Absolutely delicious!!…read more Fulu is that restaurant that you don't want to miss. The customer service is top notch. Everyone in the restaurant is not only super friendly, super nice, but they make you feel welcomed from the moment you step through the front door. We ordered the Gyoza, and they were perfect. The filling was seasoned well, and the dipping sauce was perfect. The only thing missing was... Just more lol I think we could've devoured two orders easily. Pork belly stirfry was top notch, and I was blown away by the flavors and taste. I don't think I've ever experienced anything this tasty like this. We finished the entire order. The pork belly was perfectly seasoned and meaty, and each bite was a little bit of heaven on the fork. We decided that we wanted to top off the meal with a local favorite dessert. The pumpkin bundts were delectable! I'm normally not a fan of pumpkin, but these literally were perfect. Moist, tasty, and ironically, not over the top sweet. It was a great way to finish off an amazing meal. Fulu is a five star plus experience!

It manages to balance a central, somewhat touristy location with high-quality food that doesn't hold back on flavor. * The Food: The flavors are bold and authentic. The Sichuan peppercorns provide that signature numbing heat without being overwhelming. The Kung Pao chicken and the sea bass are personal favorites. * The Atmosphere: Spread across three floors, the interior is stylish and cozy. It feels a bit more upscale than your average Chinatown spot, making it great for a nice dinner out. * Service: Attentive and relatively quick, even during the busy dinner rush. The only reason it's not a perfect 5 is that it can get quite loud when full, and the prices are a bit higher than other spots in the area. However, the quality of the ingredients and the presentation definitely justify the slight premium. Overall: A reliable, delicious spot for anyone craving real Chinese spice in the centrum.

Authentic Dim Sum in the Heart of Amsterdam If you are looking for authentic Chinese flavors near…read morethe Red Light District/Chinatown, Oriental City is the place to go. It's a multi-level restaurant that stays packed during prime hours, which is always a good sign for the food quality. They serve Dim Sum all day, which is a huge plus. The flavors are very traditional. While the Dim Sum was solid across the board, the Beef Chow Fun was the absolute standout--perfectly prepared with that signature "wok hei" (breath of the wok). The staff isn't necessarily warm and fuzzy, but they are efficient. Don't expect a long chat, but you'll get your food quickly. Be prepared for a bit of a climb; the restaurant spans several floors and it appears to be stairs-only. It gets very crowded, so timing your visit is key. A must-visit for Chinese food fans in Amsterdam. Just be ready for a lively, busy environment!

It seems like they properly used woks and the right high-heat temperatures for cooking and everything was made fresh rather than made from manufactured / pre-prepared food! - Shrimp rice roll - the rice roll is thick and has a nice chew, shrimp was nice and nearly wrapped into the center of each piece - Chow fun - solid chewy texture , could have had more beef but good amount of oil, some of the noodles clumped together and were undercooked but the dish was still very tasty - Veggies - really nice! mushrooms were flavorful and cooked all the way through and other veggies had decent flavor / texture too, timed the cooking right so they weren't overly mushy or crunchy

So, I didn't have a reservation, and the girl inquired if I could be squeezed in & Viola! The Dim Sum here is outstanding, and I got a steamed shrimp roll, & a shrimp on green bell pepper that was also good. I'm diabetic, so I can't too many carbs, but their food didn't spike my sugar. The Ambiance & atmosphere is great too, it sits in the water near the science museum. Ohhh, u don't drink alcohol try one of their Mocktails/ Spritz. I got the Ginger , Pineapple & it was very good. Oops, 4got to take photos of my food bc I was hungry & curious. hahahaha! I recommend, this Sea Palace restaurant during your visit in Amsterdam.

They are located in a great area and location - just outside the central train station on the water. The food is fantastic and their menu is very extensive. We ordered several dim sum selections - made with pork and shrimp, they all were delicious. We also had an order of gyoza! The service was great. They utilized an online menu, robot delivery (no worries, the staff put the orders on your table). This all enables ordering as you go - you don't have to do it all at once!

During our most recent visit our servers at Full Moon were fantastic! The hostest looked us up and down and side. I want to put you in the other dining room with the three men (servers) they will take good care of you. You'll be finished in an hour and a half right? I have a reservation then. We were happy that three amigos took care of use. One of them was always passing by and filling our tea or taking or delivering dim sum baskets. He had us order in two and a half waves three items, when finished three more, and when more than full we order sesame balls to go. Happy we visited Full Moon.

The tea here was excellent and very fragrant. Most of the dishes were delicious and well-prepared. However, there were two downsides: the steamed grouper seemed to be frozen as the meat was mushy and not fresh, and the braised pork belly (kau yuk) was quite difficult to eat for our taste. Overall, it was a filling meal, and we appreciated that the food wasn't overly salty or MSG-heavy, so we didn't feel thirsty afterward. Worth a visit.

Their menu is impressively large and the dining room is small but inviting. Prices are quite high, but you are in a tourist area. We ordered a Kung pao chicken and a chicken fried rice to share. We both had a very weird 'chemical' taste that would occasionally occur with the Kung pao but neither of us could figure out what it was. The chicken fried rice was fine but contained very little chicken. My house white wine at 4.5 was fine as well as hubby had a Heineken. The biggest issue was the many Gnats that just descended on us once our wine arrived. If you zoom in on the picture, there were quite a few just hanging out after our plate we removed. We have been to many restaurants since we arrived here and this is the first with this issue. It got even worse once our food arrived. Very irritating. Service was just ok. We were here at a weird time because we are very jet lagged and trying to get on the time zone (needed dinner early). The staff were having their dinner so we felt a bit of a nuisance. Bill was about 50 euro.
