The price on the Yamaha was right on the nose of where it should have been, and it was set up perfectly right out of the store.

The staff is very attentive and efficient, as well as super helpful! They didn't have the item we wanted in the store... so the personable young man helped us by showing us online options. We selected one we thought my daughter would like and he suggested having it shipped to the store when I mentioned my mail service is shoddy. Each time I called to check if it had arrived (we were anxious) they were polite and patient with me. It arrived when they said it would, and they called me as soon as it arrived. When we came in for pick up, the nice young man told my daughter if she opened it there, he would tune it for her. The ukulele is beautiful- even better than we expected! *see the photo we posted* We could not be more pleased with the new organized store layout and the caliber of employees at this location. I will definitely be back for our ongoing music needs. It is rare to run across service with such high standards- the young men are well trained and professional, it is a pleasure to do business there!

While I was in town visiting my son, he mentioned that there was a music store not far from us that he'd like to visit. I wasn't prepared for the size of this place-it's far more than just a "music store." He had a gleeful look of awe as he admired the selection of brass instruments and was able to play a few of them too. He'll be ready to make a purchase soon, so he wants to know for sure which one is just right. If you don't quite know what you're looking for, or need some elevated service, you might find someone, you might not. It's a more laid-back approach to customer service-we had to seek someone out for help. But I suppose I prefer that over an in-your-face sales person trying to close a deal.
