Air is simply amazing! I had booked a surprise proposal rooftop landing for my fiancée and it went extremely well. Right from check in we were greeted well by all the employees. They had picked an amazing photographer, Marshall who was in disguise as an employee and also acted as a great tour guide! Our pilot was simply amazing and she flew the helicopter really well especially on a windy day. The view sunset view was gorgeous and my fiancée and I both loved it! We got a really interesting tour of LA and learned a lot about it. I would recommend this company anyone wanting a helicopter tour for downtown LA and the beach or a surprise for your S.O

We had a blast at Orbic Air! The staff is professional and nice. Our pilot, Albert, was top notch. Couldn't be more professional and accurate. He landed on a platform that had about 8 extra inches all the way around. Awesome! The helicopter was new, clean and quiet. I've been on two other helicopters and this was about half as loud. Even so, we spoke through headsets. The views of L.A. were stunning we went at sunset (highly recommended). The helicopter has lots of glass so you can take pictures beneath you as well as up. My whole group was very pleased with this trip. read more

Made a reservation online for a helicopter tour after finding them on Groupon. However their website deals and options are quite extensive definitely more so than other companies that I had looked into. They have a few package deals if you are looking for a romantic date activity or a celebratory events like gender reveals, graduations etc. Their most popular experiences are the landing ones one in DTLA atop a building and the second on a Malibu mountain top. They have adjusted their experience for covid with a one party check at the office. Masks are required for all trips but did not take away from the experience. Our guide was a very professional pilot from NZ who guided us through the trip and the best picturesque spots. highly recommend the sunset experience to be able to get a little bit of the day and evening views. The LA Live experience seemed like the best option since you do get some views of the ocean. Recommend checking out this company and trying out some of their tours. Tip: helicopter tours are closer to the views than the plane tours by a mile. read more

I wish I could give this place 10+ stars! Orbic Air will forever be a special place for me. My boyfriend proposed to me on Valentine's Day and the team made sure everything was perfect! Albert was our photographer and Skylord (A.k.a. Skyler) was our pilot. Both of them were completely discrete to make sure I had zero suspicions. The helicopter ride was amazing (it's LA, of course the views are amazing) and so were Albert's pictures! They were both super funny which, I'm sure, helped calm my boyfriend's nerves leading up to the proposal. Albert went above and beyond to make sure we go the best pictures (and bonus videos) of our special moment. After we landed and got back to the office, one of the guys in the office even helped find and call the nearest BMW dealer since my boyfriend's i8 trunk wouldn't open (long story lol) and we were running late for our next event. Amazing experience! Took a helicopter tour over LA with Isaac and saw beautiful sights (The Hollywood Sign, celebrity homes, Universal Studios Hollywood, mountains, etc.) Everyone was so friendly here. We are always taking helicopter tours when we travel to new places. It's one of our favorite things to do. I am slightly afraid of flying and I felt safe in the helicopter. It was my first time doing an helicopter tour. I called them straight from Google; they picked up right away and proceeded with giving me all the information I needed and I booked my reservation. I was offered a glass of champagne on arrival. The receptionist was so polite. My pilot tommy was friendly and hospitable. Overall I enjoyed it and I will love to do it again. read more

Riding in a chopper is probably a bucket list for many, but we know it can cost a pretty penny but the experience with Orbic Air makes it entirely worth it. Their entire staff makes you feel warm and definitely welcomed. Their goal is to provide the best experience possible and they don't pressure or up-sell you about anything (that's an extreme rarity these days). My day there couldn't have been better spent. The staff was so tentative, laid-back but yet professional and extremely nice. The views itself are also great and the pilot we had was very interactive but also allowed us to enjoy our own time during our tour.
