My received a helicopter ride for Christmas and she was kind enough to take me as her guest! The staff at Orbic Air was amazing from the second we walked in the door. Warm greeting from Francine and Stephanie. They were also very helpful as I am disabled and needed additional help (a step stool) to get inside the helicopter. Our pilot, Oleg, handled the helicopter expertly and pointed out the landmarks on the flight. It was a fantastic time and I recommend Orbic Air not only for the flight experience but because they were so great to deal with. Thanks you guys! I will highly recommend to anyone.
Orbic Air is simply amazing! My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our evening. Our Pilot was Isaac and let me tell you, he was AMAZING!!! So detailed on everything we were seeing and gracious with taking pictures of us prior to our flight! The man in the check in area was also so helpful and great! I loved Orbic and will book with them in a few months again!
I scheduled a Coastline Tour with Xue and was excited to fly for the first time. The front staff were friendly and checked me in. Xue made me feel safe and I got to see her in action. She pointed out landmarks that I grew up visiting and got to see everything from the top. I had an amazing experience and will be back! 这真的是个很棒的经历，我一定会回来的!
If you like to know LA very well, please do you a favor and fly with this guys. The view and experience was awesome. Staff is very kind, and for sure you won't regret to do it.
Me and my gf tried the Malibu Mountain Top Landing tour. To sum up the review, everything went extremely well. We were 20 mins late because we chose the 5pm slot and it was rush hour. The staff were very considerate when I explained it to them and everyone was just so friendly and accommodating. We still had the full experience even if we were late. But don't get me wrong. Make sure to make adjustments and anticipate traffic. Don't be late! When we got back, there were other people waiting for a ride so you also have to be considerate! When we were already flying, our pilot knew LA very well and gave us a detailed tour of the city. We were amazed. Looking at the city on ow altitude flying is way more beautiful than viewing it in a plane so make sure to bring a camera and take LOTS of pictures. One of my biggest regret was not taking a lot of pictures so you definitely should. And our pilot seems to already have a lot of experience so it felt very safe! As we reached the mountain top, I actually expected less. But both our jaws dropped to amazement. The place is magical. This is the PERFECT place to propose to your gf so I did! I honestly couldn't think of a better place. When we landed, our pilot setup our picnic table. We had a short hike while he was setting it up and when we got back, he left us and gave us privacy while I prepare for my proposal. With this kind of proposal, it would already be an easy yes. The place is totally isolated and intimate with scenic views of malibu mountains and malibu coastline. I was very hesitant at first because of the price but this was one of the best purchases I've ever made in my life. A day in our lives we will never ever forget. Definitely one for the books! My boyfriend surprised me with a date here! Then he also surprised me by dropping a bomb on me that I would be flying the plane. First instinct? Panic. However, our pilot Drew was super amazing. He gave great instructions and while flying he definitely had a lot of patience. All the staff was also super friendly! While waiting, I also heard them take phone calls, which were done very professionally. I definitely recommend this company. They are all a bunch of amazing people. 10/10 would recommend and do it again.
Want the experience of a lifetime? Looking for a cool way to propose to your significant other? The search is over! Orbic Air will forever have the biggest place in my heart. My now-fiancé booked the most incredible proposal through them and the experience could not have been more perfect! The crew and front office were all so friendly, professional, fun, and accommodating. Our pilot was Justin Gentner and he was truly the best and made the experience that much more special. He eased out jitters and stood in as a fabulous photographer to capture the moment Samuel got on one knee. He probably took over a hundred photos that all came out incredible. We will be forever grateful to him. Such a cool guy! This was my first helicopter ride and they were so clear what to expect. I felt safe the entire time and the ride and views were unreal. They went beyond the allotted time and we did not feel rushed. Justin pointed out all of the LA hot spots from the sky and identified some celebrity homes. So cool! I can't wait to return for another ride! We will remain loyal to Orbic Air for years to come!
My boyfriend booked the "Ultimate Helicopter Tour of Los Angeles" for my birthday which was my first time in a helicopter and it was SO MUCH FUN! Our Captain, Cam, was friendly, knowledgeable, fun and and made the experience even better than I could have imagined. Time flew, and our 45 min tour seemed like 10 min to me. We got tons of great pics of Venice, the Hollywood Sign and Cam even pointed out a bunch of the starts homes which was fun. We'll definitely be going back to do the "LA Live Tour" so we can see the city lit up at night. The booking experience, office staff and owner that we met were all friendly and the place is clean clean clean with all the social distancing protocols in place to make you feel safe. Thanks Orbic Air for a fantastic birthday experience I'll never forget!
Stop overthinking it. Just do it. I decided to take my girlfriend for her birthday and it was definitely an experience of a lifetime. She loved every single minute and it was kept in the books for sure. We had an Awesome pilot, Cameron. Props for giving us a good tour ! Thanks

