Ever since I was in middle school (~2008) and needed glasses I went to Optical Outlets. They have treated me with such kindness and respect ever since I was younger. I went recently and I was helped by Jennifer. She helped me decide on 2 glasses that fit my budget and face. Everything arrived faster than expected and the store is always clean and the staff are very welcoming! 10/10 highly recommend! read more

Why have a phone if you REFUSE to answer it. I see why this location has 2 stars!! I have left multiple message for a WEEK for someone to call me back so I can place an order for my daughter, ( I am out of state right now). No one ever calls back. I'll take my money elsewhere and I suggest you do the same. read more

I loved how the eye doctor treated me and he gave me the correct lenses for my vision. What I didn't love like is that you have to sign in just to pick up your glasses and have a pretty time waiting. Something I've never done experience and they give you soft cap not hard and it wasn't sheep I payed extra. read more

More empathy, and consideration. My appointment time was incorrectly registered in their list, but no action was taken to accommodate me earlier. read more

I loved the customer service at this location. Doctor Fraser was great he was super nice and did a great job with my prescription. I wish they had more options when it came to frames but overall staff is very friendly and they get you in and out fairly quickly. I will be coming back for my yearly exams. read more

Great service! Iliana was very sweet and everyone was super professional and I was seen fast. Highly recommend.

This place is a total SH^&7 show the girls are rude and they think that they can treat you any kind of way! then they try to rip you off and charge you over the amount that the insurance gives you an allowance for. i reported them on numerous occasions to the insurance company because of this. The insurance has advised that the eyecare covers everything from doctor visits to exam to glasses, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO TELL YOU OTHERWISE! I called the insurance company from there one day because they tried to rip me off and the insurance company told them that they have to accept what they are paid and if not they will be pulled from the program! read more

muy buena, excelente servicio, un buen trabajo, una atención, todo muy rápido. Me encantó todo la verdad

Would give zero stars if I could. I was just picking up my contacts and it took them almost an hour to see me which is unacceptable. I'm not sure who is in charge of making decisions on how they deal with pickups but their current policy is not it. read more

The doctors here nice and really know their business. The bathroom was out of toilet paper and when I told the lady that there was nothing in there and she quickly put in I had my eyes dilated so I could not pick out a pair of glasses which I have to go back to get. read more

Terrible customer service! They made me wait for over 2 hours for my appointment and then when I finally got my appointment they jacked up the price for my glasses to over 500.00!! Do not get your glasses here if you can possibly help doing so!! They are simply terrible about pricing and terrible about customer service!! read more

Me pasó con 2 familiares y mi propia experiencia. read more

I've been coming here for a few years now and it's the first time I'm trying to make eyeglasses with an online provider. I paid out of pocket $69 dollars for the evaluation and was denied the measurement of the pupillary distance and was told that's only provided only if you are buying glasses from them in specific. I offered myself even to pay for that service and was deny by the first lady at the front desk. You guys prefer losing a customer for something so stupid? You have lost a customer and will make sure to not to refer you as well to others. Basically, it's a clickbait to buy their expensive glasses. I will go somewhere else for my annual exams. read more

My mother waited for a hour for her appointment, patient were going back before her and never was seen . When to the desk to ask how long would it be and she was looking puzzle like she didn't know what she was talking about. My mother is elderly that was adsolutely terrible customer service. read more

I recently received glasses I couldn't see out of. I work at my computer and couldn't see the icons on the desktop. I let the clinic know and they advised I needed a recheck. I went in today to be seen by the same doctor and told him specifically I couldn't see well out of my left eye multiple times during the exam and he chalked it up to my astigmatism. I am waiting for a call back from a manager as if I wanted a second opinion they are intending on charging me for another eye exam. read more

My appointment was at 10:15 I arrived at 9:45. I was there a full 2 hours watching as the people that came in at 11 were seen before me. I went and asked the front desk if they knew how long I would have to wait before I was called and she looked confused as if I had asked her something out of this world. I had my 1 year old daughter with me and she became restless because she had to sit down for 2 hours waiting with me. This is the worst eye doctor I've ever been to and by the looks of it, I'm not the only one that thinks it. read more

Never go to this outlet, all the workers have horrible attitude and they sold me glasses that look all crooked and were too big for my head. They tried adjusting it and assured it was fixed now but when I left the place it kept opening up again. I came back to the place wanting to return the glasses and the manager said I couldn't when one worker said their was a 30 day return policy. Waste of money and time. read more

As me coming from a different state and I went to this office the receptionist Susana has been VERY rude, un profesional, Irresponsible, obnoxious, disrespectful, no type off customers service. At this point I have send a few ppl there and I don't think I will take a chance of her doing this to any one else as she has done it twice and without me even knowing her.... Don't get me wrong everyone else are very professional and haven't had an issue... My rating describes the person that attended me as I think you should have a low rating cuz of one person that doesn't know how to work with ppl... As me having my own business and work with customers / clients all my life "one main thing is they come 1st no matter what" read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I was told to browse for a pair of glasses and as soon as I was done wait for someone to assist me in finishing my purchase. I waited and watched as all of the associates were communicating amongst themselves not paying any attention to who was waiting. I also had questions about my insurance but they seem to not really want to answer my questions. I ended up picking a pair of glasses not even caring if I like them or not and left. Will never be returning absolutely terrible. read more

