Expect to pay 3x more for glasses here, not to mention wait times of over a month. Staff is friendly but not worth the exorbitant pricing

Dr. Jones was flexible and understanding about the claustrophobia and let me have the door slightly open for my comfort. She was patient and thorough. She explained everything to me and answered my questions. The optician who I worked with to check me out, Gwen,...she was very friendly and just overall positive. I walked in a little nervous since I had never been there. Thanks to everyone for making my first visit pleasant.

I asked why I wasn't told this 6 months ago when we scheduled the appointment. All they could say is that the call center should have done that. I could have scheduled an appointment at another optometrist, but now I'll likely have to wait another 6 months to see a different office.
