The NY Thruway is notorious for it's bumper to bumper traffic on Sunday afternoons and this accident was a result of it. Quality got over to me super quickly given that I was up by New Paltz. They took me and my car to their shop in Vails Gate, conveniently located only 15 minutes from my apartment. The tow truck driver explained the entire process very clearly to me. My car was totaled and obviously that's no fun to deal with but the driver, and the owner did a great job of offering great customer service and making me comfortable as I dealt with the process. If I am ever in need of a towing service (hopeful not accident related) Quality Towing will be my go-to guys.

West End Service Center…read more This is the least professional shop I have ever seen. My mother, who is a senior citizen on a fixed income, took her car in to renew the inspection. They did inspect the vehicle, but upon completion the mechanic locked her keys in the car. He then attempted to open the car and shattered the drivers door window.if this is not bad enough, he had the audacity to see if my mother's auto insurance would pay for HIS error. She did not have glass coverage on the car and was sent on her way without a window and no schedule to have it repaired. Being as I own the car, I got involved. I was first told they could not get the glass, i informed the mechanic that I located the glass locally and need it repaired today. I was told not to tell him how to spend his time and what to do, in a very rude manner and was then hung up on. I called back twice ... No answer. I then called back a couple hours later to get his mechanics license numbe to file a formal complaint. He answered and told me he was not licensed then hung up on me when I asked when it would be fixed. I called back and no answer so I left a messages with my contact info. Two hours had passed and I had not received a call back, so I called again. Now there is no answering machine at the number, I called several times with no answer and no machine to leave a message. The answering machine was turned off for what I assume to be the rest of the day, there was no answering service until 5pm. The work day is ended and my mother still has no window and no information as to when it will be repaired. There was no apology for the damage or inconvenience when we spoke. Instead I was consistently told it was somehow my mother's fault that they locked her keys in the car and broke the window Am I the only one that thinks every business should strive to provide a fair, just and respectable service? I would be angry if this happened to me, but that this man would do this to an elderly woman is absolutely appalling. Also, I called NYS BAR and was told he is in fact a licensed shop and probably lied to me to avoid my filing a complaint The next day I called back from a different number and my call was answered. I was told by the owner flat out that they are not going to repair my car. When i asked why I was told he did not like that I told him the day before he was taking advantage of my mother when he broke the window and sent her on her way. I felt that he was taking advantage of my mother and rather than being a man of integrity an preparing their mistake he chose to take advantage of myself and my mother.