I made an appt for contacts. At end appt they tell me I have to pay $90 to get contact prescription. I didn't have a lot of spare cash so I said I had to make an appt for contacts another time (even though it was only reason I came). Fast forward 3 months, contact fee is an additional $50 now, since it wasn't done same day. I said I made an appt for contacts and that wasn't included in cost until end or I never would have had exam. If u would have told me, I would have waited until I had more money, then done it all same day. They pretty much just said oh well and that there was no manager to talk to. read more

My wife and I went there, both got examined and paid all upfront. Next week went there to pick up. Mine not ready and my wife got wrong prescriptin glass. Blurry vision and headache. Reported the problem to the Manager Lady. Her response nothing can be done, no refund. Following week I went to pickup mine. Progressive glass long distance blurry. Reported to Manager on the spot no help. This time the Doctor and Manager do not want to talk to me. Outside my VSP INS I paid $476 on my Bank Card. Now I have to take them to court to get my money back and I have to report to BBB. If you have time for all these go there, If not my advise no payment till you are fully satisfied with their product. read more

Optical Outlet, 1150 E Vine st, Kissimme, FL 34744 This must be by far the worst unprofessional optical there is. Starting from the customer service rep named Zuli Vega to the manager Doris Rodriguez. I arrived to pick up my daughters contact box that had been ordered and first there is no one at the desk and only one clip board where people are signing in, so I proceed to sign in. Minutes later a lady name Zuli comes to the front desk and puts up another clip board, now there are two, one for walk in or pick up and one for appointments. After about 10 minutes I get up to see why there were now two clip boards, I tell Zuli I had signed on the wrong one because that was the only one available at the time I arrived and no one was there to tell me otherwise. She said 'well you need to sign your name on the pick up clipboard.' I told her I had been waiting a while and quite a few people had already signed and arrived after me if she could please get my box as I had 10 minutes left to pick up my daughter from extended school or I would be charge with a late fee for every 15 minutes I was late. She didn't even apologize or acknowledge my concerns, but instead spoke in Spanish and said you have to wait until someone is available. I stood there watching her train this other girl as people were being called and because of their negligence of having the right information at the desk or someone there at all times to assist people correctly I was late to pick up my daughter. After another 10 minutes and seeing how rude she was to most patients I asked for the manager, Doris Rodriguez, I explained the situation and again no apology or a way to try and resolve the issue at hand. After they went to work with other patient the lady that was being trained kindly got me the box I was waiting for and I was able to finally leave. This will certainly be the last time I use optical outlets and I will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional and ghetto most workers are there. read more

The worst doctors office I have ever experienced. I had to call 3 times for an appointment, which should have been my 1st clue! After arriving 15 minutes early for my appointment, I preceded to wait for more than an hour past my scheduled appointment time. During that wait, only one person in an already full waiting room was called back. While waiting, a glasses sales rep walked in, and based on his conversation with the front office staff, did not have an appointment, but yet was taken right back to see the doctor. When using the bathroom facilities, I saw him and one of the doctors standing in back chatting... while the waiting room continued to fill up. I asked twice up front how long the wait would be. They took my name both times, and said they "would get back to me" . Never did. After waiting more than an hour, I called another eye doctor (while still sitting in this office!) and made another appointment with them. I was able to drive to their office and be seen right away. Do not choose this eye doctor - they have no idea of customer service and do not value your time what so ever!!! read more

I got an eye exam here because it was requested by my primary physician. Once the eye exam was finished I was consulted that I needed general wear prescription glasses and that I have astigmatism. I was a little shocked and in a bit of denial at first but I dealt with it. After looking at all the options of frames, transition lenses, anti-glare, ect., we decided to go with just the simple $70 package to see how I did with the glasses before investing $400+. A week later my glasses got in and I started to wear them all the time as I was told. I began to experience headaches and dizziness. My wife and I believed it was just while I got used to them, but I started to notice that the only time there was a difference was when I was reading but everything that was farther from me looked blurry. So after a week of wearing my glasses I decide to go back to check if maybe my prescription was incorrect. Turns out my glasses were just for reading only. My wife and I were pretty upset because one can get reading glasses practically almost anywhere for less than $20 and I also had been struggling to see, drive, and work with these glasses that were not meant for general wear and could possibly be damaging my eyes. Thankfully the employee we spoke with was very understanding with us being upset and that if we would have invested the $400+ she would gladly accept a return because we would have been purchasing something we did not need. She did explain that the reading glasses had to be prescription because the amount needed in each eye was different and she could see where the first employee might have misread the prescription. She went to double-check the prescription with the doctor and even admitted that the first employee should have done so and she assured us that they would provide him with more training. I truly was thankful that we were able to clear everything up but I am still upset that I was given incorrect information upfront. These people are supposed to help you with your vision and my vision could have gotten worse if I did not notice that something was up. And I am willing to bet that I am not the only person this has happened to. read more