Orbic Air is simply amazing! I had booked a surprise proposal rooftop landing for my fiancée and it went extremely well. Right from check in we were greeted well by all the employees. They had picked an amazing photographer, Marshall who was in disguise as an employee and also acted as a great tour guide! Our pilot was simply amazing and she flew the helicopter really well especially on a windy day. The view sunset view was gorgeous and my fiancée and I both loved it! We got a really interesting tour of LA and learned a lot about it. I would recommend this company anyone wanting a helicopter tour for downtown LA and the beach or a surprise for your S.O

Riding in a chopper is probably a bucket list for many, but we know it can cost a pretty penny but the experience with Orbic Air makes it entirely worth it. Their entire staff makes you feel warm and definitely welcomed. Their goal is to provide the best experience possible and they don't pressure or up-sell you about anything (that's an extreme rarity these days). My day there couldn't have been better spent. The staff was so tentative, laid-back but yet professional and extremely nice. The views itself are also great and the pilot we had was very interactive but also allowed us to enjoy our own time during our tour. Me and 2 friends booked a helicopter ride for my birthday weekend and it was amazing! Amazing staff. Our pilot Drew was informative and friendly! The young lady behind the desk whose name I can't remember (probably too much free champagne) lol. But she gave excellent customer service too and was very helpful! Everyone was great! I had so much fun as a first timer. I paid 60 dollars extra for GoPro 360 camera and it recorded the whole trip. They offer free champagne before flight, and free photo after flight. Highly recommended for all. read more

Amazing views on the night tour!! First time being on a helicopter and all the staff and the pilot were very friendly Would definitely love to come back here to try a different tour. Was a pleasant way to end the day for my girlfriends birthday. They even left us with some photos from their camera as a souvenir before leaving. read more

This morning I woke up and got ready to meet my friend for breakfast--a meeting we've been arranging and rearranging for the last several weeks. Our meeting time was 9:15 a.m. and at 8:53 I got a text and voice message from her telling me that breakfast is on hold. "Oh, no," I thought. "Is she flaking again?" Nope! We're going flying!!! Turns out her friends from Belgium want to take their' 'copter for a ride and they're inviting me to come along. Woot! Woot! I've now experienced L.A. by car, foot, bike and helicopter. What a great experience. The team at Orbic were super nice and friendly! While I have no intentions of learning how to fly, I definitely loved being a passenger and Orbic does offer scenic aerial tours starting at $160/person. Lucky for me, I have friends in "high" places so I was able to tag along all for the price of treating my new friends for lunch. I'm forever grateful for the awesome experience!!! read more

Great staff & great views ! Our pilot was very nice and gave us some interesting information during our tour. The staff back at the lobby were also very welcoming and helpful. The helicopter ride was one of the best experiences of my life. Although it was getting dark, we still caught a great sunset view. The city of LA is already beautiful as it is during the night but from a different perspective above the sky, it is breathtaking. I was pretty nervous about the ride but everything went so smooth, thanks to our pilot. I hope to be back soon:) read more

We had an amazing flight with Brennan on Sunday, January 25th. My boyfriend (now fiancé) planned a surprise proposal at the plateau landing site. Our pilot was very careful not to let on what was happening and even explained away the photographer coming along as "taking photos for a new brochure." The tour was amazing with great views of Santa Monica Pier, the Hollywood sign, and LA skyline. I was surprise about the landing and so taken with the view it took me a second to realize what was happening. Our photographer took some amazing pictures and then both photographer and pilot disappeared for several minutes so we could enjoy a bottle of champagne and have a quiet minute. I would recommend the tour to anyone (unless you're terrified of heights) and the landing tour gives you amazing views. The helicopter is sleek, new and beautiful, and a very nice ride. I'm looking forward to future rides with Orbic Air :) read more

This was THE BEST THING I'VE EVER DONE!!!!! Ever. It is the biggest and most beautiful thrill! An absolute must do for locals and tourists. When looking for a helicopter company to fly with I wanted to make sure I was safe. When doing my research I realized that almost all other helicopter companies are just one pilot and their helicopter working out of a hanger. Seemed a little weird and made me nervous. Then I found Orbic Air! Not only are they all pilots, they are also all flight instructors... So they reaaalllllly know what they are doing. That's right, it's a school, tour and charter company. I've flown with Orbic Air over 5 times for over 6 years and it has gone perfect every single time. Their office is beautiful, and the helicopters are roomy and sleek. There's even a Rolls Royce engine one if you really want to arrive to your destination in style! Arly who works in the front always takes her time to make sure all my flight details are taken care of, so I have nothing to worry about. She makes me feel like I'm a VIP celebrity. David, Merlinda, Brennan and Cherif are my favorite pilots. They not only know a vast information about Los Angeles but they are extremely kind, professional, funny and most important SAFE! They have taken their time to go over all of my questions and they even do a full check of their helicopter before every single flight. If you're a local this is something you MUST do. I've lived in Los Angeles all my life and I still get to see things I have never seen when I go up in the air. This is the closest way to get to the Hollywood sign and to see Downtown Los Angeles, the luxury home areas, and mountains from above. The beach view is incredible, I even saw dolphins!!!!! I also got to see all the celebrity homes of my favorite stars. If you're a tourist to Los Angeles .. There is nothing I recommend more than this! If you really want to see all of Los Angeles, this is the only way! Make sure you bring a camera to get that once in a lifetime shot to show off to all your friends. I did a mountain top landing picnic for my anniversary about 5 years ago and I have not stopped talking about it ever since. The ride is so smooth, and even though I have a fear of heights.. It all went away the minute I saw all the beautiful views. If you're a couple and possibly want to propose or do the most romantic thing ever , a group of friends wanting to see LA, a solo flyer that wants to take some great pictures, or are looking for a perfect gift... This is perfect for you. They also have a charter service, so if you have the luxury of affording to skip the airlines and fly to Las Vegas privately or go somewhere in California..this is the most beautiful way to go. read more

