On top of that they are not allowing me to get one earlier and have not followed up with insurance company to assert that the fault is theirs. Also-know your insurance! They will bill you for items your insurance should cover and tell you you are wrong when you question them. After bringing proof they refused to give money back and put as a credit on account(now  I can't change dr's without losing more money). Terrible service, have gone here for a while but it has deteriorated and the treatment this last year is beyond atrocious. I am losing insurance due to my job and because of this office I won't have what I need that I should have had covered 5 months ago. I had a 1030am appointment and was seen an hour late. I saw the doctor roll in way after 1030. Then they ordered me something that was supposed to arrive 2-3 days later. I called on the third day they said they would have it today and will call me once it's in. No call so I called back and they said on no it'll arrive tomorrow or the following day. Then they had to confirm some things with the doctor and give me a call back but they literally said "the doctor is all booked today so I might not be able to call you back today." What kind of service is this. Especially they knew I had a tight timeline on receiving these products. I do not recommend this place if you need somewhere reliable. Update - they charged me $100 for astigmatism contacts. I thought I paid for getting contacts. Apparently they charged me this much only for the fitting. If I want contacts through them I have to pay another $100. At time of payment I was told I'm paying for contacts. Prior to payment I asked for the contacts pricing and they told me. No one informed me I was being charged for a fitting not the actual contacts. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY.

Her professionalism, her customer service and efforts on my behalf were outstanding. Suffice to say that their are currently some internal communication limits between sales and MD that ideally should run more smoothly, but thanks to Irena I replaced my contacts at Target rather than the competitor.

Ok. No big deal. 15 working days of placing my order, still no notifications. I emailed them. "The delay was caused by a scheduled machine upgrade aimed at improving our production efficiency and product quality." No partial refund or anything was offered. The next day I emailed them again asking for a refund. "Since the process is already started we cannot cancel the order, but since the order is delay I coordinate it to my manager to cancel the order." I got my refund within the hour... There's no way they even started making my glasses! When I ordered, NOTHING alerted me to ANY delays. He NEVER mentioned anything about any delays when I emailed them them first time.
