The staff is very personable and professional. I'm thankful we changed to this doctor and facility a few years ago as they are closer to home. The doctor took the time to answer my question after the exam and gave me an honest answer. They have a wide selection of frames and accept most insurance. Glasses are made off-site, so there is the normal waiting time to get them back. read more

I bought some expensive glasses here several years ago. My frames broke two days ago so I brought them back in for repair. They called yesterday to say they were repaired. They only charged me $20 for repair and renewed my warranty for another year for free. So I am very pleased with their services. read more

The staff and Dr. here are the sweetest and very efficient. Make an appointment, because they are always busy (for good reason). The eye exam for contacts and normal exam is only $80 which is great because other places charge around $200 for an eye exam. I recommend coming here, the Dr. ordered my contact lenses which came out to be cheaper through him. They also accept eye insurance so make sure you let them know! read more

Dr. Do is great. Unfortunately, his staff is completely incompetent. An appt was made Oct/Nov for January. I was told the new insurance was accepted. Great. 2 days prior to the appt, I'm told I have not met my deductible and will have to pay $250, for the visit and it was verified by the Insurance. I called the insurance, and Dr. Do is not within network. This is a delay in care. This is unacceptable. The staff needs to be retrained and get familiar with the accepted insurances for the office. read more

Above and beyond experience, I went in for a routine eye exam and found out I had fluid on my optic nerve. Dr. Do and his team worked swiftly to make sure I had all the necessary tests done and ordered an MRI for me. There was lots of follow up and back and both with my insurance company that they handled quickly, they made me a priority. Jessica took such care with me, made sure to follow up with me every step of the way and ensure my MRI results came back and the doctor looked them over. This is a wonderful team of people, I appreciate the entire team and all they did for me during this stressful time. This Office and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Do was very effecient on helping me solve all my eye problems, some which I was not even aware I had. They see you at your scheduled appointment time and the staff could not be nicer. They even took my Blue Cross Blue shield towards some of the expenses I incurred. Dr. Do and his staff are wonderful. We recently moved to the Orlando area and are so happy we found this eye care center. Appointment times are respected and the staff up front are efficient and friendly. The ophthalmic assistant Juan is fun to work with. But more importantly, Dr. Do is caring and takes his time with his patients. He is very knowledgable and makes sure you understand the condition of your eyes and the best ways to protect them. Worst place for eyeglasses don't ever buy them here. Purchased new eyeglasses with progressive lenses and could not see clearly they the left eye. Went back to have them corrected and they changed them to far vision only and worked better. Today a cushion fell to my head and both lenses felt off as the holding strip on my Oakley eyeglasses was not tight enough and both lenses came off loosing the left side lens. Went to the DV Eye center and they told me that they can't do nothing. They wanted to charge me another $285 to fix my new eyeglasses. Told them I can't afford to pay more money for the missing lens. They would not offer me any help at all. Will never do business with them again. read more

I moved to Indianapolis recently and had to have Dr. Do fax over my prescription to my new optometrist. He said it wasn't a problem and was very helpful in assisting my current optometrist fit my contact lenses. Turns out my prescription hadn't changed I ordered my glasses through DV Eye Center because it was cheaper. read more

Iv been. Patient with this center for several years. The doctor is ok. I had a eye emergency come up. Something in my eye. Called and the only thing they cared about was how much it was going to cost me. Made me a appointment for 3 days out. Called me back and said they wouldn't accept my insurance even though they have always accepted my insurance. Had my insurance company called them and they said they would only see me if I was self pay. It seems that there office person named Jason was not looking it up correctly. Even after talking to my insurance company they stilled want me to pay up front. I have BC/BS PPO. They would not admit that they were making a mistake and offered to correct it. I would have to pay up front or not come in. Sad place to go when a eye emergency is not at all important to them. Iv changed doctors. Do yourself a favor find a eye doctor that cares about there patients and hires knowledgeable people to run there office. I did and so glad I have a great eye center taking care of my eyes now. read more

After getting a prescription my right eye was completely blurry, reading, computer and distance. When I called needing an urgent appointment not a single one was a available for 6 business days. This is a 15 minute recheck. I went and had the lenses read. They are fine. I had two pair cut and I told them that. It's completely unethical. You fix this situation because I'm left for three weeks with a bad prescription. I have to work. They put me on a waiting list only to find out on a follow up call i wasn't on a waiting list. I explained my situation to my spouse who then said their eyesight wasn't great with new glasses and he said the same thing "oh your prescription changed a lot". On the same day two of us got bad prescriptions and have to PAY to get rechecked, recut glasses and now for 3 weeks I can't see at all out of my right eye. When you have a client who can't see you figure it out. You ask them to wait. You give up your lunch and you wait after work. You figure it out. You don't say "come in a week from tomorrow. Now I'm paying to go elsewhere. Don't go here. read more

I just moved to Orlando 2 months ago and i needed to find an eye glass center. I came across DV Eye Center which is 10 minutes from my house From the time I made my appointment with the girls at the reception area till I received my glasses the office personal and Dr. Do were very professional. Dr Do answered all my questions in a professional manner and took time out like I was his only patient. I had an issue where Dr. Do informed me that i need progressive lenses I could not get use to them so Dr, Do took care of me and said bring glasses back and gave me reading glasses and long distant glasses and for no other charge. My wife went also to Dr. Do and she has had pressure in her eyes for about 7 years and the doctors in New York said just to watch and did nothing else. Dr. Do examined my wifes eyes and noticed she had pressure that was caused from narrow angles and recommanded to go for further tests. After further examine my wife eyes have fluid building up in her eyes and ifshe does not go forlaser surgery to correct this issue my wife would go blind. If it wasn't for Dr. Do experience and knowledge this condtion with my wife would go unnoticed. I thank Dr Do for what he has done for my wife and I would highly recommand him if you need your eyes check. I also want to thank his girls that work in the office especially Becca every time I walk in office they are always pleasant and treat me like they know me a long time. read more
