This was my first time in visiting. It was magical! Eva was my technician and I booked for the 90 minute massage. She had me on a journey the whole time. Such detail and professionalism, not only did I feel comfortable, I felt special! I have used the big chain companies before and always felt clinical going in there absolutely not here. I called around to a handful of the top rated massage therapist in the area and was unable to get an appointment for a couples massage that was also in a wheelchair accessible location. I called Muise Spa and they were able to accommodate us within 24 hours which is typically unusual. We've had a handful of massages in the Richmond and Williamsburg areas, and this was by far the best experience we've had thus far. We didn't have to tell our massuers where our problem areas were. They just seemed to figure them out, and work them out. The location is wheelchair accessible (including the restroom) which is one of our needs when visiting these types of establishments. We'll definitely be going back here from now on as opposed the long trip to the Richmond and Williamsburg locations. read more

My granddaughter wanted a shared experience for her birthday so told her to make an appointment - facial and massage - I'm not sure where these other reviews came from but mine was horrible! I felt like I'd been "raped." First thing, upcharge for coconut oil - then upcharge for facial collagen, then while being massaged she left me on the table 2 times to answer the phone and one time for a walk-in - then when time was up went to pay and she asked about scheduling another appointment - then when I gave her my credit card she asked about a tip - I told her how much and she said "Can you do more? Most people give 30%) - then told me to bring cash next time - then tried to sell me some collagen stuff - I've never felt so exposed and dismissed during and after a massage and I've had many - then when I checked my credit card charge the entity is "chinese massage" no mention of muise - never again! read more
