Found out I had glaucoma last August 2023 and laser eye surgery. My private optometrist office…read moresaid my insurance wouldn't pay for another pair of glasses even though I was not seeing clearly on the computer at my job. I decided to pay out of pocket and go to LensCrafters. Haven't been to a LensCrafters since I was in High school. A coworker told me to go to Stanton Optical but they were only rated a 1.5! You do get what you pay for! Went to LensCrafters in Fairfield Commons Mall due to the reviews! Was met at the door and person that assisted me was very polite, knowledgeable and looked up my insurance. My insurance paid half which is better than nothing and the process was so easy and no hassle. Got my glasses in one week and again was greeted at the door and assisted to try on my new glasses. Have had them a few days and absolutely love them! I can finally see clearly and got all the transition, bifocals, blue'ing and scratch protection. No hassle and great service! They have a new customer for life!

Went to beavercreek oh store to select a pair of glasses and take care of insurance and stuff for a…read moreprice. Went back to store 3 days later for eye exam . Immediately I was told they couldn't find the paperwork, nuthing was saved from the first visit, they (at first) couldn't tell who actually took care of me...bla, bla, bla! Of course the ole bait and switch showed itself for the second time . They pulled the same scam on me last time we did buisness with them. Further, I requested a call from the manager and of course they failed to call...couldn't care less about their customer. Pitiful customer service, will not honor their own proposals. Can't wait to share my experience (again) with the Beavercreek Ohio Lenscrafters. They added roughly 250.00 on the glasses I selected. BEWARE OF THE BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING!!!

I brought my old frames to use with new lenses a month after my exam. The optician remembered me…read moreand even remembered what style of frames I was looking for! She had found an appropriate style for me, so I ended up purchasing them instead. I have always been happy with this office, and that shows really nice customer service.

I purchased glasses here several years ago at the time everything was fine except for a few missed…read morecalls which I understand... then several months later I had a problem with the lens, and they took care of it but still had a misunderstanding with communication!! then in January as I was cleaning them, they fell apart? I stopped in to see if they could fix them and of course, they were out of warranty... so they said they were on back order till March, but they would let me know if they came in earlier. I called to see what was happening and she said someone called me in January and I hadn't returned their call, so she said your glasses are here! so, I checked my phone before I got there and they did leave a message and I did return the call that day...When I got there, I wanted to show them my phone messages but they were not interested... So, I asked how much I owed and she said nothing and I was like OK, so I picked up the glasses in a plastic bag, and they were the broken pair... Now I did raise my voice as I think a lot of people would because why would you not call me back after a month of me using old glasses that I told them I had a hard time seeing with ... The lady in the back came out and told me to quiet down or leave but I just wanted to explain my side of the story but was told to LEAVE!! So over a month later and still no new frames... Of course, I will go somewhere and get a new pair, but I think this could have had a different ending If the customer (me) could have had a chance to tell his side of the story... Bruce

I had never been to this office before; I usually go to their co-office in Dayton. I'm glad I went…read more The receptionist was friendly. (Sorry, I forgot her name) The pre-tester person, a man, was friendly, personable, explained the tests to me and understood my feelings about being claustrophobic in the room. He left the door open and moved the eye equipment out from away from me while I waited for the doctor. (Sorry, I forgot his name). Dr. Jones was flexible and understanding about the claustrophobia and let me have the door slightly open for my comfort. She was patient and thorough. She explained everything to me and answered my questions. The optician who I worked with to check me out, Gwen,...she was very friendly and just overall positive. I walked in a little nervous since I had never been there. Thanks to everyone for making my first visit pleasant.

I asked why I wasn't told this 6 months ago when we scheduled the appointment. All they could say is that the call center should have done that. I could have scheduled an appointment at another optometrist, but now I'll likely have to wait another 6 months to see a different office. Looking at the other reviews, it looks like they do this to a lot of other folks too.
