About 15 minutes later a second guy gets a water bottle out of the cooler and places it down. (I later found out, he said because of covid, they can't have fountain drinks and also no silverware but disposable silverware.) I was the only person eating in there and the only other people I saw were to go orders and delivery drivers. The food took a semi long time to come out. About 25 minutes. The price was very good. The food was fresh I could tell. One complaint I have was the koftas were dry and charred. I am used to tender koftas. These had some crunch to them. I used the cucumber sauce to soften them up. Another complaint I would say is, the rice was bland, I would have loved for some hot sauce or maybe some Sumac to put on the whole dish. I doused the entire thing with the two ramekins of cucumber sauce, and it really improved the flavor. Staff were nice and the food was freshly made to order, so no problems there.
