I get an email from the designer in Florida for my commercial property in Delaware stating they were not licensed in Delaware. A BS answer. They advertise on their website Delaware. They checked the codes here for the design. They may have been in business for 21 years but like a local surgeon stated " you're only as good as your last case. That rank a zero.

Turns out a squirrel made a home under one of my panels and ate through some wire and a converter. The techs found the area where the damage was done and fixed it with a new part. By the way, they handled my service call within 2 days and also had to deal with snow in spots on the roof. They took the damaged component to remove it from the monitoring system and added the replacement. Exact did my install over two years ago and can't tell you how happy I am that I chose them for my solar system. FIRST CLASS!!!!

His initial proposal was the most detailed one I received, and while it wasn't the lowest quote, I felt much more comfortable going with Pennstar Solar as a small, locally owned business with customers who were incredibly happy with the work that Mike did. There was only one hiccup that happened on install day, when the installers felt we should replace our service line before they installed, and while it was unexpected, Mike worked quickly to get quotes from other electricians to get the service line replaced, and the installers were able to come back two days later to complete the install. Unfortunately, the insurance company played a lot of games and I was only able to hire Jim for the job a year latter. In June after re quoting the job in May But No surprise there with tariffs And inflation? It did go up, but not nearly as bad as I was afraid. I told Jim I didn't want him to start till the tree surgeons had cut down all the other giant trees. I didn't want any more things falling on the House. And so he showed up 2 days after the tree guys perfect timing. And his guys completed the job in 3 days. First of all, it's lasted through some hellacious rainstorms. And now that I have gutters and everything's well ordered and set up. I had no water in my basement. There were no leaks in the roof, Of course that's what you expect, but life has taught me that that's not what you always get, but it did the job perfectly one less worry off my mind. Jim's men worked quickly and professionally in the incredibly hot weather, I was impressed at the effort they put out. The craftsmanship was first class as this house had been reroofed in 1980 and everything else was from 1946 a bit worn. So there was a lot of little. Things that needed to be straightened out and righted. When he was finished. Everything looked fantastic, all the soffits and fascia. And gutters and downspouts match the actual color of the house better than I could even hoped. And. When they were done, everything was cleaned up. There was no debris or nails or things like that floating around. So I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the craftsmanship was extremely neat, They also had to replace some siding. And. You wouldn't even know it was not ceader but fiber cement. The other positive as my house took other damage from the Tree and after dealing with a bunch of contractors to replace a porch and a. We had to change the solar panel design twice due to roof layout and then PSE&G net metering limits, but they kept me informed and got the approvals quickly. The install team came in and laid 34 panels, 34 inverters and ran a line and installed a level 2 car charger and they were efficient and dedicated (the run from junction box to my garage was a beast of a job). The output is am getting from the panels is a little iver where they said it would be in their estimate and I am saving money on my utilities. If you are thinking about going solar this is the company to use.
