We were offered water and fruit while we waited. The interior was clean with multiple private/semi-private treatment rooms. Both ladies were very polite although with limited English. They started with foot soak while doing shoulder/neck/arm massage. The foot reflexology used a lot of pressure, but we felt so much better afterwards. They finished with a brief leg massage. This place is definitely worth a try if you have sore feet!

My Oura ring shows I'm under stress most of the day. I just had 30 mins on the chair and now I feel so much better! Places like this is meant to address pain points rather than "relaxation". So if you want to get down to the point, then you would love the "rough" style. Like the other reviewer mentioned, the people who run the place and the masseuses are not Taiwanese. I feel this is a misrepresentation and so a star off for that.

Today, I had reflexology by Stefanie and it was dreamy. It's so interesting how points on one's feet can be felt in various body parts/organs. Massage pressure is personalized and she was right on target as well as the manipulation of my feet was executed with care and gently. Stefanie has excellent customer service and she explains things as she moves around the feet however also periods of quietness for solitude or in my case a snooze. I really wanted to leave a positive review for Resolve Body Works because there were genuinely…read moreparts of my experience that I loved, but unfortunately the lack of communication afterward has left me extremely disappointed. I booked and paid for a sports massage knowing that every massage therapist has their own techniques and style. I want to be very clear that I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my therapist as a person. She was great - really cool, easy to talk to, and our conversation made the experience incredibly comfortable. The atmosphere itself was also outstanding. The space was welcoming, relaxing, and somewhere I initially planned on returning to, which is why I had already scheduled another appointment. That being said, these services aren't cheap, and I booked this massage for a very specific reason. I'm at the end of a long training block and preparing to run a 100-mile race. My goal was to loosen everything up, get some deeper tissue work done, and give my body the best chance possible to feel refreshed heading into the start line. Unfortunately, the massage felt much more like a relaxation massage than the deeper sports/deep-tissue work I was expecting. Afterward, I didn't notice any difference in the specific areas I had hoped to have targeted. I completely understand that techniques vary between therapists, and sometimes a service simply isn't the right fit. That alone would not have prompted me to leave a negative review. What has been most disappointing is what happened afterward. I reached out to Resolve Body Works multiple times to explain my experience and give them an opportunity to address it. I sent a text, an email, and a message through Instagram, and I also attempted to call the business. It has now been about a week, and I have received no response at all. I wasn't looking to attack anyone or blame my therapist. I simply wanted to communicate that I had paid a significant amount for a specific service and walked away feeling like I hadn't received the type of treatment I booked. I would have appreciated even a simple acknowledgment or conversation about it. Because I never heard back, I ultimately canceled my next appointment. That's genuinely a shame because the atmosphere was fantastic, I really liked my therapist, and I would have been open to returning and trying something different had someone simply communicated with me. Ultimately, the massage itself may have just been a mismatch between what I needed and the technique provided. I can understand that. What I have a much harder time understanding is reaching out through four different methods and receiving no response whatsoever. For the amount these services cost, communication and customer care should be part of the experience. Unfortunately, I walked away feeling like I spent a pretty penny on something that didn't meet my needs and then was completely ignored when I tried to address it.

I was finally able to relax during the end (where she was only doing my arms and back).... It was $77.50 (including tax) which I paid at the beginning of the service. I was kinda skeptical because I've never paid upfront for a massage before but whatever... anyways, at the end, another women comes to bring me to the front room. She asks if I wanna leave a tip and I said... sure. I wrote $3 because I was genuinely in pain most of the service. She literally looked at me and goes "it's $10 MINIMUM for a hour" .. excuse me? When is a tip EVER mandatory? & after I write the $3, she grabbed the receipt for me and wouldn't even let me finish writing my total. I asked for it back because I didn't feel comfortable with how she treated me at that moment. I will not be returning. The entitlement is absolutely insane and unprofessional. Plus, the whole place reeks of FEET. I should've left after I noticed but always try to give a chance. Never again.

Altho the massages were decent and my therapist does have "good hands" & was very gentle, maybe a little too gentle, there were many cons that made my experience unenjoyable. Nobody speaks any English- everything I said or asked, my therapist didn't understand, she just smiles & says "ok" and during the 2 hours in the room, she went in & out a lot. Not to mention, she shorted me about 10 mins- apparently, the time starts after you pay, not when the massage starts & they don't use a timer. Prices are on the higher side & there's a $3 fee if you're paying with a credit card. What's really annoying was the receptionist lady kept talking loudly on the phone nonstop, like can I relax & enjoy my massage in peace?! Def not coming back again :x

I noticed so many changes, from my skin tone to decreased wrinkles (even the deeper ones) I now have a subtle glow to my skin as well. In addition, if I went in with a headache, I came out without one! Remee always asked if anything was bothering me and with her needle placement, I always came out feeling better! The needles are painless to slightly uncomfortable for just a few seconds. Going into her office is an awesome experience in itself. She has a vast selection of beautiful crystals, personally handcrafted teas, and Chinese herbs for sale. The atmosphere itself is inviting and warm. I honestly could just go and sit in the office and it would be therapeutic! Words just can't quite capture it. Along the course of my treatments, I became increasingly interested in some of the other services that she offers. I had an energy session, which included Reiki and crystals to name two. I loved the feeling that it gave me, one of peace, comfort and just a general good feeling. Remee is a Master Teacher Reiki practitioner and does a wonderful job. She offers Reiki and other classes and I am now at the Reiki 2 level, with the intent to going on to the Master level. I have come to love and trust Remee so much that I wouldn't go anywhere else for anything that she offers. Remee is a Master in the art of Chinese Face reading. My daughter and I had a 2 hr session with her that gave us both a better understanding of one another, along with some of the other people in our lives. It's amazing what she can tell from one's face. She can give insight on others with a good picture. She was spot on with her analysis of several photos that we provided. This too was an incredible experience.
