On occasions when he hasn't been in the office, there are other people available to help. Although, last time I went by to pick up my order when he was out and the woman standing in couldn't figure out how to ring me up. She let me take my lenses with me (thank goodness, as I'm nearly half-blind!), and Tim called the next day to get my credit card number over the phone. It's a fairly small shop, but they do cram a decent amount of frames and even a few sunglasses in. Turn-around time for contact lenses is super-speedy, like 2 to 3 days. The only down-side is that they only accept Superior Vision insurance, so if that's not your provider you'll be paying full-price.

They take more insurance plans than most places in this area and their provide exceptional care It took a few weeks to get in but the exam and fittings are a well-oiled machine with the doctor doing all the testing and exam instead of a tech which was nice. Dr. Sykes is very personable and attentive. He was able to find the right type of contact lens for reading and distance so I don't have to wear my wear my readers on the top of my head anymore. My husband goes here as well and they were very patient with teaching him how to use contact lenses. I like that it's smaller and patient-focused-not like the huge doc in a box places.
