She was rude when leaving a message on my voice mail the day before- in regards of my Referral (she did not hang up the phone properly and all I heard in the back ground was her using such awful verbiage bleep! bleep! bleep! The level of care, attention, and professionalism observed was markedly below the expected standards, which has compelled me to raise this matter for your immediate attention and action. When I arrived in person it was worse than ever. She was on her Cell phone and did not notice me. I knew EXACTLY who she was as the elevator door opened (the rudeness in her face & demeanor was visible) as I walked closer and saw her name badge. I then turned around and Immediately call Dr. Billante and schedule my appointment elsewhere I would not recommend this place to anyone. The worse CUSTOMER SERVICE ever...........

I always felt, intuitively, that this is the type of therapy I needed but I didn't know it actually existed, had a name and was practiced at an actual location. Well, it was meant to be. I needed something and fast and this place had the soonest appointment. I was assigned Victor G and it was honestly meant to be. He is very strong, intuitive, checks in and talks you through the entire process and what's going to happen. I appreciate that because I don't have to worry something will be sprung on me without warning. The therapy: you just need someone to push really hard where it hurts. That's exactly what I always wanted- someone to press on my spine or hip or whatever until the pain went away. Well, lo and behold, this is EXACTLY what they do. And it works. This is *not* traditional massage so don't go in expecting that. It's very targeted and done fully clothed. Depending on your needs, you could spend 2 hours just on 1 leg. This is the level of therapy they get to. I can't tell you enough how much you need to try this, especially if you're like me and feel like you've exhausted all options and are close to feeling hopeless and giving up. In 1 session pain I had for 6 months was gone. In 2 things were so loose and working the right way that I felt muscles I haven't felt in years. I absolutely see how people have said they've helped them avoid unnecessary surgery. I wish I had found this place 20 years ago but at least I found it now. Just try it.

You need rehab? Go to these guys…read more One year after undergoing two knee replacement surgeries and I've spent the morning enjoying a hike in Spicewood Valley Trail. This would not have happened without the care, education, and attention given to me by Round Rock Rehab before and after surgery. My appointments with Matt began several weeks before surgery, building up strength in preparation--and if your surgeon hasn't recommended doing this, ask them about it. He spent a lot of time with me during our appointments and helped me to understand why and how I should be continuing to train in between our sessions. After the surgery, we picked up right where we left off -- and it felt like I was able to do more, more quickly, because of that prep time. Matt very patiently walked me through not just an escalating set of strength exercises but a wide variety of exercises that built up and supported full-body strength development and health. If I reached a plateau, he worked me to find a path forward that got me gaining strength again. If I had experienced irritation or pushed myself too far, he sorted me right out with rest and a mini-treatment plan. No matter where I was in my recovery cycle, he was right there with me. And if Matt was out for a time, I got the same high-quality support from Brad and Michelle. ...and the entire team of assistants! Mike and Serena and...well, just everyone made me feel like I wasn't just someone coming in...I was part of an extended family where everyone's purpose was to help me recover. Once my sessions were complete, I was sent off with a plan--and tons of information--for how to continue getting stronger.  I can't say enough about this team. They are truly wonderful, absolutely cared for my well being, and get my highest recommendation.

Without going into much detail, from the very beginning of the conversation, you could tell he lacked experience and confidence in his ability to diagnose and/or treat "complex" situations. He started asking me questions like "so what do you think the problem is?". Well, I'm not the doctor, he is. I said just that. He proceeded to say "yeah no I get that but like what did your other doctors think the problem was?" This told me all I needed to know. We discussed a few things, but nothing to do with what was actually going on with me present day. He was more interested in discussing the past and had no insight on what the next steps would or should be. When I asked him what the plan would be, his reply was that he didn't know. This then prompted me to ask him how long he's been working at this practice. I guess this upset him as he stood up, took his laptop and said we were going in circles and he walked out like the true "professional" he is. I wasn't going to just accept that this grown man "physician" could throw a temper tantrum after I took off work, waited two weeks for this appointment, and paid an $80 co-pay so I made the nurse go back and get him. Both nurses that came in with him (one the first time, another the second time) apologized sincerely after he was out of ear shot because they heard how ridiculous he sounded. Celia (one of the nurses) had let me know he was out last week for training, but it's clear it didn't help.

My morphine pain pump, of approximately 6 years, failed in late April, 2024. I'd been diagnosed…read morewith spinal stenosis about 20 years earlier & had a laminectomy, prescribed opiates, a spinal cord stimulator, etc during this time. I'd been having the pump filled in Georgetown, TX under the "direction" & "care" of Dr. Alan Dennis. He began the process with refilling the pump with morphine, which I didn't understand why he did that after just emptying it then proceeded, over the next 11 months, of withdrawing the new morphine from my pump! I was so exasperated after NO relief over a year, I decided to go to another Dr. On what was going to be my last appointment with him, it occurred to me to ask him the question, "Is there any type of test, procedure, etc. like a MRI, x-ray or CT scan that would show if the leads, for med delivery from the pump to my spine, were viable, working, or had they been disconnected or displaced somehow? I was so surprised when he said there was a "pump dye test" for that. I was incredulous!! Why had he not suggested that & done that test early on instead of ME, the patient, finally thinking about it 11+ months later. NOTHING he did, which consisted of prescribing several opiates that had NO effect whatsoever. So, I had the dye test done which he said showed no abnormalities so I told him I no longer had any confidence in his ability to help & would be finding another doctor. I have to ask WHY did it take nearly 12 months to withdraw such a small amount of morphine (or whatever) from that pump. I have my suspicions but won't go into specifics. This has been the worst experience regarding my medical issue EVER in my 78 years!!
