Instead, the driver brought my car to their own shop, and refused to bring it where it was supposed to go, Apparently this happens several times per week and they do the same thing every time. The nasty woman on the phone yelled when I told them to follow AAA's directions - I had to get someone else to tow the car from Apple to an actual reputable business. By the way, my car broke down and this all happened while driving my son home from surgery.