::. Burbank, California .:: This place honestly deserves 10 stars! From the first phone call to the moment you walk in the building, such a highly professional service and team. I can't recommend this place more! I recently proposed to my girlfriend of ten years, and when you wait that long, it has to be extra special. Thanks to Orbic, everything went absolutely perfect. Since it was a surprise, I needed the cooperation of the crew to make it all happen, and they were nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, they played along in every way. Big thank you to Mike for making everything happen according to plan. Being that this was my first helicopter ride, as well as my first time proposing, I had a lot of questions as to how it would all go down. In a calm and collective fashion, Mike explained all my cues. For example, what he would say when we walked in, what I was gonna do when he asked certain questions, when and where the proposal would actually take place. Everything went fantastic. Everything with this company is easy and smooth; From the booking, to the waivers, to the flight, to the landing, to the ride home talking about what a great time you had. Brennan was another awesome part of our adventure, not only because he was our pilot, but he was just a really genuine dude. That's what I liked most about this place. Everyone just seemed to love what they do. The staff is highly professional. Once cued by Mike to use the restroom, I was able to secretly speak with Brennan and plan out the final details; How I would give him the camera, what he was going to say. He even prayed for me and explained how my life would never be the same. Okay, that last part didn't go down, but he really is a nice guy. From the moment we jumped in the helicopter to the minute we landed, he answered all of our questions, and everything about the ride felt absolutely safe. Never once do you feel that sort of questionable feeling. You could just tell that they know what they're doing. Now if I could describe the set up from the office, to the hangar, to the helicopter in one word, it would be "Bond. James Bond." To describe the actual tour, it's just an amazing experience. I've been on about every method of transportation imaginable. From a scooter to a train, to a boat, to a plane, but there's nothing that beats a helicopter! Leaving Burbank Airport, heading out towards Hollywood, over Beverly Hills, and straight towards Santa Monica, everything was just plain beautiful. The tour I chose was on a mission to Malibu, but there are other tours to choose from. They have a Downtown LA landing that looks really cool, and other different options as well. I needed my tour to land, so I went with the "Mountain Top Landing." Half way through the tour, just as the sun was setting, we landed on top of a mountain at Malibu Creek State Park. The setting was absolutely phenomenal. The timing of the landing was perfect. Brennan offered to take a picture of us, and that meant it was time. I looked out towards the sunset, took my final breath, and boom, brought out the ring. Then, at that very moment, I transformed. I became a different person altogether, something between a Brad Pitt and a Ryan Gosling. Her eyes were utterly drenched. I opened the box, and time stopped. Tears were flying, hugs were being given, my son was celebrating, everything was at peace with the world. Even Brennan shed a tear. Okay, maybe not, but what he did do is record the whole thing for us, and I didn't even ask him to! He was just suppose to take pictures and the dude recorded one of the most memorable moments of my life, and took pictures at the same time! I don't even know what to say about that. Thank you. Thank you and Thank you again. After it was all said and done, they hosted a picnic for us, brought out a bottle of champagne, and another bottle of Apple Cider for my son. Brennan left us in charge of guarding the helicopter, and gave us half an hour of privacy to let it all sink in. Everything was perfect. Upon landing back at the base, we received a complimentary group photo, and Brennan even posed for a picture with my son. To sum it all up, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made, the perfect way to celebrate any occasion, and just an awesome way to have a good time. They also offer flying lessons, so if you're feeling inspired, or just wanna give an awesome gift, I would highly recommend using Orbic. I couldn't be more grateful for their service. read more

Had an amazing surprise here, everyone here joined in with my husband to surprise me I thought I was here to see vintage airplanes but no I was in for the flight of my life!!!! Our pilot Merlinda gaves us an amazing tour! We saw a whale that was wayyyy cool ... And Arly she was so sweet and kind a great asset to this company!!! I highly recommend! My friend and I rode with Orbic, and my friend was able to help fly the helicopter. Our pilot, Benedict was very friendly and knowledgeable, and even tailored the tour to us. The tour was extremely fun and I definitely want to do it again, maybe try the building or mountaintop landing! read more
