Just left the restaurant very disappointed. We placed an order with Tim. He brought the first half of our order and forgot to put in the rest. When we asked where the rest of our food is he said he forgot and the kitchen is already closed. I asked to speak to the manager and he said that he already left. I was pretty upset and he knew it but didn't care to do anything and just brushed it off and said sorry. We left starving. Every kitchen is already closed. It's 10 pm. We had a wonderful dim meal for two. We had the dim sum standards. With prices in Euros, we at first thought, a little pricey. It turns out for a several good reasons. 1) The dim sum pieces are double the size I am accustom too. 2) The Dim sum was great! 3) The location is 5 minutes from Dam square. So it's in a higher rent area. Service was excellent! As Asians of Chinese/Cantonese descent, we felt the food and flavors were authentic. The seafood congee was perfectly flavored and hot. The beef in the fried rice noodles and beef was tender and almost melted in your mouth. Seasoning was perfect. The steamed rice noodles with shrimp were perfectly cooked and delicious. Food came out in a reasonable time and the service was good. We had reservations in case, but I think it is safe to be a regular walk in.
