A month into the process I picked up my contacts anyway and asked for an update on my glasses. When a worker checked on my order then she told me they "might" be here sometime next week; I gave it another 2 weeks and then called the store to ask about them again, and apparently they were there in store/ ready and no one notified me. To be honest, I think my order was never fully 'placed' in the first place and the first time I asked about an update is when the store started having them made (due to the timing). Which if that actually is the case, I would've preferred to know what was going on. When I finally did pick up my glasses one of the employees apologized saying he's "not sure how that happened" but suggested it was because I ordered 2 pairs of glasses (which I didn't) and then said it could've been because I ordered contacts in the order as well. What would that have to do with when the glasses come in? It's annoying to be gaslit about the mix-up as if it was a normal thing for them to take 2 months to get them to me. Facts are, this store doesn't communicate well with their customers or follow up on orders. This location seems disorganized/ overall not very knowledgeable.

When I showed up for my 9 o'clock appointment on July 16th. The doors were locked, lights were out, no other cars in the lot. At 9:20 employees showed up. When I told them I was there for my 9:00 appointment, she said they couldn't do an exam because there was no doctor today. Astounded, I asked if there was another store I could go to. She said the earliest was another two weeks out. Seriously? You can't get anyone in for two weeks, when they show for appointment no one is there, then when they do show up, they tell you they don't have doctors on fridays? I'm astounded.
