I'm veering off the good, the bad and the ugly on this review. Only because IT'S ALL GOOD!!! These days everything is expensive. Compound that with dishonesty and you could be paying double or triple what the job should cost. Trust me, I worked for a dealership. (oxymoron?) I don't mind paying if I feel I'm being dealt with honestly. Orange air is that Company! HONESTY should be written all over their trucks. I felt I could immediately trust their diagnosis and have them do the repair. The guy before them was basically almost wanting to rebuild my unit. I can't say enough good about Orange Air. Besides being HONEST, they are reasonable. Joey our Tech was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient, and got the job done right. He explained just enough for me to understand and feel comfortable with his diagnosis. Joey fixed it at a fraction of the previous bid by only replacing the actual part that was broken! I'm so happy I don't need to look for another HVAC company!!! read more

With so many HVAC companies in Las Vegas, it can be tough to know who is actually honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. I found Orange Air through BrandonFromVegas(Vegas Influencer/Real Estate Agent) and decided to give them a try. I needed spring maintenance done on both of my units, and they were able to get me scheduled quickly. Joey and his apprentice, who I believe was named Cory, came out to service my two condensers. They were both very friendly, answered all of my questions, and had no problem letting me watch while they worked. The whole experience felt honest and comfortable, almost like I was dealing with someone I already knew. After they finished, they provided me with a report on both units and explained everything clearly. I had a great experience and will definitely use Orange Air again. I would also feel comfortable recommending them to family and friends! read more

After several stressful days without AC in 110+ degree temperatures, dealing with the home warranty process and multiple management maintenance delays, Orange Air came through and delivered. From the beginning, they were transparent about pricing and set clear expectations about the repair process and timeline. Their team was efficient, professional, and friendly, and they had my AC up and running much faster than I expected. In a Las Vegas summer, air conditioning isn't a luxury--it's essential. Orange Air understood the urgency of the situation and treated it that way. I truly appreciate their communication, honesty, and quality service. I will absolutely recommend Orange Air to anyone who needs HVAC service in Las Vegas. Four days without AC in a Las Vegas summer was enough to convince me that humans were never meant to live this way. Thankfully, Orange Air showed up and restored civilization. And for anyone in Vegas thinking, "I can make it without AC for a few days," trust me--you are sadly mistaken. Save yourself the misery and give Orange Air a call! read more

Coming back to say I've been using Orange Air consistently for my HVAC and continue to highly recommend them. My unit is now 35 years old and still going strong, which says a lot about the quality of maintenance and care they provide. Joey came out for my maintenance this year and was wonderful to work with. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable, and down to earth. One of the things I appreciate most about this company is that I've never felt pressured or upsold. They're honest about what I actually need and don't try to sell me services or repairs just for the sake of making a sale. It's refreshing to have an HVAC company I feel completely comfortable calling and know I'm going to get straightforward, reliable service. I'll definitely continue using them and recommending them to others. read more

The thing you don't want is a non-functioning AC in the middle of summer, which of course is what happened. I got a referral for Orange Air from a trusted source. Excellent reviews!! So happy with the initial service with John Deschenes, who explained what was happening. Added Freon, 2 pounds low. Excellent work ethic, knowledgeable, on time. Thank you John! As it were, it was time to replace the AC unit on the roof. While waiting for that, Michael Bailey called a few times to check if the house was cool. If not, he sent a tech to add Freon. Planning and scheduling is top-notch and met with timeline parameters. Installation of the new unit went flawlessly. A crane company was dispatched for the removal of the old and replacement of the new. Mickey and Joey were on time and worked in-sync with the crane operator. They 'battened down the hatches', as they say, bringing us back in business again. Thank you Mickey and Joey! We highly recommend Orange Air. Thank you Michael! read more

Everyone knows an A/C Guy right, my A/C unit is not working and its the beginning of the summer and I was on my 5th quote when Michael(owner) from Orange Air was recommended by a co worker. I called on a Friday at 4pm and he was able to come over immediately which already shows his character. All the others used scare tactics and upsell strategies but he was different, straight to the point gave all the options super professional and of all the other quotes I couldnt believe his was the most affordable. Businesses like this need to be recognized for being for the people. 10/10 experience. read more

