I was finally able to relax during the end (where she was only doing my arms and back).... It was $77.50 (including tax) which I paid at the beginning of the service. I was kinda skeptical because I've never paid upfront for a massage before but whatever... anyways, at the end, another women comes to bring me to the front room. She asks if I wanna leave a tip and I said... sure. I wrote $3 because I was genuinely in pain most of the service. She literally looked at me and goes "it's $10 MINIMUM for a hour" .. excuse me? When is a tip EVER mandatory? & after I write the $3, she grabbed the receipt for me and wouldn't even let me finish writing my total. I asked for it back because I didn't feel comfortable with how she treated me at that moment. I will not be returning. The entitlement is absolutely insane and unprofessional. Plus, the whole place reeks of FEET. I should've left after I noticed but always try to give a chance. Never again.

I was in the area for a meeting and had 2 hours to spare so I decided to come here- opted for the 1…read morehour deep tissue & 1 hour foot massage. Altho the massages were decent and my therapist does have "good hands" & was very gentle, maybe a little too gentle, there were many cons that made my experience unenjoyable. Nobody speaks any English- everything I said or asked, my therapist didn't understand, she just smiles & says "ok" and during the 2 hours in the room, she went in & out a lot. Not to mention, she shorted me about 10 mins- apparently, the time starts after you pay, not when the massage starts & they don't use a timer. Prices are on the higher side & there's a $3 fee if you're paying with a credit card. What's really annoying was the receptionist lady kept talking loudly on the phone nonstop, like can I relax & enjoy my massage in peace?! Def not coming back again :x

Long story short I've had a lot of massages, some in the highest rated spas in the US, and this was just as good. The therapist was well trained and attentive. There was a language barrier, but after saying "too much pressure" into her phone translator we were golden. It was only $50 for an hour of deep tissue! If all you need is a massage in a pleasant setting and don't care about ambience, essential oils or cucumber water, this is the place to go. I will definitely be returning.
