Massage pressure is personalized and she was right on target as well as the manipulation of my feet was executed with care and gently. Stefanie has excellent customer service and she explains things as she moves around the feet however also periods of quietness for solitude or in my case a snooze. I booked and paid for a sports massage knowing that every massage therapist has their own techniques and style. I want to be very clear that I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my therapist as a person. She was great - really cool, easy to talk to, and our conversation made the experience incredibly comfortable. The atmosphere itself was also outstanding. The space was welcoming, relaxing, and somewhere I initially planned on returning to, which is why I had already scheduled another appointment. That being said, these services aren't cheap, and I booked this massage for a very specific reason. I'm at the end of a long training block and preparing to run a 100-mile race. My goal was to loosen everything up, get some deeper tissue work done, and give my body the best chance possible to feel refreshed heading into the start line. Unfortunately, the massage felt much more like a relaxation massage than the deeper sports/deep-tissue work I was expecting. Afterward, I didn't notice any difference in the specific areas I had hoped to have targeted. I completely understand that techniques vary between therapists, and sometimes a service simply isn't the right fit. That alone would not have prompted me to leave a negative review. What has been most disappointing is what happened afterward. I reached out to Resolve Body Works multiple times to explain my experience and give them an opportunity to address it. I sent a text, an email, and a message through Instagram, and I also attempted to call the business. It has now been about a week, and I have received no response at all. I wasn't looking to attack anyone or blame my therapist. I simply wanted to communicate that I had paid a significant amount for a specific service and walked away feeling like I hadn't received the type of treatment I booked. I would have appreciated even a simple acknowledgment or conversation about it. Because I never heard back, I ultimately canceled my next appointment. That's genuinely a shame because the atmosphere was fantastic, I really liked my therapist, and I would have been open to returning and trying something different had someone simply communicated with me. Ultimately, the massage itself may have just been a mismatch between what I needed and the technique provided. I can understand that. What I have a much harder time understanding is reaching out through four different methods and receiving no response whatsoever. For the amount these services cost, communication and customer care should be part of the experience. Unfortunately, I walked away feeling like I spent a pretty penny on something that didn't meet my needs and then was completely ignored when I tried to address it.

Nobody speaks any English- everything I said or asked, my therapist didn't understand, she just smiles & says "ok" and during the 2 hours in the room, she went in & out a lot. Not to mention, she shorted me about 10 mins- apparently, the time starts after you pay, not when the massage starts & they don't use a timer. Prices are on the higher side & there's a $3 fee if you're paying with a credit card. What's really annoying was the receptionist lady kept talking loudly on the phone nonstop, like can I relax & enjoy my massage in peace?! Def not coming back again :x

I have been seeing Nikki for several years and could not be more happy with the level of service…read morethat I have received. Immediately upon greeting her clients, she reflects on past visits to see if the issues are new or lingering. She then asks if there is anything new that needs to be addressed. During the appointment, Nikki allows the client to set the tone; sometimes I am in the mood to talk and other times, I would prefer to zone out. With other therapists, I have had to carry on awkward conversation and/or felt uninvited to talk but never with Nikki. My neck and back pain are mostly the result of stress and anxiety and Nikki does a great job at applying the necessary pressure to the areas that need the most attention. I usually opt for a full body massage but I will occasionally ask her to focus on one or two areas. In either instance, she is able to zone in on the areas that cause me the greatest pain. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I have never had difficulty making appointments with Nikki as I have been able to make them directly through her. I am a mom and have to coordinate a babysitter to schedule my appointments and really appreciate not having to go through a third party. I would recommend Nikki for her skill, professionalism and welcoming demeanor. She really is a master!

I have been to a lot of massage therapists over the years and I am very particular about who I get massage from due to my condition, and with Nikki I always feel comfortable and that I can trust her. She has a calming presence, and her new space is reflective of that. I would definitely recommend Nikki for anyone dealing with chronic pain issues, or who wants a relaxing end healing experience.

I ask her why no one called me because I had to drive 30 minutes to get there and she said she called but didn't leave a voicemail "because that doesn't work out for them". I left mad and asked for the owner to call and the owner proceeds to tell me how I should have googled at what week is was appropriate and she was sorry that I didn't like how her customer service manager responded. She was rude and condescending and refused to address the customer service issue I called about. She made the entire situation my problem because I shouldn't have made the appointment but didn't want to acknowledge the customer service and communication break down. The website should be updated to reflect what services and to whom they are offered, the staff should learn how to handle customers and the owner needs to take responsibility and accountability for customer service concerns. I've never had such a terrible customer service interaction let alone from an owner that refused to even listen and address my issue. I also looked at legitimate local spa websites and they clearly define who, when and how long pregnancy massages should be.