Needed my 20 year old system checked out and the filters changed. They came on time (even called 20 minutes before arrival to let us know he was on the way. Nice!) System is working but old. No over sell. Changed out all our filters. We will see him again in 3 months (hopefully only for filters and not a replacement system) Very clean. Very professional. Great value. read more

Called Michael about an air conditioning issue and he arrived within the hour - late Thursday. Michael ordered the parts from a warehouse in Mesquite, NV and his team picked them up and arrived at my home first thing the next morning, Friday. Technicians John and Mickey arrived and got to work in immediately - inside of the attic. They installed the new motor and got my house cooled down immediately. They also walked the home with me and answered my questions regarding all the heaters, gas fittings, the two furnaces and the gas fireplace. They took the time to go over safety measures and usage. They advised me as to the importance of installing two carbon monoxide detectors and explained the nature and dangers of carbon monoxide. We ordered the detectors immediately and will place them where Mickey and John advised. These men are professional. This is one of the most professional outfits I've ever done business with and I highly recommend them. read more

This review is from my 80 year old Mother in law Carol Stang who is using my yelp. I've never taken the time to write a review before. One of my A/C roof units stopped working. I was very lucky to meet MICHAEL BAILEY of ORANGE AIR. He came over when the temp was over 111 degrees and tried to save my old unit. it could not be saved. Michael spent over 2 hours trying to patch my old unit, {This was all done for FREE} I did put a new A/C un it on the house, and ORANGE did the job, very fast and with out any hitches. I did do my homework and obtained bids to replace the A/C unit, ORANGE A/C did the whole job for a LOT less than the other 6 companies that came out. MICHAEL with ORANGE A/C is the only company we will use. from now on. John Irving read more

I cannot recommend Orange Air enough!!! I called Michael after my chimney sweep informed me I had a hole in the vent that connected my air conditioning unit to my house. My vent system is quite old so I asked him to inspect the entire vent system as I wanted to make sure the entire system was good to go before the heat hits. Michael sent someone out to inspect everything the same day. He showed me pictures of what was going on in my attic and on the roof. He repaired the small hole in my venting and let me know what I could do to lower my energy costs (attic insulation). He let me know that although my vents were old they were in good condition and didn't even charge me for the hole patch!!! This will absolutely be my first call from now on for all my A/C needs! read more

I'm writing this review for a friend who doesn't have computer access, Terence S, he had a fantastic experience dealing with Orange Air, Michael Bailey. Terence's air conditioning went out, he called his warranty co American Home Shield they sent out Advance Home Services. Advance Home informed him that his motor was out and it would not be covered by his warranty because there were loose wires, not up to code. They informed him they could fix the issue for $750.00, he had already paid AHS the $100 deductible. Then Advance Home contacted him and said his unit was old and he should just replace it for $6,500 + extras, they could set him up for $75/month. Terence received a recommend from his Realtor, she recommended Orange Air, Michael Bailey. Mr. Bailey was contacted, he came over, looked things over and had the issue corrected in 10 minutes. He said it was a simple fix and told the homeowner he would have cool air very soon. He was right, homeowner is very happy and very happy to recommend such a nice, professional, honest person. Do not hesitate to use this company. read more

Outstanding. Orange Air is a relatively new company but the owner Michael Bailey and his techs have been serving Las Vegas for years. They are the best of the best. I had a problem with a sticky AC damper. It sticks in the closed position intermittently and randomly. Naturally when Orange Air arrived the damper was working fine. But the techs Mickey and John (? Not sure about his name. He's the owner's uncle) did a thorough review of all dampers, damper motors, and control board and found that one damper shaft was in contact with surrounding insulation and occasionally chafed against it. That's an amazing observation. Experience matters. read more

I gave Orange Air a call, spoke to Michael and from the start he was welcoming and professional. We agreed to a time and he was not a minute late. So two other companies tried to repair our air conditioner. The outside had a block of ice on it. They turned the AC off so the ice would melt and never came back. Michael from Orange Air went into the attic - saw that a wire wasn't in the right place so a blower wasn't blowing. He put it in the right place and our AC was repaired. It took him five minutes.
