Great massages by Josef twice now…read more Today there was a strong artificial-fragrance type of smell in the lobby. I get massages to help prevent and deal with migraines, and this smell was so strong I fear it'll trigger a migraine instead. I had to wait outside in the 90° heat instead of the waiting room. I asked and the receptionist said it was a diffuser...it didn't smell like any natural essential oils I've ever smelled and they'd probably be better off not using a scent in the common area. If they must, I would go with one that's more calming and universal like lavender.

Bought a Groupon for my spouse but called to see if I could schedule an appointment for me as well…read more The lady that answered was rude. " I can't look at the schedule because I'm on the phone with you... " "You can't come in with him anyway. We don't do same time appointments..." Oh, sorry I didn't know that. That's why I called. I hate I bought a Groupon for this place. Never again. Rude!!!! No customer service!

I purchased a voucher after carefully reading the fine print. Leslie had not said anything about…read moreinviting new clients only, but that didn't stop her from saying she would not honor the voucher unless I paid full price. After I got the voucher, I scheduled an appt. and it was confirmed. She cancelled the day before and I was instructed to reschedule. Nothing was open for another month, but I did reschedule. That was never confirmed, so I tried contacting her over 3 weeks with no response. Finally, on the 4th try, she responded to my text. After wasting all these weeks of my time, she informed me that I would have to pay full price since I had been there before. She refused to honor the voucher though it was her fault that she didn't say 'new clients only' in the small print. I told her I would call Groupon ( to get my money back) and she went ballistic. She actually threatened to turn me in to Groupon and said that they can bar me from using them again. The honest thing to do would have been to honor the voucher, since the situation resulted from her error. She then went on a rant about how I was a difficult person and I was trying to bully her into taking the voucher and if I contacted her again it was harrassment. There are too many good massage therapists out there to put up with this dishonesty and craziness.

I got a call from the receptionist to come in an hour earlier to be seen. We got there an hour and a half earlier and there was no one there , so we waited. People started showing up and then they started calling them in one at a time. We sat there from 1:30 -2:50 then we were called and told that the person my mom had an appointment with has an emergency and have to leave. ( by the way, my mom was the only black personality there). I asked if someone else can take care of my mom and was told that they were already booked with their own clients and they don't take walk-ins, which they now considered my mom to be. The nerve of this clinic!! We had to travel 17 miles to this place that was recommended by her doctors. I would not recommend this place to anyone, very unprofessional and lack of empathy. I'll research and find another place for my mother.
