My renter then called and said that the floor (which Jose was supposed to put back after jackhammering and relaying concrete) was all messed and damaged. Upon returning to the house Jose began to yell at my renter for calmly pointing out that the floor was not fixable. I asked him to go outside. I then looked and in my septic, Jose left all the old pipe laying at the bottom. He then told me, " what you going to bitch about that too". I informed them that I could not pay him full price as I had to repair my renters floor. Jose then balled up his fist and came toward me as if to fight me. I told him to back up or I would defend myself. This whole time Jose's helper is trying to calm him down as he is out of control. I gave him 3200 of 4000 because Of the floor damage and to diffuse the situation, he deserve much less. The septics still were not cleaned properly and the work was half ass. The whole duration Of the job I was on edge due to his conduct. Jose uses his size and appearance to try to intimidate but he's actually dishonest coward. This is my story and it's true. I'm learning from my mistakes. This proves my point. Jose was pushing me for payment while I was at work and began acting weird and upset when I wanted to see the work first. How unprofessional can you be Jose. I spent 10,000 dollars in total minus two septic pumps and I'm not allowed to Veiw the work on my own house . This guys story is all BS. Lifeproof flooring supposed to last 15 -25 years you liar. If you take off the baseboard first it's easier to take care of it. The company is family owned and it shows. Father and son team showed up. They were very good about responding right away. They actually called to say they could come early if that was alright (oh yes it was!). They were good about getting the hoses to the tank and making sure they didn't run them over any plants. They flushed clear water through to make sure they didn't dump sewage on our sidewalk. Pleasant and unfailingly polite. No attempts to nickel and dime us with upcharges. Our filter was clogged (which was the root of all our problems) and they diagnosed it right away and cleaned it for no extra charge. A month ago another company pumped our tank and never checked this very simple thing.
