The first time I was matched with a woman who kept pressing me to tell her my mental health issues even when I said I was not comfortable she then told me she would find out through my medical records. I told my doctor I didn't want to go back but was referred there again. Then I was matched with a male who actually tried making fun of me for being injured (and at a young age) and then tried making sexual comments towards me. He said this isn't my business but are you able to perform sexually when you're experiencing the pain.... Absolutely ridiculous. And then he assured me the treatment would approved by my insurance but it was denied due to a lack of information submitted by him. And he wasn't taking me serious the entire time kept telling me to just stop wearing certain shoes. Even when I tried explaining how serious my injury was. And no one ever called me to explain why I was denied treatment I had to call myself and they told me I'd be getting a call back with more details and never did. This place is awful and the people who work here have serious issues.

Fantastic. Five stars…read more Little reminders of "keep your elbows tucked in" and "feet a little wider" help. What I love about this class is no fancy gym stuff. Just bring yourself and a water bottle. Kristi does an evaluation to see what class you would fit best with, so it doesn't matter if you use a wheel chair, walker, or run 26 mile marathons, for all of us with Parkinson's exercise is critical. This class fits my budget and for a full hour workout it was fun. Kristi made it go fast. 15 minute stretching, 60 minute work out, 15 minute post stretch. With Parkinson's the stretching to keep up flexible is critical. I hate those hand held rollers to work on abs. I went to extend forward, with knees on the mat. STOP! Keep your toes touching, if you start to lift them, stop! Way too easy to over do it and hurt your back! That simple piece of advice from Kristi is worth its weight in gold! UPDATE: One year later I have dropped over 50#, and my Doctors have commented I am in excellent shape. Seems odd to reflect back and think "exercise is not for me, I am too stiff/sore. Yet attending classes 3x a week, not only do I feel better I am more active than I had been in over 30 years. Five Star Recommendation.

I came to Vinh/Hybrid physical therapy last June 2024 due to tearing my achilles playing…read morepickleball. I've gone to other PT places before for other injuries and I hated that I didn't get fully dedicated time with my main PT. Many places will have physical therapists see 2-4 patients at a time so this time around, I wanted to find a place that did 1-1 individualized focused sessions. This is hard to come by but I had a friend of a friend recommend Hybrid Physical Therapy and so I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I found this place. I unfortunately got my injury 3 months before I was supposed to get married. I told Vinh my main goal was to be able to comfortably walk down the aisle and dance at my wedding. I was able to walk a lot sooner than I thought, danced all night and had the most amazing wedding day. Post wedding, I continued to work with Vinh to build back strength and I could have not done this without him. Vinh is so knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. I don't think I would have recovered as fast as I did if I didn't have that 1-1 time - it was a game changer! I also worked with Estefania a couple of times when Vinh was out and she was also really great and had amazing sessions with her. You can't go wrong with either of them! They also offer unique services like dry needling which most PTs in the area don't offer. 10/10 recommend Hybrid Physical Therapy!

I had been hesitant to seek physical therapy due to cost, convenience, and skepticism that it would ever help me. As it turns out, Dr. Q at Perspective Physical Therapy is a fellow rock climber who was able to combine his climbing experience and professional expertise to not only treat and eliminate my existing shoulder discomfort, but also work with me to prevent future injury. What I like most is his integrative approach to treating both my specific pain points as well as the alignment and mobility of my entire body to reduce the risk of recurring issues. In addition to effective treatment, Dr. Q was able to provide me with supporting resources that helped me self-study and deepen my understanding of the human body to further aid in my recovery. Overall, the results from working with Dr. Q have exceeded my expectations! My shoulder pain is gone, my mobility and alignment have steadily improved, and I have a much better appreciation for how my body works as a cohesive system. I would recommend Perspective Physical Therapy to anyone that is working through pain or discomfort, and also for anyone seeking a preventative healthcare approach to their active lifestyle.

He was able to quickly identify the problem I was having with my finger and begin treating it. Within a couple of sessions, I was able to climb on the finger largely unbothered, and after a few more, the pain subsided soon after. Not only did Dr. Q help in my recovery, but he gave me tools to help myself. In one of our last sessions, he mentioned that my forearms were tight and gave me stretches to loosen them up. I didn't do them, and a couple of weeks later, I started experiencing wrist pain. That pain went away as soon as I started doing the stretches that he had previously given me to do. I really appreciate how he looks at the entire body as a system, and does not just offer bandages to symptoms. I could not recommend him enough to anyone thinking they could use some PT, especially climbers.
